Claims (14)

  1. Produit d'emballage (1) tridimensionnel fabriqué mécaniquement, constitué d'un coupon façonné de manière prédéfinie d'une bande de papier monocouche ou multicouches qui comprend deux bords longitudinaux s'étendant en direction de la bande, deux bords de terminaison délimitant le coupon de bande de papier dans la direction de la bande et une région centrale (17) s'étendant à la parallèle des bords longitudinaux, dans la direction de la bande, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un ruban de bord longitudinal du coupon de bande de papier est rabattu ou enroulé au moins en partie en saillant par-dessus la région centrale (17), de telle sorte que des régions qui se chevauchent du coupon de bande de papier forment au moins une cavité de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, au moins une partie de la région centrale (17) étant fixée le long d'une zone de déformation (19) s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, à l'extérieur de la zone de déformation (19), le produit d'emballage (1) comportant dans la région de la cavité de déformation au moins un gaufrage et/ou une performation qui s'étend en alignement à travers au moins deux régions qui se chevauchent du coupon de bande de papier.
  2. Produit d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une rangée de perforations et/ou de gaufrages placé(e)s les un(e)s derrière les autres est positionnée de telle sorte que plusieurs se situent sur une ligne sensiblement droite, qui s'étend sensiblement à la perpendiculaire de la direction de la bande, de sorte que notamment plusieurs performations de la rangée se situent avec un écart égal par rapport aux bords de terminaison.
  3. Produit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une perforation et/ou un gaufrage est placé(e) au voisinage d'un bord de terminaison, au voisinage du bord de terminaison, notamment un écart marginal le plus faible de l'au moins une performation et/ou un gaufrage étant inférieur à 10 % de la dimension longitudinale totale du produit d'emballage (1) et/ou au moins inférieur à 10 cm ou à 5 cm.
  4. Produit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une perforation et/ou un gaufrage est placé(e) avec un rapport d'un écart marginal de terminaison à l'autre écart marginal de terminaison supérieur ou égal à 10 (dix), 3 (trois) et/ou 1 (un) et/ou en ce que l'au moins une perforation et/ou un gaufrage sont ménagés exclusivement à l'extérieur de la zone (19) de fixation ou de déformation et/ou en ce que l'au moins une perforation est fendue, le bord de la fente s'étendant notamment sensiblement dans la direction de la bande.
  5. Produit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux rubans de bord longitudinal du coupon de bande de papier sont rabattus en saillant au moins en partie par-dessus la région centrale (17) et sont solidement assemblés avec la région centrale (17) le long de la zone de fixation (19), de sorte que le produit d'emballage (1) forme deux cavités de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, qui sont conçues notamment en étant symétriques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, les deux rubans de bord longitudinal se chevauchant notamment tous les deux le long de la zone (19) de fixation ou de déformation pour former au moins par régions trois couches rabattues les unes sur les autres du coupon de bande de papier.
  6. Produit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un ruban de bord longitudinal du coupon de bande de papier est rabattu sans former un pli longitudinal à endroit défini dans le coupon de bande de papier, le coupon de bande de papier présentant notamment sur la cavité de déformation des plis de déformation aléatoire et/ou en ce que la zone (19) de fixation ou de déformation (19) est réalisée par gaufrage de couches superposées de coupon de bande de papier, notamment sans utiliser un agent adhésif et/ou s'étend en continu entre les bords de terminaison, notamment le gaufrage étant formé par une succession répétitive de reliefs et de creux de gaufrage.
  7. Procédé destiné à la fabrication mécanique d'un produit d'emballage (1) tridimensionnel que l'on forme de manière prédéfinie par façonnage d'un coupon d'une bande de papier monocouche ou multicouches, lors duquel on rabat en le faisant saillir au moins un ruban de bord longitudinal du coupon de bande de papier le long de sa longueur totale par-dessus une région centrale (17) du coupon de bande de papier et on assemble solidement un bord longitudinal libre du ruban de bord longitudinal avec la région centrale (17) le long d'une zone de fixation (19), notamment d'une zone de déformation, de sorte que le produit d'emballage (1) forme au moins une cavité de déformation ou cavité de rembourrage s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une perforation et/ou formation d'un gaufrage s'effectue au moyen d'une cinématique séparée par rapport au ménagement de la zone de fixation (19), notamment d'une cinématique de déplacement différente.
  8. Procédé, notamment selon la revendication 7, destiné à la fabrication mécanique d'un produit d'emballage (1) tridimensionnel que l'on forme de manière prédéfinie par façonnage d'un coupon d'une bande de papier monocouche ou multicouches, le coupon de bande de papier se chevauchant au moins par régions et des régions qui se chevauchent du coupon de la bande de papier étant solidement assemblées les uns aux autres le long d'une zone (19) de fixation et/ou de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, de sorte qu'au moins le long d'un côté de direction longitudinale, de préférence des deux côtés de direction longitudinale de la zone (19) de fixation et/ou de déformation, il se forme une cavité de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, caractérisé en ce que dans la région de la cavité de déformation, à l'extérieur de la zone (19) de fixation et/ou de déformation, il soit ménagé, notamment estampé au moins un gaufrage et/ou au moins une perforation s'alignant à travers les deux régions qui se chevauchent du coupon de bande de papier.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une performation et/ou formation d'un gaufrage s'effectue au moyen d'une cinématique séparée par rapport au ménagement de la zone de fixation (19), notamment d'une cinématique de déplacement en rotation et/ou en ce que le ménagement de l'au moins une perforation et/ou un gaufrage est réalisé essentiellement lors du sectionnement du produit d'emballage (1) de la bande de papier, le produit d'emballage (1) étant sectionné pendant un déplacement d'avance de la bande de papier dans la direction longitudinale (L) de celle ci, sans interruption du déplacement d'avance.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9 précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on ménage l'au moins une perforation et/ou un gaufrage sur l'extrémité antérieure du produit d'emballage (1) dans la direction de convoyage (F) la bande de papier et le cas échéant au moins une deuxième perforation et/ou un deuxième gaufrage sur l'extrémité postérieure dans la direction de convoyage (F) d'un produit d'emballage (1) suivant, notamment plusieurs premières (premiers) et le cas échéant plusieurs deuxièmes perforations et/ou gaufrages étant ménagé(e)s chaque fois simultanément, de préférence dans une rangée s'étendant notamment à la perpendiculaire de la direction d'avance de la bande de papier, notamment des écarts entre plusieurs rangées placées avec un écart dans la direction de la bande étant de dimensions identiques.
  11. Dispositif destiné à la fabrication mécanique d'un produit d'emballage (1) tridimensionnel que l'on forme de manière prédéfinie par façonnage d'un coupon d'une bande de papier monocouche ou multicouches, comprenant un poste de déformation (103) qui relie des régions qui se chevauchent du coupon de bande de papier le long d'une zone (19) de fixation et/ou de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, de sorte que le produit d'emballage (1) forme au moins une cavité de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval du flux de convoyage du poste de déformation (103) est placé un poste (131) de perforation et/ou de gaufrage fonctionnellement séparé du poste de déformation (103) qui dans la région de la cavité de déformation, à l'extérieur de la zone de fixation (19) ménage au moins un gaufrage et/ou au moins une perforation alignée à travers les deux régions qui se chevauchent du coupon de bande de papier.
  12. Dispositif, notamment selon la revendication 11, destiné à la fabrication mécanique d'un produit d'emballage (1) tridimensionnel que l'on forme de manière prédéfinie par façonnage d'un coupon d'une bande de papier monocouche ou multicouches, comprenant un poste de rabattement qui replie au moins un ruban de bord longitudinal s'étendant dans la direction de la bande du coupon de bande de papier au moins en partie par-dessus une région centrale (17) s'étendant dans la direction de la bande du coupon de bande de papier en la chevauchant, caractérisé par un poste de déformation (103) qui est placé par rapport à l'au moins un ruban de bord longitudinal de sorte qu'un bord longitudinal libre du ruban de bord longitudinal soit solidement assemblé avec la région centrale (17) le long d'une zone de fixation (19), de sorte que le produit d'emballage (1) forme au moins une cavité de déformation s'étendant dans la direction de la bande, pour créer au moins une perforation et/ou un gaufrage, un poste de perforation et/ou de gaufrage présentant une cinématique séparée du poste de déformation (103), notamment d'une cinématique de déplacement différente.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le poste (131) de perforation et/ou de gaufrage est un poste d'estampage et/ou comprend un ou plusieurs poinçons d'estampage, ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs logements d'estampage, le poinçon d'estampage étant associé à un logement d'estampage respectif et/ou le poinçon d'estampage et le logement d'estampage respectif étant logés en rotation de telle sorte que le poinçon d'estampage s'engrène à la manière d'une roue dentée dans le logement d'estampage respectif et quitte le logement d'estampage en tournant, pour former l'au moins une perforation respective, notamment plusieurs paires formées d'un poinçon d'estampage et d'un logement d'estampage associé étant logées sur deux arbres, notamment les écarts axiaux des paires étant de dimensions identiques et/ou plusieurs paires perforant simultanément.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poste (131) de perforation et/ou de gaufrage comprend une coupeuse rotative (173) pour sectionner le coupon de bande de papier de la bande de papier, notamment la coupeuse rotative (173) tournant à la même vitesse angulaire que le poste (131) de perforation et/ou de gaufrage, notamment dans le sens de rotation de la coupeuse rotative (173), en amont et en aval étant placé chaque fois au moins un poinçon d'estampage ou au moins un logement d'estampage pour ménager au moins une première perforation sur l'extrémité de coupe antérieure du produit d'emballage (1) dans la direction de convoyage (F) de la bande de papier et le cas échéant au moins une deuxième performation sur l'extrémité de coupe postérieure d'un produit d'emballage (1) suivant, dans la direction de convoyage (F) de la bande de papier.
