Description

  • La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des contenants comportant un récipient et un couvercle, prévus pour recevoir des aliments.
  • La présente invention concerne plus particulièrement les contenants comportant un récipient dont le bord supérieur est dépourvu de conformation spécifique pour l'accrochage du couvercle.
  • Le document US 2 487 400 divulgue un récipient dont le bord supérieur forme un bourrelet, et un couvercle comportant une paroi entourée par une bordure formant une gorge logeant le bord supérieur du récipient. Une telle réalisation présente l'inconvénient de nécessiter une bonne tolérance géométrique pour obtenir une fermeture sensiblement étanche.
  • Un objet de la présente réalisation est de proposer un contenant présentant une fermeture sensiblement étanche, comportant un récipient dont le bord supérieur est dépourvu de conformation spécifique pour l'accrochage du couvercle, qui ne nécessite pas de tolérances géométriques précises.
  • Cet objet est atteint avec un contenant comprenant un récipient et un couvercle, le récipient comportant une paroi latérale présentant un bord supérieur formant un bourrelet intérieur, le couvercle comportant une paroi d'obturation portant une protubérance annulaire externe pouvant reposer sur le bourrelet intérieur lorsque le couvercle est posé sur le récipient, la paroi d'obturation présentant une zone annulaire d'appui reposant sur le bord supérieur lorsque le couvercle ferme le récipient, la paroi d'obturation présentant un logement annulaire externe agencé entre la protubérance annulaire externe et la zone annulaire d'appui, du fait que la protubérance annulaire externe et le logement annulaire externe sont formés sur une lèvre inférieure issue de la paroi d'obturation, la lèvre inférieure pouvant être déformée élastiquement pour loger le bourrelet intérieur dans le logement annulaire externe. La lèvre inférieure vient ainsi en appui à l'intérieur du récipient et plaque la zone annulaire d'appui du couvercle sur le bord supérieur du récipient. Un double appui annulaire peut être obtenu sur le bord supérieur du récipient et sous le bourrelet intérieur du récipient. Ceci favorise l'obtention d'une fermeture satisfaisante du contenant notamment lorsque le bord supérieur du récipient présente des tolérances géométriques importantes.
  • Avantageusement encore, le couvercle comporte une bordure inférieure agencée à l'extérieur de la zone annulaire d'appui. Cette disposition permet de soulever la périphérie du couvercle pour dégager le logement annulaire externe du couvercle du bourrelet intérieur du récipient.
  • Avantageusement alors, la bordure inférieure entoure la zone annulaire d'appui. Cette disposition contribue à rigidifier la périphérie du couvercle et favorise une bonne fermeture du couvercle. Cette disposition permet aussi de faciliter le dégagement du logement annulaire externe du couvercle.
  • Avantageusement alors, le bord supérieur forme un bourrelet extérieur, la paroi d'obturation présente un logement annulaire interne formé dans la bordure inférieure, et le bourrelet extérieur est agencé dans le logement annulaire interne lorsque le couvercle ferme le récipient. Cette disposition contribue encore davantage à plaquer la zone annulaire d'appui du couvercle sur le bord supérieur du récipient. Un appui annulaire peut être obtenu non seulement sur le bord supérieur du récipient et sous le bourrelet intérieur du récipient, mais aussi sous le bourrelet extérieur du récipient. La fermeture du contenant est encore améliorée.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation, la bordure inférieure forme la périphérie du couvercle.
  • Avantageusement encore, la lèvre inférieure s'étend en retrait par rapport à la bordure inférieure. Cette disposition contribue aussi à la rigidification de la partie périphérique du couvercle et permet de faciliter le retrait du couvercle. Cette disposition permet en outre de poser le couvercle sur un plan de travail sans que les parties du couvercle en contact avec le récipient ne touchent le plan de travail.
  • Avantageusement encore, la paroi d'obturation présente une zone centrale concave entourée par la lèvre inférieure. Cette disposition permet de faciliter le retrait du couvercle en évitant ou limitant l'effet ventouse après le refroidissement d'une préparation contenue dans le récipient fermé par le couvercle.
  • Avantageusement alors, la paroi d'obturation présente une zone annulaire convexe agencée entre la zone centrale concave et la lèvre inférieure. Cette disposition contribue à la rigidification de la partie périphérique du couvercle et permet de faciliter le retrait du couvercle.
  • Avantageusement encore, la paroi latérale présente une partie supérieure rentrante. Cette disposition permet de faciliter l'accrochage du couvercle.
  • Avantageusement encore, le bord supérieur définit une ouverture supérieure sensiblement circulaire. Cette disposition permet de favoriser un bon accrochage du couvercle à l'intérieur du récipient.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation avantageuse, le récipient est réalisé en verre.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation avantageuse, le couvercle est mono-matière. Cette disposition permet de réaliser un couvercle économique.
  • Avantageusement, le couvercle est réalisé en matière plastique semi-rigide, par exemple en polyéthylène basse densité.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'étude d'un exemple de réalisation pris à titre nullement limitatif, illustré dans les figures annexées, dans lesquelles :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en élévation et en coupe d'une yaourtière électrique domestique comprenant au moins un contenant selon l'invention,
    • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective de dessus d'un couvercle du contenant illustré sur la figure 1,
    • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de dessus d'un récipient du contenant illustré sur la figure 1,
    • la figure 4 est une vue en élévation et en coupe du couvercle illustré sur la figure 2,
    • la figure 5 est une vue en élévation et en coupe du récipient illustré sur la figure 3,
    • la figure 6 est une vue en élévation et en coupe du contenant illustré sur la figure 1, dans lequel le couvercle illustré sur les figures 2 et 4 est assemblé avec le récipient illustré sur les figures 3 et 5.
  • La yaourtière électrique domestique illustrée sur la figure 1 comporte une base chauffante 1 surmontée d'un capot 2, la base chauffante 1 et le capot 2 formant une enceinte 3 logeant au moins un contenant 4. L'enceinte 3 loge par exemple sept contenants 4.
  • Le contenant 4 comprend un récipient 10, mieux visible sur les figures 3, 5 et 6, et un couvercle 20, mieux visible sur les figures 2, 4 et 6.
  • Le récipient 10 peut être réalisé en tout type de matériau apte au contact alimentaire, avantageusement en matériau transparent. Le récipient 10 est par exemple réalisé en verre.
  • Le récipient 10 comporte une paroi latérale 11 présentant un bord supérieur 12. Plus particulièrement dans l'exemple de réalisation illustré sur les figures, la paroi latérale 11 présente une partie supérieure rentrante 13. Le bord supérieur 12 définit une ouverture supérieure 14 sensiblement circulaire.
  • Tel que mieux visible sur la figure 5, le bord supérieur 12 forme un bourrelet intérieur 15. La paroi latérale 11 présente ainsi un rebord intérieur de retenue inférieure 17 sous le bourrelet intérieur 15. Le bord supérieur 12 forme aussi un bourrelet extérieur 16. La paroi latérale 11 présente ainsi un rebord extérieur de retenue inférieure 18 sous le bourrelet extérieur 16.
  • Le couvercle 20 est réalisé au moins partiellement en matériau déformable élastiquement. Le couvercle 20 peut être mono-matière ou non. Le couvercle 20 peut notamment être réalisé en matière plastique semi-rigide, par exemple en polyéthylène basse densité.
  • Le couvercle 20 comporte une paroi d'obturation 21 présentant une zone annulaire d'appui 22 reposant sur le bord supérieur 12 lorsque le couvercle 20 ferme le récipient 10, tel que représenté sur les figures 4 et 6.
  • De plus la paroi d'obturation 21 porte une protubérance annulaire externe 23 pouvant reposer sur le bourrelet intérieur 15 lorsque le couvercle 20 est posé sur le récipient 10. Dans cette configuration le couvercle 20 n'obture pas le récipient 10.
  • La paroi d'obturation 21 présente un logement annulaire externe 24 agencé entre la protubérance annulaire externe 23 et la zone annulaire d'appui 22.
  • La protubérance annulaire externe 23 et le logement annulaire externe 24 sont formés sur une lèvre inférieure 30 issue de la paroi d'obturation 21. La lèvre inférieure 30 est formée par une paroi annulaire inférieure présentant une extrémité libre 32 et une autre extrémité prolongeant la paroi d'obturation 21 du couvercle 20.
  • La lèvre inférieure 30 présente une conformation annulaire externe 31 formant un seuil entre la protubérance annulaire externe 23 et le logement annulaire externe 24. La lèvre inférieure 30 peut être déformée élastiquement pour loger le bourrelet intérieur 15 du récipient 10 dans le logement annulaire externe 24 du couvercle 20, tel que représenté sur la figure 6.
  • Dans l'exemple de réalisation illustré sur les figures, le couvercle 20 comporte une bordure inférieure 40 agencée à l'extérieur de la zone annulaire d'appui 22. La bordure inférieure 40 s'étend à partir de la paroi d'obturation 21 et entoure la zone annulaire d'appui 22. Ainsi la bordure inférieure 40 entoure la lèvre inférieure 30. Plus particulièrement tel que visible sur la figure 4, la lèvre inférieure 30 s'étend en retrait par rapport à la bordure inférieure 40 ; la bordure inférieure 40 forme la périphérie du couvercle 20.
  • La paroi d'obturation 21 présente un logement annulaire interne 25. Tel que visible sur la figure 4, le logement annulaire interne 25 est formé dans la bordure inférieure 40 et s'étend en regard du logement annulaire externe 24. Le couvercle 20 présente ainsi une gorge périphérique 26 s'étendant entre la bordure inférieure 40 et la lèvre inférieure 30.
  • La bordure inférieure 40 présente une conformation annulaire interne 41 formant un seuil entourant le logement annulaire interne 25. La conformation annulaire interne 41 et la conformation annulaire externe 31 définissent ainsi un seuil que le bourrelet extérieur 16 et le bourrelet intérieur 15 du récipient 10 doivent franchir par déformation élastique du couvercle 20, notamment par déformation élastique de la lèvre inférieure 30 et de la bordure inférieure 40.
  • Le bourrelet extérieur 16 du récipient 10 est agencé dans le logement annulaire interne 25 lorsque le couvercle 20 ferme le récipient 10, tel que représenté sur la figure 6. Si nécessaire la bordure inférieure 40 peut être déformée élastiquement pour engager le bourrelet extérieur 16 dans le logement annulaire interne 25.
  • La paroi d'obturation 21 présente une zone centrale concave 50 entourée par la lèvre inférieure 30. La paroi d'obturation 21 présente une zone annulaire convexe 51 agencée entre la zone centrale concave 50 et la lèvre inférieure 30.
  • L'appareil selon l'invention s'utilise et fonctionne de la manière suivante.
  • Pour fermer le contenant 4, l'utilisateur engage la lèvre inférieure 30 du couvercle 20 à l'intérieur du bord supérieur 12 du récipient 10 et presse la périphérie du couvercle 20 pour engager le bord supérieur 12 du récipient 10 dans la gorge périphérique 26 du couvercle 20. Le rebord intérieur de retenue inférieure 17 est ainsi logé dans le logement annulaire externe 24 de la lèvre inférieure 30 et le rebord extérieur de retenue inférieure 18 est ainsi logé dans le logement annulaire interne 25 de la bordure inférieure 40.
  • Pour ouvrir le contenant 4, l'utilisateur soulève la bordure inférieure 40 sur au moins une partie de la périphérie du couvercle 20, si nécessaire en retournant la bordure inférieure 40, pour dégager le bourrelet intérieur 15 du bord supérieur 12 du récipient 10 de la conformation annulaire externe 31 de la lèvre inférieure 30 du couvercle 20.
  • A titre de variante, la bordure inférieure 40 n'est pas nécessairement annulaire.
  • A titre de variante, d'autres moyens que la bordure inférieure 40 peuvent être envisagés pour dégager le bourrelet intérieur 15 du bord supérieur 12 du récipient 10 de la conformation annulaire externe 31 de la lèvre inférieure 30 du couvercle 20, notamment un organe de préhension issu de la périphérie du couvercle 20.
  • La présente invention n'est nullement limitée à l'exemple de réalisation décrit et à ses variantes, mais englobe de nombreuses modifications dans le cadre des revendications.

Claims (14)

  1. Contenant (4) comprenant un récipient (10) et un couvercle (20), le récipient (10) comportant une paroi latérale (11) présentant un bord supérieur (12) formant un bourrelet intérieur (15), le couvercle (20) comportant une paroi d'obturation (21) portant une protubérance annulaire externe (23) pouvant reposer sur le bourrelet intérieur (15) lorsque le couvercle (20) est posé sur le récipient (10), la paroi d'obturation (21) présentant une zone annulaire d'appui (22) reposant sur le bord supérieur (12) lorsque le couvercle (20) ferme le récipient (10), la paroi d'obturation (21) présentant un logement annulaire externe (24) agencé entre la protubérance annulaire externe (23) et la zone annulaire d'appui (22), caractérisé en ce que la protubérance annulaire externe (23) et le logement annulaire externe (24) sont formés sur une lèvre inférieure (30) issue de la paroi d'obturation (21), la lèvre inférieure (30) pouvant être déformée élastiquement pour loger le bourrelet intérieur (15) dans le logement annulaire externe (24).
  2. Contenant (4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (20) comporte une bordure inférieure (40) agencée à l'extérieur de la zone annulaire d'appui (22).
  3. Contenant (4) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la bordure inférieure (40) entoure la zone annulaire d'appui (22).
  4. Contenant (4) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (12) forme un bourrelet extérieur (16), en ce que la paroi d'obturation (21) présente un logement annulaire interne (25) formé dans la bordure inférieure (40) et en ce que le bourrelet extérieur (16) est agencé dans le logement annulaire interne (25) lorsque le couvercle (20) ferme le récipient (10).
  5. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la bordure inférieure (40) forme la périphérie du couvercle (20).
  6. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la lèvre inférieure (30) s'étend en retrait par rapport à la bordure inférieure (40).
  7. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'obturation (21) présente une zone centrale concave (50) entourée par la lèvre inférieure (30).
  8. Contenant (4) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'obturation (21) présente une zone annulaire convexe (51) agencée entre la zone centrale concave (50) et la lèvre inférieure (30).
  9. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (11) présente une partie supérieure rentrante (13).
  10. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur (12) définit une ouverture supérieure (14) sensiblement circulaire.
  11. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (10) est réalisé en verre.
  12. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (20) est mono-matière.
  13. Contenant (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (20) est réalisé en matière plastique semi-rigide.
  14. Contenant (4) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (20) est réalisé en polyéthylène basse densité.
