    and in that the element comprises pushing means (40) forcing the locking lug (16) into the blocking configuration, and under the action of an unblocking force exerted on the pushing means, and enabling the locking lug to be moved into an unblocking configuration in which the blocking means (30) enable a movement of the locking lug from its locking position towards or into its released position, and
    in that the unblocking force that must be applied in order to move the locking lug (16) into its unblocking configuration and to meet the pushing force of the pushing means (40) is between 500 N (about 50 kg) and 5000 N (about 500 kg), particularly between 800 N and 2500 N, and in particular between 1000 N and 2500 N.
  2. Element according to claim 1, characterized in that the pushing means (40) comprise an elastically deformable element (42), and particularly a rubber washer or a spring.

Assembly comprising either an element according to at least claim 6, or a waste bin device according to claim 8 comprising an element according to at least claim 6, characterized in that the assembly comprises a tool (6) provided with a lever (50), the lever (50) having a support pin (54) adapted to exert the unblocking force on the pushing means (40) and a protrusion (56) having one free end complementary with the recess (46) and adapted to be supported on the support surface (48) when the support pin (54) pushes on the pushing means (40).
  10. Assembly according to claim 9, characterized in that the tool (6) comprises an actuating key (52) adapted to cooperate with the actuating head (22).
  11. Assembly according to claim 10, characterized in that the actuating key (52) is connected to the support pin (54), movable in rotation and blocked in translation.
