Description

L'invention porte sur un conditionnement pour produits présentés en emballages groupés et en particulier pour du fromage blanc conditionné en pots regroupés et fermés chacun par un couvercle. Chaque pot est destiné à contenir un moule à fromage appelé faisselle présentant des perforations permettant au fromage blanc de s'égoutter.
On connaít déjà des dispositifs pour conditionner une quadrette de pots d'emballage de fromage blanc selon une disposition en carré. Certains de ces dispositifs connus se présentent sous la forme de quatre anneaux en matière plastique reliés ensemble selon une disposition en carré, chaque pot étant inséré dans un anneau et chaque anneau étant conformé pour maintenir par un encliquetage un couvercle sur le pot. Un tel dispositif est en particulier connu du document de brevet EP-0179005.
Dans US-3951259, un porte-gobelets comporte une base circulaire pour chaque gobelet et des demi anneaux qui s' accrochent à chaque gobelet.
Dans d'autres dispositifs connus, les pots sont maintenus par un film en matière plastique ou une bande en matière plastique ou en carton.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un autre conditionnement notamment pour des pots d'emballage de fromage blanc.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un conditionnement pour produits présentés en emballages groupés constitué par la combinaison de pots individuels fermés chacun par un couvercle et d'un dispositif pour regrouper les pots présentant un nombre de logements égal à celui de pots à réunir, le dispositif étant un panier ayant un fond à partir duquel s'élève au moins une protubérance de forme sensiblement tronconique qui définit avec les parois latérales du panier lesdits logements destinés à recevoir chacun un pot, en ce que chaque pot a un corps qui présente une arête périphérique, caractérisé en ce que chaque couvercle a un bord périphérique inférieur formant un épaulement extérieur, en ce que le sommet de cette protubérance présente une surface plane s'étendant parallèlement au fond du panier et sur laquelle prend appui, par son arête périphérique, chaque pot placé dans un logement du panier, en ce que des crochets sont prévus sur la surface plane pour venir s'engager sur l'épaulement extérieur formé par le bord inférieur de chaque couvercle et en ce que des bossages sont prévus à la partie inférieure des logements pour serrer le bord inférieur de chaque pot.
Un exemple de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention est décrit ci-dessous plus en détails et illustré sur les dessins.
La figure 1 montre selon une vue en élévation, le dispositif selon l'invention.
La figure 2 montre selon une vue en coupe partielle et transversale selon II-II sur la figure 1, un pot de fromage blanc placé dans un logement du dispositif selon l'invention.
Sur la figure 1, le dispositif selon l'invention pour conditionner, par exemple en quadrette, des pots de fromage blanc selon une disposition en carré est constitué essentiellement par un panier 1 avec un fond 2 et quatre parois latérales 3A,3B,3C,3D inscrites dans un parallélépipède de sorte à maintenir quatre pots regroupés suivant une disposition en carré.
Comme visible sur la figure 1, le panier comporte une protubérance centrale 4 de forme sensiblement tronconique qui s'élève depuis le fond 2 du panier. Cette protubérance définit avec les parois 3A à 3D du panier quatre logements dans chacun desquels peut être placé un pot, le fond de chaque pot reposant sur le fond du panier.
Figure 2, on voit un pot 5 avec son couvercle 6 en place dans un emplacement défini à l'intérieur du panier. Chaque pot conforme à l'invention présente, à sa partie supérieure, une arête périphérique 8 constituée par une zone horizontale annulaire qui raccorde le corps du pot de forme sensiblement tronconique à une jupe cylindrique dont l'extrémité supérieure constitue le rebord supérieur du pot. Par ailleurs, chaque couvercle 6 conforme à l'invention, présente à sa partie inférieure, un bord périphérique extérieur 10 constitué par une zone horizontale annulaire formant un épaulement extérieur qui est raccordé au corps du couvercle par une jupe sensiblement tronconique présentant un bourrelet annulaire intérieur et un épaulement annulaire intérieur destinés à coopérer avec le rebord supérieur du pot pour assurer par encliquetage la fermeture du pot avec le couvercle.
La protubérance 4 présente à son sommet une surface plane 7 qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement au fond 2 du panier et sur laquelle prend appui, par son arête extérieure périphérique 8, chaque pot 5 placé dans un logement à l'intérieur du panier.
Par ailleurs, comme visible sur les figures 1 et 2, des crochets 9, quatre crochets dans le cas de l'exemple montré sur les figures, sont prévus pour venir s'engager sur le rebord extérieur 10 du couvercle de chaque pot placé dans un logement du panier. Ces crochets qui s'élèvent depuis la surface plane 7 sont conformés pour s'engager par encliquetage sur le rebord inférieur de chaque couvercle de telle sorte que chaque couvercle est maintenu par pincement sur un pot . Chaque pot avec son couvercle peut par ailleurs être facilement extrait du panier en dégageant le ou les crochets flexibles du couvercle du pot
Des bossages 11 sont prévus à la partie inférieure des logements, c'est-à-dire dans la partie basse des parois latérales du panier et dans la partie basse de la protubérance, pour serrer de façon élastique le bord inférieur de chaque pot, le maintien des pots dans le panier étant ainsi renforcé très simplement.
Le panier avec sa protubérance centrale, incluant les crochets et les bossages, est réalisé en une seule pièce de préférence par moulage d'une matière plastique et est d'un faible coût de revient.
Le fond du panier qui coïncide avec la base de la protubérance est évidé pour permettre d'empiler plusieurs paniers vides. On peut aussi prévoir des bossages 12 sur la surface extérieure des parois latérales du panier, ces bossages limitant l'encastrement des paniers quand ils sont empilés. Une anse 13 peut aussi être prévue au sommet de la protubérance pour faciliter la manutention du panier. Du fait que le fond de la protubérance est évidé, plusieurs paniers peuvent être empilés même quand ils contiennent des pots. A la place de l'anse 13 ou en plus de celle-ci, la surface plane au sommet de la protubérance peut présenter un trou central 14 dans lequel on peut enfoncer un doigt pour manipuler le panier.
Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un panier ayant une ossature très dépouillée (y compris la protubérance), du type filiforme mais l'invention n'est pas limitée à ce type de réalisation. Il serait aussi possible d'étendre le principe de l'invention au regroupement de six ou huit pots d'emballage de fromage blanc en prévoyant deux ou trois protubérances respectivement s'élevant depuis le fond du panier.

Claims (4)

  1. Un conditionnement pour produits présentés en emballages groupés constitué par la combinaison de pots individuels (5) fermés chacun par un couvercle (6) et d'un dispositif pour regrouper les pots présentant un nombre de logements égal à celui de pots (5) à réunir, le dispositif étant un panier ayant un fond (2) à partir duquel s'élève au moins une protubérance (4) de forme sensiblement tronconique qui définit avec les parois latérales (3A-3D) du panier lesdits logements destinés à recevoir chacun un pot, en ce que, chaque pot a un corps qui présente une arête périphérique (8), caractérisé en ce que couvercle a un bord périphérique inférieur (10) formant un épaulement extérieur, en ce que le sommet de ladite protubérance présente une surface plane (7) s'étendant parallèlement au fond du panier et sur laquelle prend appui, par son arête périphérique (8), chaque pot placé dans un logement du panier, en ce que des crochets (9) sont prévus sur la surface plane pour venir s'engager sur l'épaulement extérieur formé par le bord inférieur (10) de chaque couvercle et en ce que des bossages (11) sont prévus à la partie inférieure des logements pour serrer le bord inférieur de chaque pot.
  2. Le dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le panier avec sa protubérance est réalisé en une seule pièce venue par moulage.
  3. Le dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le panier est réalisé en matière plastique.
  4. Le dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le fond du panier coïncidant avec la base de la protubérance est évidé.
