Definitions

  • the invention relates to a set of protection against theft, including shoplifting, of an article packaged or not.
  • anti-theft badges also called beeps, macaroons or "EAS tags" in English terminology.
  • These anti-theft tags trigger an anti-theft gantry or an RFID-type surveillance system arranged at the access points (inputs / outputs) of a point of sale such as a super or hyper store, a shop, a specialized store, a duty-free, a department store, a museum, a video club, a pharmacy, as well as the access points of any other store or entity selling or exhibiting self-service items that are likely to be stolen or subtracted without authorization.
  • a point of sale such as a super or hyper store, a shop, a specialized store, a duty-free, a department store, a museum, a video club, a pharmacy, as well as the access points of any other store or entity selling or exhibiting self-service items that are likely to be stolen or subtracted without authorization.
  • badges are transported from their manufacturing site to the point of sale, directly or indirectly in two separate parts: the bodies are arranged in a container (box, cardboard or other) and the nails are in another container.
  • gripping nails is neither easy nor fast because the people who handle them generally try to avoid getting hurt with nail tips.
  • the bodies and nails are enclosed in the same container for delivery and must then be sorted while avoiding injury.
  • Each badge portion is then collected in a different bin, and then the badges are again set up on other items as described above.
  • the document WO 2007/105178 describes a protection assembly of an article against theft which comprises a first part comprising a point intended to cross the article to be protected and a second part which, on the one hand, is provided with an orifice to insert the tip and, on the other hand, includes locking means for preventing removal of the tip after insertion.
  • the two parts of this assembly are assembled with one another and held in assembled position according to an assembly mode in which the tip of the first part is inserted axially into the orifice of the second part along an axis of insertion.
  • the locking means are automatically activated as soon as the tip is inserted inside the second part so that a user can not separate the two parts without tools.
  • the invention aims to remedy at least one of the aforementioned drawbacks by proposing a protection assembly of an article against theft, comprising a first part comprising a point intended to pass through the article or a package containing the article and a second portion which, on the one hand, is provided in a first zone with an orifice for inserting the tip thereon and, on the other hand, comprises locking means for preventing the withdrawal of the tip after its insertion, characterized in that that the two parts are assembled with one another and held in assembled position according to two possible assembly modes, in a first so-called protection mode the tip of the first part is inserted axially into the orifice of the second part along a first insertion axis and the locking means are activated so that a user can not separate them without tools, in a second mode called temporary assembly the tip being inserted in at least a second zone distinct from the first zone in a plurality of possible temporary assembly positions which correspond to the insertion of the tip respectively along a plurality of insertion axes parallel to the first insertion
  • this mode is used to manipulate the unlocked protection assembly the two parts of the protection assembly (eg anti-theft badge) are assembled, that is to say fixed or coupled to each other (permanently in this mode) without being locked.
  • the two parts of the protection assembly can be easily assembled (fixed or coupled) with each other in the temporary assembly mode.
  • the two parts are shifted transversely relative to each other with respect to the axial configuration of the protective assembly mode for which the tip has been inserted into the hole along the first axis of insertion (the transverse offset occurs in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of insertion along the first axis of insertion).
  • the temporary assembly of the two parts is also easier than if one had on the second part of only one possible temporary assembly position.
  • this temporary assembly saves time when it comes to install a set of protection on an item to protect since the two parts of the set are already arranged against each other physically, ready to be separated (without tools) before being put on the article.
  • said at least one second zone has dimensions greater than those of the diameter of the orifice and those of the first zone and also greater than those of the diameter of a single opening to receive the tip in the same mode. temporary assembly.
  • the two parts of the set occupy a reduced volume compared to the volume occupied by each part separately.
  • This arrangement is advantageous for the transport and storage of the protective assemblies: two separate containers for each of the two parts of the protective assemblies are no longer necessary, a single container is sufficient and, for example, a single commercial reference is necessary for the protection package.
  • the free end of the tip of the first part is protected at least partly inside the second part to reduce the risk of injury.
  • Protecting the free end of the tip at least in part means that the free end is not necessarily surrounded on all sides by a wall.
  • the longevity of a fine tip is increased, thus allowing better separation of the fibers without breaking longer than before.
  • the first parts provided with points of the protective assemblies are recycled separately from the second parts: the first parts provided with tips are thrown loose in a container, which causes friction and shocks at the tips, leading to premature wear.
  • said at least one second zone has a structure and / or a geometric disposition with respect to the first zone containing the orifice which make it possible to differentiate said at least one second zone from the first zone of the orifice.
  • said at least one second zone By structuring and / or geometrically arranging said at least one second zone in an appropriate manner, it is made easier for persons to handle the protection assembly to differentiate between this last zone and the first zone containing the orifice. Thus, these people easily locate said at least a second zone and thus lose little time to seek a temporary assembly position.
  • Said at least one second zone may be structured or configured for example by adapting the shape and / or the dimensions and / or the material constituting this zone to be able to receive a point in a zone distinct from the first zone of the orifice and in a plurality of possible positions.
  • said at least one second zone may for example be structured or configured by the presence of several openings (preformed) in order to insert the tip and / or by the presence of a material in which the tip can be inserted and withdrawn at leisure in any material (it can thus be considered that the presence of the material, a plurality and even a multitude of openings not preformed.

  • the plurality of possible insertion positions is achieved through the plurality of openings in the at least one second zone.
  • This plurality of openings provides greater ease for personnel handling the protective assemblies and to temporarily assemble the two parts thereof.
  • the task is indeed less delicate than if the same staff had at its disposal only one temporary assembly opening to be found on the second part of the protection assembly to ensure the positioning of the tip.
  • the tip comprises a free end which is disposed inside a hollow portion in the second temporary assembly mode, thus completely protecting the free end.

  • the openings and the orifice are arranged in the first face according to different heights, the height being taken along a dimension perpendicular to the two other dimensions in which the first face extends mainly.
  • This difference in level or height between the orifice and the plurality of openings modifies the structure of the first face by conferring on it a specific relief.
  • This difference in height level thus constitutes a means of assisting the positioning of the tip in one of the openings.
  • openings are not necessarily arranged at the same height relative to the orifice.
  • the openings are arranged recessed with respect to the orifice following the height.
  • the orifice is set back from the openings according to the height.

  • the openings such as the opening 72c are, for their part, set back with respect to the greater part of the flat surface of the first face 72a and, in particular, with respect to the protuberance 72d.
  • Such a structure / arrangement further enhances the distinction between the second zone containing the openings and the first zone containing the central orifice 72b.
  • each opening is provided with guiding means such as the guiding means 73c around and at the entrance to the opening 72c.
  • the internal member 40 holding the tip inside the housing is also identical to that described in connection with the previous figures.
  • the set of protection against the theft of an article referenced 80 is illustrated on the Figures 6 and 7 includes a first part 12 identical to that of the Figure 5 and a second part 84 slightly modified with respect to the second part 74 of the Figure 5 .

  • such guide means could be arranged around each opening.
  • the openings 82c-g are disposed in a second zone surrounding the first zone containing the central orifice 82b.
  • the plate 82 also has an extra thickness in a central portion larger than that of the Figure 5 .
  • the first face 82a is thus flat in its peripheral portion and forms a central projection 82h in which are arranged the plurality of openings 82c-g is the central orifice 82b.
  • guide means are provided around the orifice 82b to guide the tip during its insertion into this orifice.
  • These guide means 83d take the form of a concavity surrounding the orifice and which extends from the salient portion 82h of the first face to the inlet of the orifice.
  • this concavity has a general shape of an inverted bowl.
  • This structure around the orifice 82b thus makes it possible to differentiate the two zones (the one carrying the openings and the one carrying the orifice) relative to one another.
  • the structure of the first zone containing the orifice with its guiding means 83b makes it possible to individualize this first zone and thus to distinguish it from the second zone.
  • the orifice 82 is set back with respect to the openings according to the height of the plate which corresponds here to its thickness.
  • the embodiment of the Figure 8 illustrates a set of protection against theft 90 which differs little from the embodiment of the Figures 6 and 7 .
  • the protection assembly 90 comprises a first portion 12 identical to that of the Figure 6 and a second portion 94 slightly modified.
  • This second portion 94 comprises a first portion 92 constituting a substantially flat closure plate of a second portion 96 constituting the hollow body of the housing.
  • the plate 92 also has an extra thickness, just as the plate 82 of the Figure 6 , in which are arranged the central insertion orifice of the tip 92b and a plurality of openings such as the opening 92c.

  • the orifice 92b is thus equipped with a guiding means 93b taking the form of a concavity or a flared part.
  • This concavity or flared portion has for example a general shape of inverted bowl or funnel.
  • the openings like the opening 92c are also each provided with a guiding means identical to those illustrated on the Figures 1a and 1b and which have for example a convergent general shape for example funnel.
  • the opening 92c is thus provided at its inlet with a convergent guide shape 93c.
  • the second zone comprising the openings and the first zone comprising the orifice have all been represented according to the same geometrical arrangement, but this is only one exemplary embodiment.
  • the openings may be further removed from the orifice and for example disposed in the peripheral planar portion of the first face on the Figures 6 and 8 .
  • the number of openings and their arrangement relative to each other, as well as the associated guide means may also differ.

  • the guiding means may for example take the form of one or more concavities connecting two consecutive openings between them where the concavities illustrated on the Figures 1a to 8 are independent of each other.
  • the shape of the second portion constituting the housing of the protection assembly can be modified by being thicker at its periphery thus making it easier to accommodate a part of the length of the tip.
  • the casing may also take forms that are not necessarily cylindrical or hemispherical and, for example, rectangular or square or other shapes ...
  • the Figure 9 illustrates another embodiment in which the second zone comprising a plurality of openings is no longer arranged on the first face of the second part of the protection assembly but on another face.
  • the set of protection against theft of an article is that is referenced 100 includes a first part 12 identical to that of the Figure 1a and a second part 102 which differs from the second part 30 of the figure 1a .
  • This second portion 102 comprises a first portion 62 constituting a closure plate of a second portion 104 which constitutes the hollow body of the housing.
  • the insertion orifice of the tip for assembling the two parts 12 and 102 in theft protection mode is arranged on the first face as the hole 32b of the Figure 1a .
