Das erste Kupplungsstück besteht aus einer Buchse mit einem oberen flanschformigen Rand, die zentrisch auf der Oberseite des Behälters angeordnet ist. Diese Buchse dient als Führungsbuchse für das zweite als Zug- stange ausgebildete Kupplungsstück. Auch das zweite Kupplungsstück weist einen oberen flanschformigen Rand auf. Ein solcher Schliessmechanismus ist heutzutage an den gängigen Behältern zur Abfallentsorgung vorgesehen. In diesem Patentdokument ist ferner eine Kupplungseinrichtung beschrieben, welche Haken aufweist, welche unter die flanschformigen Ränder des ersten und des zweiten Kupplungsstück über den Umfang verteilt eingreifen. Auf der Aussenseite der Klemmbacken 2 und 3 sind im unteren Bereich abgewinkelte Kulissen 12 vorgesehen, wobei an den inneren Rändern der Klemmbacken 2 und 3 zusätzlich je eine Klemmplatte 13 vorgesehen ist. In Figur 2 ist die Klemmzange 1 in der geöffneten Position gezeigt, wobei auf den Gleitschienen 7 ein zweites Kupplungselement 15 nach oben und unten hin- und herverfahrbar angeordnet ist. Dieses zweite als Gleithaken ausgebildete Kupplungselement 15 weist eine durchgehende Bohrung 16 mit auf beiden Seiten eine Buchse 17 aus Messing auf. Ferner sind vier Schmiernippel 18 vorgesehen, um den Gleithaken 15 mit einer automatischen Schmierung über nicht-dargestellte Ölleitungen zu versehen.
