The slender as possible building elements with a high strength of the Gurtbefestigungselementes be achieved by the clamping bar for mounting on the buckle on this, preferably latching in the buckle, can be pivoted. A corresponding method for mounting the clamping web provides that the clamping web for mounting on the buckle on this, preferably latching in the buckle, is pivoted.

Due to the possibility of mounting the fastening component designed as a clamping web on the belt buckle by pivoting both the terminal web itself and the cooperating with him webbing of the Gurtbefestigungselementes can be relatively solid and strong, without this being equal to a particularly powerful or thick design of the entire Belt buckle leads.

The biasing member and the locking member are continuously made as a part.

By the one-piece arrangement of the biasing member on the fastening component, the number of parts is reduced. In addition, also simplifies the assembly of the buckle.

Particularly inexpensive and easy to manufacture is to perform the biasing member and the fastening component as a continuous plastic part. For example, In this context, it is possible to produce biasing elements and fastening components as a one-piece plastic injection-molded part.

In principle, various types of biasing elements may be integrally formed on different types of fastening components of the buckle according to the invention be provided. Particularly easy to manufacture variants provide in this context that the biasing element is designed as a, at least in the unloaded state protruding from the fastening component spring tongue.

Preferred variants are that the buckle plastic has or consists entirely of plastic. It should also be noted that inventive buckles can be made of other materials. So it can be e.g. to act buckles of metal and plastic or even pure metal buckles.

For the sake of completeness, it should be understood that a buckle is generally a component used to attach a strap or strap to an object, and in particular to another strap or strap. The belt or the band is thereby fastened by means of the Gurtbefestigungselements on the buckle. Both the type of buckle and the Gurtbefestigungselements can be designed very different. It may be belt buckles, which are constructed in two or more parts, wherein a first part of the buckle has a first Gurtbefestigungselement for a first strap and at least one other buckle part at least one further Gurtbefestigungselement for at least one other strap, wherein the buckle parts detachably fastened to each other or can be locked together. In such embodiments, other fastening components may be formed as a locking lever, with which the buckle parts are releasably fastened to one another or lockable.

Particularly preferred embodiments provide that the buckle has at least one male buckle part and at least one female buckle part, wherein the male buckle part and the female buckle part separable from each other and by means of the other fastening component designed as a locking lever or at least one of the other fastening components formed as locking lever into each other or to each other are lockable.

In order to provide here a very stable, even with great force externally usable and still slim buildable buckle, in this context, preferred embodiments of the invention provide that at least one, preferably each, designed as a locking lever other fastening components in the locking position in which the male buckle part and the female buckle part are interlocked or locked together in a train in at least one separating direction in which the male buckle part and the female buckle part are separable from each other, preferably exclusively, is subjected to pressure. The separation directions are the directions in which the male and / or female buckle part is subtracted from the other buckle part or are to separate these two buckle parts from each other. Occur in the locking position substantially or preferably exclusively only compressive forces on the locking lever, so it can absorb high loads without having to be particularly large. It can e.g. be provided that at least one, preferably each, the locking lever designed as other fastening components is pivotally mounted about a pivot axis and in the locking position in which the male buckle part and the female buckle part are locked together or one another, engages behind a locking shoulder of a push-in anchor of the male buckle part wherein the locking shoulder when separating the male buckle part from the female buckle part is to be moved past the pivot axis. This ensures that the locking lever is loaded only on pressure when it is in the locking position and is pulled on at least one of the buckle parts in the respective separation direction.

However, the invention can also be implemented in buckles, which consist only of a buckle part, preferably with one or more Gurtbefestigungselementen.

It is possible, for example, for the clamping web to have guide webs with which it is mounted, preferably linearly, displaceably in guide web receivers of the belt fastening element, wherein the guide web receptacles and / or the guide webs, seen in a section, each having a one-sided, preferably wedge-shaped, expanded cross-section. The widened cross section of the guide web receptacles and / or guide webs allows the pivoting movement during pivoting of the fastening component designed as a clamping web. It is particularly favorable if the widened cross-section is wedge-shaped.

In this connection, it is also advantageous if the cross section of the guide web receptacles is widened in a direction away from the area for moving the belt around the clamping web and / or if the cross section of the guide webs in one, the area around the belt around Clamping web pointing direction is widened.

The guide webs are in preferred embodiments cantilevered in the form of pins, so pin-like from the area for moving the belt around the clamping bar. Conveniently, the area for moving the belt around the clamping web or the fastening component is arranged between the guide webs. In these variants, the Führsstegsstegaufnahmen are then conveniently arranged so that the counterpart web is not weakened by the guide web recordings in the area in which he interacts with the belt and the clamping bar.

For the sake of completeness, it is pointed out that, following the general usage, a male buckle part is characterized in that it has an extension or a push-in anchor, with which it can be inserted and locked into a corresponding receiving recess of a corresponding female buckle part.

The clamping web as well as the other fastening component in the form of the locking lever are usually movably mounted in any form. Preferred embodiments provide in this context that other fastening component, preferably linearly, slidably and / or pivotally mounted is and / or the clamping bar, preferably linearly, slidably mounted. The biasing element can be provided to bias the clamping web and / or the other fastening component in the direction of its clamping position or its locking position.

If the other fastening component is mounted so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis, preferred embodiments of the invention provide that the pivot axis has at least one outer axle pin and at least one inner insertion element, preferably designed as a pin or screw, wherein the insertion part can be inserted into a recess in the axle pin is introduced. When inserting the insertion in the corresponding recess in the axle bolt, it can lead to a slight spreading of the axle bolt, so that it is then secured accordingly. However, it is also possible, if appropriate in addition, to provide appropriate heads on the axle bolt and also on the insertion part. If the axle pin carries a corresponding head, then it is favorable if the recess into which the insertion part can be inserted is open towards the side of the axle bolt opposite the head of the axle bolt.

When it comes to multi-part buckles with at least one female buckle part and at least one male buckle part, it makes sense in terms of flexible usability, when male and female buckles with each other different strap fasteners can be locked together or into each other. This makes it possible to very flexibly connect belts and belts of different widths. In this sense, a set according to the invention with at least one female buckle part and at least two male buckle parts provides that the male buckle parts from each other have different width Gurtbefestigungselemente for straps different widths and lockable in or on the same female buckle part. However, such a set can also be equipped with at least one male buckle part and at least two female buckle parts, wherein the female buckle parts from each other have different width Gurtbefestigungselemente for each different width straps and the male buckle part are lockable. As a result, a system is provided in which various buckle parts with different width Gurtbefestigungselementen for different width straps can be combined with each other as needed.

  • Fig. 1 bis 17 verschiedene Ansichten zu einem ersten erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsbeispiel einer Gurtschnalle;
  • Fig. 18 eine zweite erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform einer Gurtschnalle;
Further details and features of preferred embodiments of the invention will be explained with reference to the description of the figures. Show it:
  • Fig. 1 to 17 different views of a first embodiment of a buckle according to the invention;
  • Fig. 18 a second embodiment of a buckle according to the invention;
  • FIGS. 19 to 26 further exemplified embodiments of buckles according to the invention.

The Fig. 1 and 2 show a rear view and a front view of an inventively designed buckle 1, which has a male buckle part 6 and a female buckle part 7. In the Fig. 1 and 2 the male buckle part 6 is completely inserted with its insertion anchor 14 in the corresponding receiving recess of the female buckle part 7 and locked in this position by means of the other fastening components 4 designed as a locking lever, so that the male buckle part 6 can not be pulled out of the female buckle part 7. For fastening a belt or belt 35, not shown here, to the belt buckle 1, both buckle parts 6 and 7 each have a belt fastening element 2. In the first embodiment shown, the Gurtbefestigungselement 2 of the female buckle part is provided so that around the web 20 formed there, a belt 35 or a band pulled around and then fixed, for example by sewing. This is known per se and need not be explained further. The belt fastening element 2 of the male buckle part 6, however, has a fastening element 5 according to the invention designed as a clamping web, around which the belt 35 or the belt can be looped in order to fasten the belt 35 or the belt adjustably to the belt fastening element 2 and thus to the male buckle part 6. For biasing this designed as a clamping web fastening component 5 are particularly well in Fig. 1 visible, provided here in the form of spring tongues biasing elements 3. They are arranged integrally according to the invention on the fastening component 5 and press this in its clamping position in which a belt 35, not shown here, is pressed by the clamping web 5 against the fixed counterpart web 21 of the male buckle part 6. To adjust the length of the guided around the clamping web 5 belt 35 of the clamping web 5, preferably linear, is moved against the bias of the biasing member 3 in the direction of the insertion anchor 14, so that the belt 35 is no longer clamped between the clamping web 5 and the web 21 and adjusted can be. Once the belt adjustment has taken place, the pretensioning element 3 pushes the clamping web 5 back into the clamping position. In this clamping position, the clamping web 5 prevents unwanted adjustment of the belt 35 even in the load-free state in which the belt 35 is not under tension.

Fig. 8 shows the clamping bar 5 used here with its integrally formed spring tongue-like biasing elements 3 and the guide webs 17, with which he, preferably linearly, slidably mounted in the male buckle part 6 and generally in the buckle 1. Fig. 8 also shows the region 28 of the clamping web for guiding the belt 35 around the clamping web 5. This region 28 is conveniently arranged between the guide webs 17, as shown in FIG Fig. 8 can also be seen. The guide webs 17 are conveniently designed pin-like freely cantilevered. This too is in the 8 and 9 good to see. As a result of this marginal arrangement of the guide webs 17 with respect to the area 28, the counter web 21 is not weakened by the guide web receivers 26 in the area in which it interacts with the area 28 of the clamping web 5 or with the webbing 35. This makes it possible to realize a relatively stable massive version in the region of the counterpart web 21 corresponding to the region 28, without the entire belt buckle 1 having to be made particularly thick.

Fig. 9 shows a side view of this one-piece part consisting of clamping bar 5, biasing elements 3 and guide webs 17th Fig. 10 shows a section along the in Fig. 2 Plotted section line BB and thus the displaceable mounting of the clamping bar 5 in the male buckle part 6. In Fig. 10 is the ready assembled State of the executed in the form of the clamping bar fastening member 5 shown in which it can be displaced in the direction 32 against the bias of the biasing members 3 and 31 in the biasing direction of the biasing members 3 and is displaced from the bias. It is a linear displacement in the embodiment shown. Good to see in Fig. 10 Also, the arrangement of one of the guide webs 17 in one of the guide web receivers 26 of the Gurtbefestigungselementes 2. Good to see is in section the Fig. 10 also that the guide web recordings 26 in this section have a wedge-shaped widened section 27 in this exemplary embodiment. The cross section 27 of the guide web receivers 26 is widened in each case in the direction 31 pointing away from the region 31 in the region 28 for moving the belt 35 around the clamping web 5. In FIGS. 9 and 10 is also clearly visible that in this embodiment, the guide webs 17, seen in section, each have a one-sided, widened wedge-shaped here cross-section 27. However, the cross-section 27 of the guide webs 17 is widened in the direction to the region 28 for leading the belt 35 around the clamping web direction indicating 32 or just tapers in the opposite direction 31. Due to the preferred wedge-shaped cross-sectional widening or narrowing of the guide webs 17 and the guide web receivers 26, it is possible to swivel the fastening component 5 in the form of the clamping web for mounting on the belt buckle 1 or on the belt fastening element 2 on this or this. Preferably, the fastening component 5 engages at the end of this pivoting movement during assembly in the buckle 1 or just in the Gurtbefestigungselement 2 by means of the biasing elements 3 a.

Klemmsteges 5 mittels Aufschwenken. Fig. 12 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf diesen Zustand. Fig. 11 shows a side view of the male buckle part 6 shown here by way of example and an intermediate state during assembly of the fastening component or clamping web 5 by pivoting. Fig. 12 shows a plan view of this state. Fig. 13 shows the section along the section line DD and Fig. 14 the section along the section line EE in the region of a guide web 17 and a guide bar recording 26. In Fig. 12 to 14 is in each case the same intermediate state during assembly as in Fig. 11 shown. In Fig. 14 shows the arrow 29, the insertion direction in which the clamping web 5 with its guide webs 17 initially obliquely from above in the respective guide web receivers 26 of the Gurtbefestigungselementes 2 and male buckle part 6 is inserted. The arrow 30 then shows the pivoting direction, in which the fastening component 5 in the form of the clamping web is then pivoted downwards into the fully assembled position. At the end of this pivoting movement, the fastening component 5 then engages with the biasing elements 3 in a corresponding recess 33 a. Thus, then the fastening member 5 is completed by pivoting in the belt fastening element 2 and mounted in the buckle 1, whereby the in Fig. 10 shown operating position is reached. This assembly by pivoting is in the illustrated embodiment by the described, widening or tapered cross-sections 27, the guide web receivers 26 and the guide webs 17 allows. As a result of this type of mounting of the fastening component 5, neither a cross-sectional reduction of the clamping web 5 nor of the counterpart web 21 in the region 28 in which the belt 35 is arranged is necessary for assembly, so that these components can be made relatively solid in this region without this being necessary a particularly powerful or thick outer shape of the overall belt buckle 1 must be selected.

Fig. 14a shows a longitudinal section through that also in Figure 11 Male buckle part 6 shown, however, is executed as a clamping web fastening component 5 in Fig. 14a fully assembled. Furthermore is in Fig. 14a also the belt 35 wound around the clamping web 5 in the region 28 and the corresponding region of the counter web 21 is shown. In Fig. 14a is shown an operating position in which is pulled in the direction F z on the belt 35 and clamping web 5 and the web 21 clamp the belt 35 by their interaction.

In accordance with strong train F z act on the clamping bar 5, the forces F 1 and D 4 and the counterpart web 21, the forces F 2 and F 3 , as in Fig. 14a are drawn. All these forces F 1 to F 4 can cause a deformation of the clamping web 5 and the counterpart web 21 above a certain amount, which from a certain degree of deformation to a loosening or failure of the clamping of the belt 35 by the interaction of clamping web 5 and counterpart web 21 could lead. To counteract this or to avoid this, see preferred embodiments The invention, as the embodiment shown here, that by the possibility of mounting by means of the above-described lateral pivoting of the clamping web 5 on the buckle part 6 both clamping web or fastening member 5 and the web 21 can be quite massively formed without this to a particularly powerful outer shape of the buckle 1 leads.

As in Fig. 14a By way of example, in preferred embodiments of the invention it can also be provided in this sense that the clamping web or fastening component 5 and the counter web 21 cooperating therewith for clamping the belt 35 are displaced at least in the clamping position in which they clamp the belt 35 are arranged to each other. Conveniently, the clamping web or the fastening component 5 and the counterpart web 21 are arranged in a direction 36 orthogonal to the separating direction 25 offset from one another. The clamping web 5 is particularly preferably offset in a direction 36 against the counter-web 21, which points away from the region in which the belt 35 abuts against the web 21. The train F z usually acts in a direction parallel to the separating direction 25. Through this, in Fig. 14a shown offset is achieved in any case, that it can not come so quickly to a loosening of the clamping of the belt 35 by deformation of the clamping bar 5 in the direction of the force F, and deformation of the counter bar 21 in the direction of the force F 2 , whereby also the load capacity of the buckle without having to increase its external dimensions.

In order to insert the male buckle part 6 only in a single position in the female buckle part 7, are in the embodiments of the buckles 1 according to the Fig. 1 to 17 and 19 to 26 realized differently shaped projections and corresponding counter-recesses on the female and male buckle parts 7 and 6, which together form a Einsteckindizierung 19 by ensuring that the male buckle part 6 can be inserted or inserted only in a single position in the female buckle part 7.

In the in the Fig. 1 and 2 For this purpose, the insertion anchor 14 locking shoulders 15, which are engaged behind in the fully inserted position of the male buckle part 6 in the female buckle part 7 of the locking levers 4. The biasing elements 3, which are also integrally formed here and designed as spring tongues, press the other fastening components 4 designed as locking levers into the locking position. Now draws in the locking position of the locking lever on one or both of the buckle parts 6 and / or 7 in one or both separating directions 25 and 34, as shown in the Fig. 1 and 5 are drawn, the locking lever 4 are charged in these embodiments exclusively to pressure. As a result, the locking lever 4 can absorb relatively high forces even with a relatively slim design and thus ensure a secure locking. This load on pressure is achieved in the illustrated embodiment in that the locking shoulder 15 and the pivot axes 8, about which the fastening components or locking lever 4 are pivotally mounted, are arranged so that the locking shoulders 15 when separating the male buckle part from the female buckle part 7 respectively are to be moved past the respective pivot axis 8 over.

Fig. 3 shows a side view of the buckle 1 according to Fig. 1 and 2 and the cutting line CC. The 4 and 5 show cuts in an in Fig. 3 Section plane indicated by the section line CC through the buckle 1. In Fig. 4 is the insertion anchor 14 and thus the male buckle part 6 in the locked position. In this, the two locking lever 4 engage behind the locking shoulder 15 of the insertion anchor 14, so that the male buckle part 6 can not be pulled out of the female buckle part 7. The biasing elements 3, which are also designed as spring tongues, clamp the fastening components 4 in the direction of this locking position.

In order to pull the male buckle part 6 out of the female buckle part 7, in the intermediate region 22 between the housings of the male and the female buckle part 6 and 7 are pressed onto the there protruding portions of the fastening components 4. This can be done with two fingers, for example. As a result, the fastening components 4 are pivoted about their pivot axes 8 against the bias of the biasing members 3 so far until the locking shoulders 15 of the insertion anchor 14 free. This position is in Fig. 5 shown. Preferred embodiments of the invention provide that the outer contour of the male buckle part 6 in the region of the other fastening components 4 is matched with the outer contour of the other fastening components 4 such that upon pivoting of the other fastening components 4 in their release position Fig. 5 the male buckle part 6 is automatically pushed out of the receiving recess 18 of the female buckle part 7 at least a little bit in its separating direction 25. This prevents that when releasing the fastening components 4, these lock themselves behind the locking shoulders 15 again. In the embodiment shown, as well as otherwise preferred, provided that the two buckle parts 6 and 7 in their respective separation directions 25 and 34 can only be separated from each other when all, here the two, other fastening components 4 release the insertion anchor 14. If not all other fastening components 4 are inadvertently pressed so far that they release the insertion anchor 14 or its locking shoulders 15, then the remaining fastening components 4 or 4 prevent complete unlocking, so that the buckle components 6 and 7 can not then be separated.

Fig. 17 shows a view of the completely separate male and female buckle parts 6 and 7 of the buckle 1 of the first embodiment.

Fig. 6 shows a section through the female and the male buckle part 7 and 6 in the locked state along the in Fig. 2 drawn section line AA. Here is particularly well to see the area in which the two other fastening components 4 are mounted about their respective pivot axes 8 pivotally by means of the axle 9.

The axle pin 9 used in this first embodiment are in two alternative embodiments in FIGS. 15 and 16 shown enlarged again. In both variants, they each have a receiving recess 11 into which an insertion part 10 can be introduced or is also introduced into the FIG. In these embodiments, both the axle pin 9 and the respective insertion part 10 carry heads 12 and 13. Between the head 12 of the axle pin 9 and the head 13 of the insertion part 10 of the entire axle 9 is held on the female buckle part 7. When insertion 10, it may, as in Fig. 15 shown to act a screw. Alternatively, however, are other embodiments, such as in Fig. 16 shown, possible. Here it is the insertion part 10 is a rivet. By inserting the insertion part 10 into the respective recess 11 of the axle pin 9, the latter is spanned a little so that the respective axle pin 9 is held securely in the respective axle pin receptacle 16 of the female buckle part 7. The attachment of the axle 9 in the Achsbolzenaufnahmen 16 but can also be done purely by means of the heads 12 and 13, when the insertion part 10, for example by means of frictional and / or positive locking, fixed according fixed in the axle 9. Fig. 16a shows yet another example of an alternative usable axle pin 9. This is made in one piece or in one piece. In the illustrated embodiment, it carries spring tongues 23 with latching projections 24. By means of the latching projections 24 engages this axle pin 9 when fully inserted into the Achsbolzenaufnahme 16, so that the axle 9 is anchored by means of its head 12 and its locking projections 24 in the Achsbolzenaufnahme 16. Another, not shown here alternative consists in a rivet-like one-piece axle pin 9 without spring tongues 23 and locking projections 24th

Fig. 7 shows, detached from the other components of the buckle 1, the other fastening component used as a locking lever 4, on which according to the invention integrally the biasing member 3 is arranged. Again, the biasing member 3 is formed as a flexible spring tongue. In the fastening component 4 is still the Achsbolzenaufnahme 16 located through which the axle 9 can be passed.

Basically, it is conceivable, the buckle 1 of the first embodiment as well as all other embodiments shown here, as usually usual, made of metal. However, particularly preferred embodiments of the invention provide that it is a so-called plastic buckle. Here, the entire buckle 1 may be made of plastic. In particular, it is favorable, biasing element 3 and fastening component 4 and 5, as in the Fig. 7 . 8 and 9 are shown separately, in one piece as a plastic part. Injection molding here represents a cost-effective method for producing the parts.

Fig. 18 shows by way of example in a second embodiment of the invention that the buckle 1 may also have a one-piece body, so not necessarily two buckle parts 6 and 7, which can be releasably connected to each other, must have. The in Fig. 18 shown main body of the buckle 1 connects the two Gurtbefestigungselemente 2 of this second embodiment according to Fig. 18 integrally. In both Gurtbefestigungselementen 2 fastening members 5 according to the invention in the form of clamping webs for attaching thereto straps 35 and ribbons are provided. These fastening components 5 of the second embodiment with their biasing elements 3 are designed as in the first embodiment and therefore need not be explained again. The variant according to Fig. 18 allows to connect two different width straps 35 or bands adjustable with each other.

In the FIGS. 19 to 26 Further embodiments of the invention of buckles 1 are shown. The special feature of this, in addition to the inventively designed fastening components 5, that the male buckle parts 6 of each of these embodiments with each female buckle part 7 of the other embodiments can be combined. For example, the embodiments according to the FIGS. 19 and 20 a set with a male buckle part 6 and two female buckle parts 7, wherein the female buckle parts 7 from each other differently wide Gurtbefestigungselemente 2 have different widths of belts 35 and lockable with the male buckle part 6.

Such a set is also used by those in the FIGS. 20 and 22 Belt buckles 1 shown formed. It is clear that corresponding sets may ultimately consist of any number of male and female buckle parts 6 and 7, as long as at least one of the male buckle parts 6 matching female buckle part 7 and vice versa is available. <b> legend </ b> to the reference numbers: 1 buckle 30 pan direction 2 strap fastener 31 direction 3 biasing member 32 direction 4 other fastening component 33 admission 5 attachment member 34 separating direction 6 male buckle part 35 belt 7 female buckle part 36 direction 8th swivel axis 9 axle 10 insertion 11 recess 12 head 13 head 14 insert anchors 15 locking shoulder 16 Achsbolzenaufnahme 17 guide web 18 receiving recess 19 Einsteckindizierung 20 web 21 against Steg 22 Between freedom 23 spring tongue 24 catch projection 25 separating direction 26 Guide web recording 27 cross-section 28 Area 29 insertion direction
