Claims (9)
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) pour fabriquer des pièces façonnées en tôle trempées à partir d'un matériau en tôle d'acier (400), comprenant au moins deux pièces d'outil (200, 300) qui peuvent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans une direction de travail (D) et entre lesquelles, en appliquant une force de pressage (F) agissant dans la direction de travail (D), un matériau en tôle d'acier chauffé (400) est façonné et refroidi et peut ainsi être trempé,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins l'une des pièces d'outil (200, 300) est réalisée de manière segmentée et présente au moins un premier segment (221) avec une portion de moule (222) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de travail (D) et au moins un deuxième segment (223) avec une portion de moule (224) s'étendant en pente raide par rapport à la direction de travail (D), le premier segment (221) étant disposé de manière déplaçable sur la pièce d'outil concernée (200, 300) et en cas de dépassement d'une force de pressage déterminée (F), pouvant céder à l'encontre de la force de pressage (F) appliquée, afin de permettre de ce fait un déplacement supplémentaire l'une vers l'autre des pièces d'outil (200, 300) et une pression associée accrue du deuxième segment (223) contre le matériau en tôle d'acier (400). - Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'outil (200, 300) sont réalisées de telle sorte que le matériau en tôle d'acier (400) puisse s'appliquer sur toute sa surface contre les surfaces actives de l'outil de ces pièces d'outil (200, 300).
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier segment (221) ainsi que le deuxième segment (223) sont fixés à une plaque de base (210) appartenant à la pièce d'outil concernée (200), le premier segment (221) étant supporté de manière élastique sur cette plaque de base (210).
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support élastique du premier segment (221) sur la plaque de base (210) est assuré par au moins un ressort de pression à gaz (260).
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la course élastique maximale du premier segment (221) par rapport à la plaque de base (210) est comprise entre 0,5 mm et 1,5 mm et vaut notamment approximativement 1,0 mm.
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins un deuxième segment (223) est réalisé sous forme de coulisseau, ce deuxième segment (223) réalisé en tant que coulisseau étant déplacé lors d'un déplacement supplémentaire l'une vers l'autre des pièces d'outil (200, 300) dans une direction (B) transversale à la direction de travail (D) et étant pressé ainsi plus fortement contre le matériau en tôle d'acier (400). - Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'outil concernée (200) présente au moins un élément d'entraînement (240) pour l'actionnement mécanique du deuxième segment (223) réalisé sous forme de coulisseau.
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième segment (223) réalisé sous forme de coulisseau présente au moins un dispositif de refroidissement (230).
- Outil de trempe à la presse (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
seulement une pièce d'outil (200) et notamment seulement la matrice (220) est réalisée de manière segmentée.
