Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Handstück (10) für ein Dampfsauggerät, mit einem Saugleinlass (38) und einer mit diesem in Strömungsverbindung stehenden Saugleitung (26) für Saugluft, und mit einem Dampfauslass (50) und einer mit diesem in Strömungsverbindung stehenden Dampfleitung (42), und mit einem Gehäuse (12), das einen Abschnitt der Saugleitung (26) und der Dampfleitung (42) umgibt und einen Handgriff (20) zum Ergreifen des Handstücks aufweist. Um das Handstück derart weiterzubilden, dass es dem Benutzer eine komfortablere Handhabung ermöglicht, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Handstück (10) ein in Strömungsrichtung des Dampfes zwischen der Dampfleitung (42) und dem Dampfauslass (50) angeordnetes Dampfmengenregulierventil (44) aufweist sowie ein erstes Betätigungselement (98) für das Dampfmengenregulierventil (44).
