  • the security seal 20 further has another utility, namely closing mailbags and the like without using a label holder.
  • Figure 9 shows schematically a bag 37 closed and sealed directly by the seal 20, that is, without label holder.
  • the seal 20 is closed directly around the neck of the mailbag 37, the saw teeth 25 "biting" the material of the bag and applying pressure that prevents tampering with the mailbag mouth, in a way that is very similar to that of a label holder.
  • locking pin 26 perforates or passes through the material of the bag, being received in bore 33 on the other side. This positively prevents the device from sliding off the mouth of the bag.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité destiné à fermer et à cacheter des sacs et similaires, qui comprend un corps allongé qui présente, au niveau d'une extrémité, une cavité destinée à recevoir une dent de verrouillage et, au niveau de l'autre extrémité, une dent de verrouillage qui peut être introduite et verrouillée dans la cavité de réception, caractérisée en ce que :
    - le corps comprend une première partie allongée (21), qui est inextensible dans la direction de sa longueur et en général plane, une deuxième partie allongée (22), qui est inextensible dans la direction de sa longueur et en général plane, et une troisième partie charnière (23) située entre les première et deuxième parties, de telle sorte que dans une configuration initiale du dispositif (20), avant son utilisation, les première, deuxième et troisième parties (21, 22, 23) fournissent un élément allongé en général plan avec ladite cavité (24) au niveau d'une extrémité, sur la première partie (21), et ladite dent de verrouillage (27) au niveau de l'autre extrémité, sur la deuxième partie (22) ;
    - ladite cavité (24) présente une ouverture d'entrée (24') de la dent de verrouillage (27), qui fait face à une direction orthogonale par rapport à l'élément plan ;
    - dans la configuration initiale, la dent de verrouillage (27) s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de l'élément allongé, en s'éloignant de la cavité de réception (24) ;
    - la dent de verrouillage (27) peut être pliée de façon à s'étendre dans une direction orthogonale par rapport à l'élément plan ; et
    - dans une configuration d'utilisation du dispositif (20), la première partie (21) du corps est pliée, au moyen de la troisième partie charnière (23), sur la deuxième partie (22), la dent de verrouillage (27) étant pliée dans sa position orthogonale en vue de son introduction dans la cavité de réception (24) à travers ladite ouverture d'entrée (24').
  2. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite cavité (24) présente deux ouvertures (24'), espacées dans la direction de la largeur de la première partie (2') du corps et, sur la deuxième partie (22), il y a deux dents de verrouillage similaires (27), espacées dans la direction de la largeur de la deuxième partie (22).
  3. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'une des première et deuxième parties (21, 22) du corps présente une partie centrale longitudinale sous une forme de dents de scie (25), qui, dans ladite configuration d'utilisation, fait face à l'autre desdites parties de corps.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'autre partie de corps (22, 21) est formée avec une ouverture allongée (32) qui correspond à ladite formation centrale en dents de scie (25), de telle sorte que, dans la configuration d'utilisation du dispositif, ladite dent de verrouillage (27) étant déjà reçue dans l'ouverture correspondante (24') dans la cavité (24), les dents de scie (25) soient reçues en partie au moins dans l'ouverture allongée (32).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de corps qui présente la partie centrale longitudinale sous une forme de dents de scie (25) est ladite première partie (21).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie de corps (21) qui présente la formation en dents de scie (25), est formée en outre avec une broche de verrouillage de repérage (26), l'autre partie de corps (22) étant formée avec un orifice (33) destiné à recevoir ladite broche de verrouillage de repérage (26) dans la configuration d'utilisation du dispositif.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la première partie de corps (21) présente deux formations longitudinales sous une forme de dents de scie (25), séparées par une broche de verrouillage de repérage (26), et la deuxième partie de corps (23) est formée avec un alésage (33) qui, dans ladite configuration d'utilisation du dispositif, reçoit la broche de verrouillage de repérage (26).
  8. Dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie de corps (22) est formée avec deux ouvertures allongées longitudinales (32) qui correspondent auxdites formations centrales sous une forme de dents de scie (25), de telle sorte que, dans la configuration d'utilisation du dispositif, les dents de scie (25) soient reçues en partie au moins dans les ouvertures allongées (32).
  9. Ensemble de fermeture et de cachetage de sacs et similaires, comprenant :
    - un porte-étiquette (1), qui comprend les première et deuxième parties sensiblement planes (2, 3), articulées l'une par rapport à l'autre de façon à se replier dans une relation de chevauchement, la première partie (2) étant formée avec des premier et second ponts (13, 14) qui font saillie dans la direction de la deuxième partie (3), alignés et espacés l'un par rapport à l'autre d'une distance qui est du même ordre que la largeur des parties qui se chevauchent, la deuxième partie (3) étant formée avec des première et seconde ouvertures (17, 18), à travers lesquelles passent lesdits ponts (13, 14) lorsque les parties (2, 3) sont articulées, l'une sur l'autre ; et
    - un cachet de sécurité (20) qui présente une partie qui, dans la configuration fermée et cachetée du porte-étiquette, s'étend à travers et entre lesdits ponts (13, 14) ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    le cachet de sécurité (20) est un dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la partie qui est adaptée de façon à s'étendre à travers et entre lesdits ponts (13, 14) est la deuxième partie (22) du dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité, de telle sorte que, dans la configuration fermée du dispositif de fermeture et de sécurité, ladite dent de verrouillage (27) étant reçue et verrouillée dans ladite cavité (24), les deux ponts (13, 14) reposent entre ladite cavité (24) et la troisième partie charnière (23), et soient couverts et pris en sandwich entre les première et deuxième parties (21, 22) du dispositif (20).
