Description

    Material zur Verstärkung mechanischer Reize auf die Dermis und Subcutis sowie Sehnen, Bänder, Gelenkkapseln und Muskeln bei der Herstellung von thermisch isolierender Bekleidung und von Bandagen insbesondere medizinischen, Sport- und auch veterinärmedizinischen Bandagen. Beschreibung
  • Mechanische Reize stellen eine wesentliche Möglichkeit zur Aktivierung biologischer Prozesse dar.
  • Die Umsetzung dieser Reize, wie sie durch Kompression und innigen Kontakt von strukturierten Flächen mit der Hautoberfläche erreicht werden können, in bioaktive Adaptationen erfolgt in der Dermis und Subcutis durch die Auslösung verschiedener Effekte, die in intra- und extrazelluläre Regenerationsaktivitäten münden.
  • Eine Intensivierung der mechanischen Reize kann durch punktuell angebrachte Erhöhungen (z.B. Noppen) erreicht werden.
  • Durch eine zusätzliche Wärmeisolierung (Abb.1, B), wie sie durch getriebene synthetische Polymere (z.B. Neopren, einem synthetischen Chlorkautschuk, oder Polyurethan, Abb. 1, 2) erreicht werden kann, wird die Durchblutung verbessert und die notwendigen reproduktiven Stoffwechselprozesse, der Austrag von Schlacke-Stoffen und die Wasserabführung beschleunigt.
  • Die erreichte Wärmeisolierung sichert ebenfalls eine Erhöhung der Elastizität und Belastbarkeit von Muskeln Sehnen und Bändern des Körpers. Sie resultiert auch in einer verstärkten Schweißbildung und einer erhöhten Hauttemperatur. Um diese Effekte nicht über das verträgliche Maß steigen zu lassen, bedarf es einer geregelten Schweiß- und Wärmeabführung, wie sie in der vorliegenden Erfindung durch die strukturierte Innenkaschierung erreicht wird (Abb. 1, A).
  • Darüber hinaus erreicht das elastische Material eine gleichmäßige Kompression im abgedeckten Bereich, was die durch die vorliegende Erfindung ausgelösten mechanischen Reize verstärkt und verteilt, ohne, bei sachgerechter Anwendung, eine schädigende Überreizung zu erzeugen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Material zeichnet sich durch die Kombination von einer Schicht getriebener synthetischer Polymere (2) und darauf aus einem weichen Kunststoff aufgetragener, erhabener oder durch thermische Verfahren geprägter Noppen (5) aus, wobei zusätzliche textile Schichten aus synthetischen Fasern, Naturfasern oder einer Mischung dieser Fasern (4) auf die innere zur Haut (6) gerichteten Seite der Materialkombination derart kaschiert (verklebt) (3) sind, dass die Oberflächengestaltung zwischen Haut und Bandage eine geregelte Schweiß- und Wärmeabführung (A) ermöglicht. Die Noppen aus weichem Kunststoff (Abb. 2 und 3, B) können auf dem Trägermaterial, verklebt mit der Wärme und Schweiß abführenden Innenbeschichtung (Abb. 2 und 3, A) sowohl in systematischem als auch in unregelmäßigem Abstand und mit unterschiedlicher Form und Erhabenheit aufgetragen sein (Abb. 2 und Abb. 3).

Claims (3)

  1. Material (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) zur Verstärkung mechanischer Reize auf die Dermis und Subcutis sowie Sehnen, Bänder, Gelenkkapseln und Muskeln bei thermisch isolierender Bekleidung und medizinischen, Sport- und veterinärmedizinischen Bandagen, auf das Noppen (5) aus weichem Kunststoff auf eine wärmeisolierende Schicht aus getriebenem Polymer (2) erhaben aufgetragen sind, wobei über den Noppen (5) eine strukturierte Innenkaschierung (4) aufweisend textile Schichten aus synthetischen Fasern, Naturfasern oder einer Mischung dieser Fasern vorgesehen ist, so dass das Material (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) eine geregelte Schweiß- und Wärmeregulierung sichert.
  2. Material (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Innenkaschierung (4) eine Kleberschicht (3) aufweist, die zwischen den Noppen (5) und der wärmeisolierenden Schicht (2) einerseits und den textilen Schichten (4) andererseits angeordnet ist.
  3. Material (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Noppen (5), verklebt mit der Innenkaschierung (4), auf die wärmeisolierende Schicht (2) aufgetragen wurden.
