Claims (13)

  1. Fan apparatus (2) for a cooking appliance (1), in particular for a baking oven, with a fan wheel (4), which comprises a base plate (5) and a blade arrangement (6), which is arranged on the base plate (5) and connected thereto in a form-fitting manner in the direction of rotation (18), wherein a drive shaft (13) having an axial end stop (22) and a nut (23) are provided, wherein the nut (23) presses the fan wheel (4) against the end stop (22), and wherein the nut (23) presses radially against the blade arrangement (6).
  2. Fan apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the base plate (5), for connecting to the blade arrangement (6) in a form-fitting manner, has at least one axial protrusion (14) which engages into an opening (17) in the blade arrangement (6).
  3. Fan apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the protrusion (14) is embodied in the form of a hook, which is bent out from the main extension plane of the base plate (5).
  4. Fan apparatus according to one of claims 1 - 3, characterised in that the blade arrangement (6) comprises a plurality of blades (15), which form intermediate spaces (21) between themselves in the peripheral direction.
  5. Fan apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the base plate (5) is embodied such that it partially or fully closes off the intermediate spaces (21) in the axial direction.
  6. Fan apparatus according to one of claims 1 - 5, characterised in that a drive shaft (13) is provided, which is connected to the base plate (5) in a rotationally-fixed manner.
  7. Fan apparatus according to claim 6, characterised in that the drive shaft (13) is connected to the base plate (5) in a form-fitting manner for the rotationally-fixed connection.
  8. Fan apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the base plate (5) has a D hole (11), into which the drive shaft (13) engages in a form-fitting manner with a corresponding contour (12) of the same.
  9. Fan apparatus according to one of claims 1 - 8, characterised in that the drive shaft (13) is guided through an opening (25) in the blade arrangement (6).
  10. Fan apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that the nut (23) presses radially against an edge region (26) of the opening (25).
  11. Fan apparatus according to claim 10, characterised in that the edge region (26) has a section (27) in the shape of an encasing of a truncated cone on the periphery thereof, against which the nut (23) presses.
  12. Fan apparatus according to one of claims 2 - 11, characterised in that the protrusion (14) is embodied as a counterhold for a tool for screwing on the nut (23).
  13. Cooking appliance (1) with a fan apparatus (2) according to one of claims 1 - 12.
