Claims (14)

  1. Anlage zum gesicherten Erreichen der Oberseite eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei die Anlage umfasst:
    • einen Rahmen (11),
    • eine Sicherheitsstruktur (10), die in Bezug auf den Rahmen (11) bewegbar ist und dazu bestimmt ist, über dem oberen Teil des Fahrzeugs angeordnet zu werden, wobei die Sicherheitsstruktur in Bezug auf den Rahmen seitlich versetzt ist und eine Längsrichtung aufweist,
    • eine erste Betätigungsvorrichtung (12), die an dem Rahmen (11) und an der Sicherheitsstruktur mittels erster gelenkiger Befestigungsmittel (18) befestigt ist,
    • eine zweite Betätigungsvorrichtung (14), die an dem Rahmen (11) und an der Sicherheitsstruktur mittels zweiter gelenkiger Befestigungsmittel (20) befestigt ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Betätigungsvorrichtung (12, 14) in Längsrichtung der Sicherheitsstruktur voneinander entfernt sind,
    • wobei die erste und die zweite Betätigungsvorrichtung (12, 14) konfiguriert sind, um das erste und das zweite gelenkige Befestigungsmittel (18, 20) in Bezug auf den Rahmen (11) vertikal zu bewegen,
    • erste Steuermittel zum Steuern der ersten und zweiten Betätigungsvorrichtung,
    wobei die Anlage dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die ersten Steuermittel eingerichtet sind, um die erste und zweite Betätigungsvorrichtung (12, 14) unabhängig voneinander zu steuern, um das erste und zweite gelenkige Befestigungsmittel (18, 20) in entgegengesetzte Richtungen zu bewegen, damit sich die Sicherheitsstruktur in einer vertikalen Ebene neigen lässt.
  2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner steuerbare Betätigungsmittel (30, 32) umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um die Sicherheitsstruktur (10) in einer Richtung quer zur vertikalen Ebene zu bewegen.
  3. Anlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die steuerbaren Betätigungsmittel (30, 32) auch konfiguriert sind, damit sich die Struktur (10) in einer in Bezug auf die vertikale Ebene senkrechten Ebene drehen lässt.
  4. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten gelenkigen Befestigungsmittel (18) eine dritte Betätigungsvorrichtung (46) umfassen, die eingerichtet ist, um den Abstand zwischen der Sicherheitsstruktur (10) und dem Rahmen (11) zu verändern, dadurch dass die zweiten gelenkigen Befestigungsmittel (20) eine vierte Betätigungsvorrichtung (68) umfassen, die eingerichtet ist, um den Abstand zwischen der Sicherheitsstruktur (10) und dem Rahmen (11) zu verändern.
  5. Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die steuerbaren Betätigungsmittel zweite Steuermittel umfassen, um die dritte und vierte Betätigungsvorrichtung (46, 68) unabhängig voneinander zu steuern, um die dritte und vierte Betätigungsvorrichtung (46, 68) in entgegengesetzte Richtungen zu betätigten, um die Sicherheitsstruktur (10) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur vertikalen Ebene drehen zu lassen.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte und vierte Betätigungsvorrichtung (46, 68) Zylinder sind.
  7. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite gelenkige Befestigungsmittel (18, 20) in Bezug auf den Rahmen (11) verschiebbar montiert sind.
  8. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Kipp-Gangway umfasst, die zwischen dem Rahmen (11) und der Sicherheitsstruktur (10) angebracht ist.
  9. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite gelenkige Befestigungsmittel (18, 20) über eine Schiebeverbindung mit der Sicherheitsstruktur (10) verbunden sind.
  10. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte und vierte Betätigungsvorrichtung (46, 68) über erste und zweite Gelenkverbindungen an der Sicherheitsstruktur befestigt sind.
  11. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und zweite Betätigungsvorrichtung (12, 14) Zylinder sind.
  12. Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsstruktur die Form eines unten offenen rechteckigen Bogens aufweist und mit einem umlaufenden Schutzgeländer versehen ist.
  13. Anlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsstruktur mindestens eine Absperrung umfasst, die innerhalb der Sicherheitsstruktur angeordnet ist, um den Arbeitsbereich des Nutzers zu begrenzen, wobei die Absperrung an einer Seite des Schutzgeländers parallel zur Längsrichtung der Sicherheitsstruktur verschiebbar montiert ist.
  14. Anlage nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absperrung einen Positionsverriegelungsmechanismus umfasst.
