Claims (9)
- Système de chambre de travail (100) pour le traitement de surface de pièces, comprenant au moins :- une chambre de travail pouvant être fermée hermétiquement (101),- plusieurs fixations de pièces en forme de cadre (10, 20, 30) qui peuvent être déplacées sur des rails de guidage (14, 24, 34) entre une position de chargement à l'extérieur de la chambre de travail (101) et une position de travail dans la chambre de travail (101), et- un manipulateur (102, 103) qui, vu en projection horizontale, est disposé à côté du groupe de rails de guidage parallèles (14, 24, 34) à l'intérieur de la chambre de travail (101),caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une fixation de pièce (10, 20, 30) comprend un cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31) par le biais duquel elle est guidée dans les rails de guidage (14, 24, 34), et un cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32) qui, dans une position de transport, est entouré par le cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31) et qui, dans la position de chargement et/ou dans la position de travail, peut être déplacé ou pivoté dans une position à l'extérieur du plan de base du cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31).
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux fixations de pièces en forme de cadre (10, 20, 30), orientées verticalement, sont prévues, lesquelles peuvent être déplacées à chaque fois sur des rails de guidage parallèles les uns aux autres (14, 24, 34) entre une position de chargement à l'extérieur de la chambre de travail (101) et une position de travail dans la chambre de travail (101).
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32), dans la position de chargement et/ou dans la position de travail, peut être déplacé dans une position parallèle en plan à l'extérieur du plan de base du cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31).
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32) à l'extérieur du plan de base du cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31) peut être abaissé par rapport au cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31).
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32) est connecté par le biais d'un parallélogramme de guidage (13, 23, 33) de manière pivotante au cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31).
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des parallélogrammes de guidage (13, 23, 33) sont réalisées sous forme de logements en forme de fourche et en ce que des tourillons sont prévus au niveau de montants verticaux du cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32), lesquels peuvent être accrochés dans les logements.
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32) peut être accouplé au cadre extérieur (11, 21, 31) par le biais d'une connexion amovible.
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que trois fixations de pièces (10, 20, 30) sont prévues, dont au moins les fixations de pièces extérieures sont pourvues de cadres intérieurs (12, 22, 32) pouvant être retirés vers l'extérieur.
- Système de chambre de travail (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le cadre intérieur (12, 22, 32) est supporté de manière rotative dans le cadre extérieur sur au moins un axe.
