Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines motorisch betätigten Hand-Verpressgerätes, bei welchem auf eine Schalterbetätigung hin ein oder mehrere Pressbacken aus einer Startposition in eine geschlossene Verpressposition bewegt werden, bis eine vorgegebene Verpresskraft erreicht ist oder eine vorgegebene Zeit verstrichen ist, wonach selbsttätig, etwa durch Rücklauf eines Presskolbens, eine Pressbacken-Freigabe erfolgt, diese Freigabe jedoch vor Erreichen der Startposition in einer Zwischenposition unterbrochen werden kann, um einen nächsten Verpressvorgang von einer solchen Zwischenposition aus zu beginnen. Um den Vorteil der Zwischenposition erreichen zu können, ohne dass bei gleichartigen Vorgängen jeweils eingegriffen werden muss, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass zu einer Unterbrechung ein der Zwischenposition zugeordnetes und im Zuge des Verpressvorganges ermitteltes Weg- und / oder Zeit- und / oder Druckmaß erfasst bzw. gespeichert wird, zufolge welchen Maßes die Freigabe bei folgenden Pressvorgängen selbsttätig an der diesbezüglichen Zwischenposition unterbrochen werden kann.
