Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erwärmen wenigstens eines Werkstücks (20) in einem Ofen (10), bei dem das Werkstück (20) von Heizmitteln (11) erwärmt wird, wobei nach der Erwärmung des gesamten Werkstücks (20) in einem ersten Schritt eine Bewegung des Werkstücks (20) soweit aus dem Ofen (10) heraus erfolgt, dass sich ein erster Teilbereich (21) des Werkstücks (20) noch innerhalb des Ofens (10) befindet, während sich ein zweiter Teilbereich (22) des Werkstücks (20) bereits außerhalb des Ofens (10) befindet. Das Werkstück (20) wird für einen bestimmten Zeitraum in dieser Position gehalten und das gesamte Werkstück (20) anschließend aus dem Ofen (10) heraus bewegt. Insbesondere wird das Verfahren in einem Durchlaufofen durchgeführt, wobei das Werkstück (20) eine Heizstrecke durchläuft und das Werkstück (20) durch eine Transporteinrichtung (30) soweit aus der Heizstrecke des Durchlaufofens (10) heraus bewegt wird, dass sich ein erster Teilbereich (21) des Werkstücks (20) noch innerhalb der Heizstrecke befindet, während sich ein zweiter Teilbereich (22) des Werkstücks (20) bereits außerhalb der Heizstrecke befindet. In dieser Position des Werkstücks (20) wird die Bewegung der Transporteinrichtung (30) für einen bestimmten Zeitraum unterbrochen. So stellen sich in den beiden Teilbereichen (21;22) unterschiedliche Temperaturen ein. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner einen zugehörigen Durchlaufofen (10) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. The invention relates to a method for heating at least one workpiece (20) in an oven (10), in which the workpiece (20) is heated by heating means (11), wherein after heating the entire workpiece (20) in a first step Movement of the workpiece (20) as far out of the oven (10) out that a first portion (21) of the workpiece (20) is still within the furnace (10), while a second portion (22) of the workpiece (20 ) is already outside the furnace (10). In this position of the workpiece (20), the movement of the transport device (30) is interrupted for a certain period of time. Thus, different temperatures are established in the two subregions (21; 22). The invention further relates to an associated continuous furnace (10) for carrying out the method.
