Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Versiegelungskapseln auf die Hälse verkorkter Flaschen, die mit einem Korkenhaltekäfig versehen sind, der aus Metalldraht (C) besteht und eine zur Wand der Flasche gebogene Verschlusslasche (L) hat, umfassend den Schritt des Zuführens der Flaschen zu einem Kapselspender (16), der dazu ausgeführt ist, eine Kapsel (20) mit einem Schlitz (22) an ihrer Seitenwand auf jeden der Flaschenhälse (N) zu platzieren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner die Schritte umfasst:- Zuführen der mit einer Kapsel versehenen Flaschen zu einem Karussell (28), welches mit mehreren Umfangsstationen (30) versehen ist, von denen jede eine entsprechende Flasche (B) zu empfangen und die folgenden Operationen an ihr auszuführen vermag:- Anheben der Kapsel (20) von dem Hals (N) der Flasche mittels einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung (38),- zumindest teilweises Öffnen der Lasche (L) des Käfigs (C) nach außen mittels einer Öffnungseinrichtung (44),- Ausrichten der Lasche (L) auf den Schlitz (22) durch axiales Drehen der Flasche (B) und/oder der Kapsel (20),- Wiederauflegen der Kapsel (20) auf den Flaschenhals, wobei die Lasche (L) in den Schlitz (22) reicht und aus der Kapsel hervorsteht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand der Kapsel, bevor die Kapsel (20) auf den Flaschenhals gelegt wird, an dem Schlitz (22) verformt wird durch Deformiermittel (57), die dazu ausgeführt sind, den Schlitz (22) zum Aufnehmen der Lasche (L) geeignet zu formen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungseinrichtung (44) die Lasche (L) nach außen öffnet in einem Winkel von ungefähr 45° zur Vertikalrichtung. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Operation des Ausrichtens der Lasche (L) mit dem Schlitz (22) an der Kapsel (20) die Schritte umfasst:- Drehen der Flasche (B) um ihre Achse solchermaßen, dass die Lasche (L) des Käfigs in einer vorbestimmten Ausrichtung bezüglich der entsprechenden Station (3) angeordnet wird, und- Drehen der Kapsel (20) um ihre Achse solchermaßen, dass der Schlitz (22) in derselben vorbestimmten Ausrichtung bezüglich der Station (30) angeordnet wird. - Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Versiegelungskapseln auf die Hälse verkorkter Flaschen, die mit einem Korkenhaltekäfig versehen sind, der aus Metalldraht (C) besteht und eine zur Wand der Flasche gebogene Verschlusslasche (L) hat, mit einem Kapselspender (16), der dazu ausgeführt ist, eine Kapsel mit einem Schlitz (22) an ihrer Seitenwand auf jedem der Flaschenhälse zu platzieren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner ein Karussell (28) aufweist mit mehreren Umfangsstationen (30), die jeweils eine entsprechende Flasche zu empfangen vermögen und versehen sind mit:- einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung (40), die dazu betreibbar ist, die Kapsel (20) von dem Flaschenhals (N) an einer Stelle anzuheben, so dass der Zugang zu der Lasche (L) nicht behindert ist, und sie anschließend wieder aufzulegen,- einer Öffnungseinrichtung (44), die dazu betreibbar ist, die Lasche (L) zumindest teilweise nach außen zu öffnen, während die Kapsel (20) sich in ihrer angehobenen Stellung befindet,- einer Ausrichtungseinrichtung (32, 34, 38, 42), die dazu betreibbar ist, die Flasche (B) und/oder die Kapsel (20) solchermaßen axial zu drehen, dass die Lasche (L) des Käfigs (C) zu dem Schlitz (22) der Kapsel (20) ausgerichtet ist, bevor letztere wieder aufgelegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Deformiereinrichtung (57) aufweist, die dazu betreibbar ist, die Seitenwand der Kapsel an dem Schlitz (22) so zu verformen, dass der Schlitz zum Aufnehmen der Lasche (L) geeignet geformt wird, bevor die Kapsel (20) wieder auf den Flaschenhalt aufgelegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (22) als ein "I" geformt ist und die Deformiereinrichtung einen Stempel (57) aufweist, der dazu betreibbar ist, auf die Seitenwand der Kapsel (20) an dem I-förmigen Schlitz (22) solchermaßen zu schlagen, dass die zwei zwischen den horizontalen Segmenten der I-Form gebildeten Lamellen (23a, 23b) einwärts gebogen werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Halteinrichtung (46) zum seitlichen Halten der Flasche aufweist, während die Lasche geöffnet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtungseinrichtung aufweist:- einen die Flasche (B) in der zugehörigen Station (30) abstützenden Drehtisch (32), der dazu betreibbar ist, sich zu drehen, um die Lasche (L) des Käfigs (C) in einer vorbestimmten Ausrichtung bezüglich der zugehörigen Station anzuordnen, basierend auf ersten Referenzmitteln (R), die integral mit dem Käfig ausgeführt und durch eine erste Sensoreinrichtung (34) erfassbar sind,- eine Kapselhalteeinrichtung (40), die um die Achse der Kapsel (20) drehbar ist und dazu betreibbar ist, sich zu drehen, um den Schlitz (22) in derselben vorbestimmten Ausrichtung bezüglich der zugehörigen Station (30) anzuordnen, basierend auf zweiten Referenzmitteln (T), die integral mit der Kapsel ausgeführt und durch eine zweite Sensoreinrichtung (42) erfassbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapselhalteeinrichtung (40) innerhalb einer vertikalen Hülse (38) untergebracht ist, die die Kapsel (20) im Ruhezustand umgibt, wobei die Hülse vor der Aktivierung der Deformiereinrichtung (57) vertikal in eine Stellung bewegbar ist, in der sie die Deformiereinrichtung nicht stört.
