Definitions
- the invention relates to a multi-part plug-in channel having an at least substantially U-shaped trough portion comprising a sole which is delimited on both sides by two sole wall flanges which enclose a substantially right angle with the sole, wherein the sole wall flanges at their top wall end respectively with in Direction of the adjoining in the installed state adjacent side wall parts connecting elements are provided such that the sole member separate side wall parts, which are provided with corresponding receiving devices, are engageable with the protruding connecting elements of the sole wall flanges so that the side wall portions on both sides of the sole on the sole wall flanges to form a at least substantially U-shaped drainage channel are attachable.
- Such a drainage channel is from the DE 197 45 480 A1 previously known.
- the previously known drainage channel consists of a channel body and extension parts, which can be plugged on both sides of the upwardly directed legs of the channel body such that the legs of the Channel body are height or angle adjustable, so that the drainage channel different depth and terrain slopes can be adjusted.
- a retention channel module for constructing a retention channel for underground storage of surface water, this module being composed of several shell parts.
- a modular producible drainage channel comprising an at least approximately U-shaped trough part, which comprises a sole which is bounded on both sides by two sole wall flanges, each having a top side, such as for receiving a cover of the drainage channel.
- a rail element can be placed on the two frame elements such that the rail elements each overlap a Zargenelement form fit.
- one or more hook element / e overlaps the frame member in the attachment of the rail element, so that a first determination of the mounted rail is achieved transversely to the longitudinal extent of the previously known drainage channel.
- the patch rail is then moved in the longitudinal direction of the previously known drainage channel until additional snap elements, which are hook-shaped, engage in corresponding corresponding recesses of the adjacent Zargenelements.
- additional snap elements which are hook-shaped, engage in corresponding corresponding recesses of the adjacent Zargenelements.
- this floor duct element consists of a finished part, comprising a U-shaped cross-section, ie a sole pan with side flanges arranged on both sides, which are closed on the upper side of at least one removable frame on which a gutter cover placed is.
- the arrangement of an adapter component between the finished part and the frame it should be possible to adapt the floor duct system with relatively little effort to changing environmental conditions.
- the cover of the bottom channel element which is inserted into the frame, bolted to the Zargenelement, the underlying adapter element and the side flanges of the precast concrete part.
- the advantage of the multi-part plug-in channel is that side wall flanges of different heights can be plugged onto the respective pan section.
- Another advantage of this solution is that the not yet mated Gulles can be transported and stored less space consuming, because the storage of items that are partially or completely stackable, takes less storage and transport volume to complete, as in a complete, mostly U-shaped drainage channel.
- the invention is based on the object to provide an improved multi-part plug-in channel, in which the individual parts of the plug-in channel, so here in particular the side wall parts with the central part of the tub, to form a possible closed connection as simple as possible can be joined to each other.
- the side wall parts are each connected to the trough part by means of a stepped joining technique by the actual connection of the side wall parts with the trough part first the connection of at least one fishing guides is preceded in time, the first for a first determination of Side wall part with respect to the trough part effect and in particular their relative mobility confine the trough part, before then the final connection is made by a snap connection.
- the first catch guide restricts the relative movability of the side wall part in relation to the pan part in the longitudinal direction of the plug channel before the second catch guide following in the joining process then fixes the relative movability of the side wall part with respect to the pan part also transversely to the longitudinal extension of the pan part.
- a joining process in time subsequent third catch guide ensures that the side wall part to be joined after the engagement of the third catch guide also defined in its relative movement in the vertical direction, ie orthogonal to Festlegungs Fisch the first and second catch guide in the sense of a provisional assurance of 9.wandflanschs is.
- the joining process of the side wall part on the trough part is realized in that the projecting in the direction of the adjacent side wall part latching projections are formed in different heights, so that in the joining process, the engagement of the catch guides takes place in succession.
- the connecting elements of the sole wall flanges projecting in the direction of the side wall parts to be joined and / or of the corresponding recesses of the side wall parts are designed differently such that a respective different fixing of the side wall parts relative to the adjacent one Trough part, in particular with respect to different directions of relative movement, is effected.
- locking projections of the catch guides another index projection which is connectable to a corresponding index recording of the side wall part, arranged on the sole wall flanges, which ensures that the side wall parts can only be mounted in the correct position on the adjacent part of the tub because only in this position, the index projection engages in the corresponding index recording of the respective adjacent side wall part.
- the connecting elements of the catch guides that is, the latching projections arranged on the tub part, and the corresponding recesses of the side wall parts are each formed in pairs.
- the catch guide pairs described ie the mentioned locking projections on the tub part and the corresponding receiving devices of the side wall part, arranged symmetrically to an imaginary center line transversely to the longitudinal extent of the plug channel, wherein in the joining order first catch guide pair is arranged inside symmetrical to the imaginary center line and the second fishing guide pair further outward, in turn, each symmetrically to the imaginary center line, is arranged.
- the final connection of the side wall parts with the central trough part is ensured by means of a snap connection which engages only after the catch guides by means of two snap connection pairs.
- the Schnappinstitutspaare in turn each comprise two in the direction of each adjacent side wall portions projecting snap elements with a snap bolt which is connected via an elastically molded snap ridge with the Sohlenwandflansch, and two corresponding with these snap elements Schnappaus fundamentalept, each with two corresponding with the snap pin holding projections in the corresponding Have snap recesses, wherein in the final connection position, the snap pins can be latched above the mentioned retaining projections.
- the snap bolts may be provided with a central through hole, each of which is closed in the final connection position on the side facing away from the retaining projection via a predetermined breaking point formed firing pin, said firing pin in the connecting position to realize a pull-out through the through hole into a corresponding Blind hole of the side wall portion is einschlagbar, so then the snap bolts are each firmly connected to the adjacent side wall part.
- the locking of the snap elements by means of the firing pin causes a pull-out protection for the plugged side wall part.
- the side wall part and / or the sole wall flange adjoining in the connecting layer is provided with a sealing strip extending over the entire length, so that in the final connecting position of side wall part and trough part the connecting groove between the side wall part and the adjacent sole wall flange is sealed in a liquid-tight manner. hereby a leakage in the connecting region between the side wall part and the tub part is avoided.
- a frame element for forming a frame for receiving a channel cover of the finished drainage channel must usually be placed on the side wall parts in addition in each case.
- the side wall part is provided with additional connecting elements for receiving and securing the aufdin Zargenmaschines.
- the Zargenelement is placed by way of tilt mounting and secured in the final connection position by means of a snap connection.
- the auf responsibleden Zargenelement is usually a producible about by folding sheet metal profile with a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional profile, which serves to receive the aforementioned gutter cover. At this L-shaped receiving portion in the installation position, the inside of the respective adjacent side wall part cross-hook element is integrally formed.
- the Zargenelement can be mounted in an advantageous manner by means of a simple tilt mounting, wherein the Zargenelement is first placed in a relation to the mounting position outwardly pivoted position on the upper sowandflansch the side wall part, so that in this position, the hook elements engage over the inner edge of the upper sowandflanschs. In the course of further assembly, the Zargenelement is then pivoted further inward, while meanwhile the hook elements each over on the side wall part molded slideways slide until it engages in its final latching position after final assembly, ie positionally correct positioning of the Zargenides.
- a projection is formed, which overlaps the upper edge of the respectively adjacent side wall part.
- pivotable securing straps are integrally formed on this projection, which can be folded in correlation-correct mounting of the frame in correlating outside receiving portions of the respective adjacent side wall part.
- the respective correct position mounting the frame elements on the side wall parts is ensured, inter alia, that the intricate receiving pockets of the side wall parts for receiving the snap hook ensure that the snap hooks can only be inserted in the correct position mounting in the side wall parts and can be brought into engagement only in this position. In this position, it is ensured at the same time that the mentioned securing tabs for producing a trigger protection for the frame element in the corresponding receiving portions on the outside of the side wall part can be folded.
- the individual drainage sections can also be securely connected to one another in the direction of impact by an imaginary extension of the sole contour of the drainage channel being formed on one abutment side of the drainage section of the trough part as a spring element, while on the other abutting side a sleeve element engaging under this spring element is formed.
- This connection technology in turn has the advantage that the tub parts can be cut to any length, because in this process at each separation point automatically a corresponding extension of the tub sole survives, so that the result is always a spring element is generated, always to the already mentioned sleeve element of subsequent drainage section is connectable.
- the sleeve-spring principle described above is also realized in the joint area of the side wall flanges, so that they are cut to length analogously and can be connected to one another in any desired length in the joint area.
- FIG. 33 shows a completely assembled plug-in channel 1, comprising a sole portion of the channel forming trough part 2, on both sides of the side wall parts 3, 3 'are placed in a manner to be explained in more detail.
- the side wall parts 3, 3 ' are on both sides even closer to be explained manner Zargenmaschine 5, 5 'placed flush, which serve to receive a channel cover 6.
- the side wall parts 3, 3 ' are each provided with an external ribbing 7 to increase the load capacity of the channel.
- the trough part 2 has various connecting pieces 10 for the supply and discharge of guided in the plug-in channel 1 liquids.
- the plug-in channel 1 is constructed in such a multi-part, that the side wall parts 3, 3 'on the tub part 2 to form an at least approximately U-shaped drainage channel are attachable.
- the side wall parts 3, 3 ' can be easily inserted into the trough part 2 and combined for the purpose of transport or storage into a unit 11, which can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner.

- the sole wall flanges 13, 13 ' are each provided with latching projections 17, 18, 20 projecting in the direction of the side wall parts 3, 3' to be mounted, which are in each case designed in pairs plug elements of a total of three different catch guides and two snap connection pairs.
- the snap guides and the snap connections are realized by means of paired fasteners, the in Fig.
- the snap connection which ultimately produces the connection, is provided by two snap-in elements 16, 16 'arranged in pairs symmetrically with respect to the center line 14 Fig. 2 realized.
- the catch guide pair forming the first catch guide is represented by the furthest inner latching projection 17, which is also formed in pairs.
- the second catching guide pair which is therefore second in engagement during the joining process of the side wall part 3, 3 'on the trough part 2, is represented lying furthest outwards by the locking projection 18, which is likewise designed in pairs.
- the third catch guide is in turn by its turn further inward locking projection 20 in Fig. 2 shown. Also, this locking projection 20 is formed to form a fishing guide pair as described in pairs.
- the locking projections 17, 18, 20 have a different height, wherein the most projecting locking projection 17 of the first catching device first engages, the locking lug 18 formed in a shorter length of the second catching device secondly engages and finally the shortest latching projection 20 of the third catching guide due to this shorter training than the third device with the corresponding recesses 30 of the aufdin side wall part 3, 3 'into engagement.
- the first fishing guide pair is located furthest inside, so that the catch guide pair representing locking projections 17 each have the smallest distance and thus subject to the slightest tolerance deviations, so for this first joining operation between the aufdin side wall part 3, 3 'and the tub part 2, the highest Dimensional accuracy exists.
- the latching projections 17, 18, 20 of the catch guides are each provided with hook elements which respectively point or act in different directions. This is because with the first catch guide, the relative movement of the side wall part 3, 3 'to the adjacent sowandflansch 4, 4' is prevented in the longitudinal direction, while the second catch guide the relative movement transverse to the longitudinal direction of the adjacent sowandflanschs 4, 4 'is prevented. Finally, with the third catch guide, the relative mobility of the side wall part 3, 3 'to be fitted on to the trough part 2 is prevented orthogonally to the two above-mentioned axes of mobility. Accordingly, the hook elements of Locking projections 17, 18 and 20 as well as in FIGS. 2 and 3 not shown recesses 27, 28, 30 of the adjacent side wall parts 3, 3 'formed differently.

Description
The invention relates to a multi-part plug-in channel having an at least substantially U-shaped trough portion comprising a sole which is delimited on both sides by two sole wall flanges which enclose a substantially right angle with the sole, wherein the sole wall flanges at their top wall end respectively with in Direction of the adjoining in the installed state adjacent side wall parts connecting elements are provided such that the sole member separate side wall parts, which are provided with corresponding receiving devices, are engageable with the protruding connecting elements of the sole wall flanges so that the side wall portions on both sides of the sole on the sole wall flanges to form a at least substantially U-shaped drainage channel are attachable.

The advantage of the multi-part plug-in channel is that side wall flanges of different heights can be plugged onto the respective pan section. Another advantage of this solution is that the not yet mated Gulles can be transported and stored less space consuming, because the storage of items that are partially or completely stackable, takes less storage and transport volume to complete, as in a complete, mostly U-shaped drainage channel.
However, it is problematic to connect the individual parts of the Entwässerungsrinnenabschnitte, some of which have a length of one meter and more, forming a sufficiently stable and possibly even sealed connection with each other, since due to the large-sized dimensions correspondingly large component tolerances must be considered so that it requires a sophisticated connection technology, on the one hand produces a secure connection, but on the other hand, it also allows to connect the components with little tool and assembly costs.
Based on this problem, the invention is based on the object to provide an improved multi-part plug-in channel, in which the individual parts of the plug-in channel, so here in particular the side wall parts with the central part of the tub, to form a possible closed connection as simple as possible can be joined to each other.
The solution of this object is achieved according to
Advantageous embodiments of the invention can be taken from the
In an improved embodiment, a joining process in time subsequent third catch guide ensures that the side wall part to be joined after the engagement of the third catch guide also defined in its relative movement in the vertical direction, ie orthogonal to Festlegungswirkung the first and second catch guide in the sense of a provisional assurance of Seitenwandflanschs is.
In a concrete embodiment, the joining process of the side wall part on the trough part is realized in that the projecting in the direction of the adjacent side wall part latching projections are formed in different heights, so that in the joining process, the engagement of the catch guides takes place in succession.
In a further concrete embodiment, the connecting elements of the sole wall flanges projecting in the direction of the side wall parts to be joined and / or of the corresponding recesses of the side wall parts are designed differently such that a respective different fixing of the side wall parts relative to the adjacent one Trough part, in particular with respect to different directions of relative movement, is effected.
In an improved embodiment, in addition to the protruding in the direction of the adjacent side wall portions locking projections of the catch guides another index projection which is connectable to a corresponding index recording of the side wall part, arranged on the sole wall flanges, which ensures that the side wall parts can only be mounted in the correct position on the adjacent part of the tub because only in this position, the index projection engages in the corresponding index recording of the respective adjacent side wall part.
In a further concretized embodiment, the connecting elements of the catch guides, that is, the latching projections arranged on the tub part, and the corresponding recesses of the side wall parts are each formed in pairs. In this case, the catch guide pairs described, ie the mentioned locking projections on the tub part and the corresponding receiving devices of the side wall part, arranged symmetrically to an imaginary center line transversely to the longitudinal extent of the plug channel, wherein in the joining order first catch guide pair is arranged inside symmetrical to the imaginary center line and the second fishing guide pair further outward, in turn, each symmetrically to the imaginary center line, is arranged. In this way it is ensured that the lowest tolerances are to be taken into account in the first catching guide pair which first engages because the smallest distance exists between the latching projections forming the catching guide pair and the correlating receiving elements, the tolerances depending on this increase from the increasing distance to the second fishing guide pair. This is acceptable, however, because the second pair of fishing guide, as already mentioned, in the joining process subsequently engage, so that at this time already a first and correct position locking of the side wall portion is done relative to the central trough part of the gutter, so due to this first determination despite the possibly larger deviations a secure joining process is ensured.
In a further embodiment, the final connection of the side wall parts with the central trough part is ensured by means of a snap connection which engages only after the catch guides by means of two snap connection pairs. In this case, the Schnappverbindungspaare in turn each comprise two in the direction of each adjacent side wall portions projecting snap elements with a snap bolt which is connected via an elastically molded snap ridge with the Sohlenwandflansch, and two corresponding with these snap elements Schnappausnehmungen, each with two corresponding with the snap pin holding projections in the corresponding Have snap recesses, wherein in the final connection position, the snap pins can be latched above the mentioned retaining projections.
In addition, the snap bolts may be provided with a central through hole, each of which is closed in the final connection position on the side facing away from the retaining projection via a predetermined breaking point formed firing pin, said firing pin in the connecting position to realize a pull-out through the through hole into a corresponding Blind hole of the side wall portion is einschlagbar, so then the snap bolts are each firmly connected to the adjacent side wall part. The locking of the snap elements by means of the firing pin causes a pull-out protection for the plugged side wall part.
In a further embodiment, the side wall part and / or the sole wall flange adjoining in the connecting layer is provided with a sealing strip extending over the entire length, so that in the final connecting position of side wall part and trough part the connecting groove between the side wall part and the adjacent sole wall flange is sealed in a liquid-tight manner. hereby a leakage in the connecting region between the side wall part and the tub part is avoided.
For the final formation of a functional drainage channel it is not sufficient to set up the side wall parts on both sides of the trough part in the form described. Rather, a frame element for forming a frame for receiving a channel cover of the finished drainage channel must usually be placed on the side wall parts in addition in each case. For this purpose, the side wall part is provided with additional connecting elements for receiving and securing the aufzusetzenden Zargenelementes. In a concrete embodiment, the Zargenelement is placed by way of tilt mounting and secured in the final connection position by means of a snap connection.
The aufzusetzenden Zargenelement is usually a producible about by folding sheet metal profile with a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional profile, which serves to receive the aforementioned gutter cover. At this L-shaped receiving portion in the installation position, the inside of the respective adjacent side wall part cross-hook element is integrally formed.
The Zargenelement can be mounted in an advantageous manner by means of a simple tilt mounting, wherein the Zargenelement is first placed in a relation to the mounting position outwardly pivoted position on the upper Seitenwandflansch the side wall part, so that in this position, the hook elements engage over the inner edge of the upper Seitenwandflanschs. In the course of further assembly, the Zargenelement is then pivoted further inward, while meanwhile the hook elements each over on the side wall part molded slideways slide until it engages in its final latching position after final assembly, ie positionally correct positioning of the Zargenelementes.
In addition, on the frame element on the side facing away from the inside of the channel in the installation position, a projection is formed, which overlaps the upper edge of the respectively adjacent side wall part. In turn, pivotable securing straps are integrally formed on this projection, which can be folded in correlation-correct mounting of the frame in correlating outside receiving portions of the respective adjacent side wall part. As a result, a pull-out protection of Zargenelementes is realized such that the Zargenelement after installation of the drainage channel, ie after pouring the drainage channel in a surrounding the drainage gutter, in particular in-situ concrete, can not be deducted upwards, because the collapsed securing tabs peel off the Exclude Zargenelementes of the adjacent side wall part.
The respective correct position mounting the frame elements on the side wall parts is ensured, inter alia, that the intricate receiving pockets of the side wall parts for receiving the snap hook ensure that the snap hooks can only be inserted in the correct position mounting in the side wall parts and can be brought into engagement only in this position. In this position, it is ensured at the same time that the mentioned securing tabs for producing a trigger protection for the frame element in the corresponding receiving portions on the outside of the side wall part can be folded.
In a further embodiment of the plug-in channel, the individual drainage sections can also be securely connected to one another in the direction of impact by an imaginary extension of the sole contour of the drainage channel being formed on one abutment side of the drainage section of the trough part as a spring element, while on the other abutting side a sleeve element engaging under this spring element is formed. This connection technology in turn has the advantage that the tub parts can be cut to any length, because in this process at each separation point automatically a corresponding extension of the tub sole survives, so that the result is always a spring element is generated, always to the already mentioned sleeve element of subsequent drainage section is connectable.
In a further embodiment, the sleeve-spring principle described above is also realized in the joint area of the side wall flanges, so that they are cut to length analogously and can be connected to one another in any desired length in the joint area.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings, wherein the embodiment represents only one possible embodiment of the invention.

- A plug-in gutter (1) according to one of the claims 10 to 12, characterized in that in the latching position of the frame element (5, 5') on the side wall part (3, 3') an excess portion (47) of the frame element (5, 5') engages beyond the exterior upper edge of the adjoining side wall flange (4, 4') on the side wall part (3, 3'), wherein securing tabs (50), which are arranged spaced from each other over the length of the frame element (5, 5'), are pivotably integrally formed on said excess portion (47), which securing tabs, in the event of positionally correct mounting of the frame element (5, 5'), can be folded into respectively exterior receiving pockets (44) of the adjoining side wall part (3, 3') for realizing a withdrawal protection means for the frame element (5, 5').
- A plug-in gutter according to one of the claims 10 to 13, characterized in that the positionally correct mounting of the frame element (5, 5') on the respective side wall part (3, 3') is predetermined by the relative position of the inner-wall receiving pockets (44) along the inner side of the side wall parts (3, 3') for accommodating the hook elements (45) of the frame element (5, 5')
