Claims (15)
- Kapsel (1) zum Zubereiten eines Getränks, die folgende Merkmale aufweist:ein Gehäuse (2) mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Endwand (3, 4), die voneinander beabstandet sind und durch eine Seitenwand (5) mit einer im Wesentlichen ringförmigen Gestalt miteinander verbunden sind, und das eine innere Kammer (6) definiert, die eine Menge oder Dosis einer Substanz (7) für die Zubereitung eines Getränks enthält;wobei das Gehäuse (2) zumindest einen ersten und zumindest einen zweiten permeablen oder durchstoßbaren Wandabschnitt (5a, 4a) aufweist, der als Einlass beziehungsweise Auslass für das Einbringen eines Wasserflusses in die Kammer (6) beziehungsweise den Ausfluss des Getränks aus der Kammer (6) wirkt;wobei die Kapsel (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass ein Einlasswandabschnitt (5a) für das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kammer (6) in der ringförmigen Seitenwand (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der der Einlasswandabschnitt (5a) für das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kammer (6) lediglich in der ringförmigen Seitenwand (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der ein weiterer Einlasswandabschnitt (3a) für das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kapsel (1) in einer Endwand (3) des Gehäuses (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 3, bei der der weitere Einlasswandabschnitt (3a) des Gehäuses (2) für das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kammer (6) eine Durchflussfläche oder einen Querschnitt aufweist, der kleiner als der des Einlasswandabschnitts (5a) ist, der in der Seitenwand (5) vorgesehen ist, so dass das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kammer (6) hauptsächlich durch die Seitenwand (5) erfolgt.
- Kapsel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der einer des einen oder der mehreren Auslassabschnitte (4a) für den Ausfluss des Getränks aus der Kammer (6) in einer Endwand (4) des Gehäuses (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 5, bei der der Auslasswandabschnitt (4a) für den Ausfluss des Getränks aus der Kammer (6) in einem zentralen Abschnitt einer Endwand (4) des Gehäuses (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Kapsel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Gehäuse eine allgemeine Gestalt hat, die im Wesentlichen zylindrisch oder kegelstumpfförmig ist.
- Kapsel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die ringförmige Seitenwand (5) des Gehäuses (2) einen transversalen Ansatz (11a, 12a) bildet, der auf im Wesentlichen wasserfeste Weise an eine entsprechende Oberfläche (64) der Aufgusskammer (56) einer Maschine (M) für die Zubereitung des Getränks anstoßen soll.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 8, bei der die Seitenwand (5) des Gehäuses (2) einen peripheren äußeren Vorsprung (11) hat, der den transversalen Ansatz (11a) definiert.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 8 oder 9, bei der die Seitenwand (5) des Gehäuses (2) ein axiales Querschnittsprofil hat, das zumindest eine Stufe (12) bildet, die nach außen den transversalen Ansatz (12a) definiert und das Gehäuse (2) in einen ersten Abschnitt (5a) aufteilt, der einen größeren Querschnitt hat, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (5b), der einen kleineren Querschnitt hat.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 10, bei der das Verhältnis zwischen der Gesamthöhe (H) des Gehäuses (2) und der Höhe (h) des Abschnitts (5a) desselben, der den größeren Querschnitt hat, in dem Bereich von 0,1 bis 0,9 liegt.
- Kapsel gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, bei der die Endwände (3, 4) des Gehäuses (2) im Wesentlichen kreisförmig sind und das Verhältnis zwischen den Durchmessern (d, D) derselben in dem Bereich von 0,1 bis 0,9 liegt.
- System zum Zubereiten eines Getränks, das folgende Merkmale aufweist:eine Kapsel (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, undeine Maschine (M), die ein Trägergehäuse (50) aufweist, in dem eine Aufgusskammer (56) definiert ist, in der eine Kapsel (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche verwendet werden kann, wobei die Aufgusskammer derart ausgebildet ist, dass dieselbe hinsichtlich der darin positionierten Kapsel (1) einen ringförmigen Raum (60) definieren kann, der sich um den Abschnitt (5a) der Seitenwand (5) der Kapsel (1) herum erstreckt, der das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kapsel zulassen soll; wobei der Raum mit der unter Druck stehenden Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (51, 52) verbunden ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 13, bei dem die Maschine (M) folgendes Merkmal aufweist:Eine Zufuhreinrichtung (51, 52) zum Zuführen eines Flusses von unter Druck stehendem Wasser, das in die Kapsel (1) eingebracht werden soll, und eine Abgabeeinrichtung (59) für den Ausfluss des Getränks, das in der Kammer (6) gebildet wird, zu einem Sammelbehälter (C), wobei die Aufgusskammer (56) derart ausgebildet ist, dass dieselbe hinsichtlich einer darin positionierten Kapsel (1) einen ringförmigen Raum (60) definieren kann, der sich um den Abschnitt (5a) der Seitenwand (5) der Kapsel (1) herum erstreckt, der das Einbringen von Wasser in die Kapsel (1) zulassen soll; wobei der Raum (60) mit der unter Druck stehenden Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (51, 52) verbunden ist und auf flüssigkeitsdichte Weise von der Abgabeeinrichtung (59) getrennt ist; wobei die Anordnung derart ist, dass ein Fluss von unter Druck stehendem Wasser, das in den Raum (60) eingebracht wird, in die Kapsel (1) durch den Einlasswandabschnitt (5a) der ringförmigen Seitenwand (5) derselben eindringen kann.
- Verfahren zum Zubereiten eines Getränks, das folgende Schritte aufweist:Bereitstellen einer Kapsel (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,Bereitstellen einer Maschine (M) gemäß Anspruch 14,Einbringen einer Kapsel (1) in die Aufgusskammer (56) der Maschine (M) und Aktivieren der Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (51, 52), so dass ein unter Druck stehender Wasserfluss in den Raum (60) eingebracht wird, der zwischen der Aufgusskammer (56) und der ringförmigen Seitenwand (5) der Kapsel (1) definiert ist, und durch den Einlassabschnitt (5a) der ringförmigen Seitenwand (5) in die Kapsel (1) eindringt, wobei die in der Kapsel (1) enthaltene Substanz (7) befeuchtet wird.
