Claims (9)

  1. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung zum Verschließen und Versiegeln von Beuteln und dergleichen, die einen länglichen Körper aufweist, der an einem Ende einen Hohlraum zum Aufnehmen eines Verriegelungszahns aufweist und am anderen Ende einen Verriegelungszahn aufweist, der sich in den Aufnahmehohlraum einbringen und in diesem verriegeln lässt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Körper einen ersten länglichen Bereich (21), der in Richtung seiner Länge nicht dehnbar und im Allgemeinen planar ist, einen zweiten länglichen Bereich (22), der in Richtung seiner Länge nicht dehnbar und im Allgemeinen planar ist, sowie einen dritten Scharnierbereich (23) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Bereich aufweist, so dass in einer anfänglichen Konfiguration der Vorrichtung (20) vor der Verwendung der erste, zweite und dritte Bereich (21, 22, 23) ein im Allgemeinen planares längliches Element mit dem Hohlraum (23) an einem Ende an dem ersten Bereich (21) und mit dem Verriegelungszahn (27) an dem anderen Ende an dem zweiten Bereich (22) bilden;
    - der Hohlraum (24) eine Eintrittsöffnung (24') für den Verriegelungszahn (27) aufweist, die in eine Richtung orthogonal zu dem planaren Element weist;
    - in der anfänglichen Konfiguration der Verriegelungszahn (27) sich in Längsrichtung des länglichen Elements von dem Aufnahmehohlraum (24) weg erstreckt;
    - der Verriegelungszahn (27) klappbar ist, so dass er sich in einer Richtung orthogonal zu dem planaren Element erstreckt; und
    - in einer Verwendungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung (20) der erste Bereich (21) des Körpers mittels des dritten Scharnierbereichs (23) über den zweiten Bereich (22) geklappt ist und der Verriegelungszahn (27) in Vorbereitung für sein Einführen in den Aufnahmehohlraum (24) durch die Eintrittsöffnung (24') hindurch in seine orthogonale Position geklappt ist.
  2. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (24) zwei Öffnungen (24') aufweist, die in Richtung der Breite des ersten Bereichs (2') des Körpers voneinander beabstandet sind und an dem zweiten Bereich (22) zwei ähnliche Verriegelungszähne (27) vorhanden sind, die in Richtung der Breite des zweiten Bereichs (22) voneinander beabstandet sind.
  3. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer von dem ersten und dem zweiten Bereich (21, 22) des Körpers einen in Längsrichtung zentralen Bereich in Form von Sägezähnen (25) aufweist, der in der Verwendungskonfiguration dem anderen der Körperbereiche zugewandt ist.
  4. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Körperbereich (22, 21) mit einer länglichen Öffnung (32) ausgebildet ist, die der zentralen Formation der Sägezähne (25) entspricht, so dass in der Verwendungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung, in der der Verriegelungszahn (27) bereits in der entsprechenden Öffnung (24') in dem Hohlraum (24) aufgenommen ist, die Sägezähne (25) zumindest teilweise in der länglichen Öffnung (32) aufgenommen sind.
  5. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Körperbereich, der den länglichen zentralen Bereich in Form der Sägezähne (25) aufweist, um den ersten Bereich (21) handelt.
  6. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körperbereich (21), der die Formation der Sägezähne (25) aufweist, ferner mit einem Festlegungsverriegelungsstift (26) ausgebildet ist und der andere Körperbereich (22) mit einer Öffnung (33) zum Aufnehmen des Festlegungsverriegelungsstifts (26) in der Verwendungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung ausgebildet ist.
  7. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Körperbereich (21) zwei Längsformationen in Form von Sägezähnen (25) aufweist, die durch einen Festlegungsverriegelungsstift (26) getrennt sind, und der zweite Körperbereich (23) mit einer Bohrung (33) ausgebildet ist, die in der Verwendungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung den Festlegungsverriegelungsstift (26) aufnimmt.
  8. Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Körperbereich (22) mit zwei in Längsrichtung länglichen Öffnungen (32) ausgebildet ist, die den zentralen Formationen in Form von Sägezähnen (25) entsprechen, so dass in der Verwendungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung die Sägezähne (25) zumindest teilweise in den länglichen Öffnungen (32) aufgenommen sind.
  9. Verschluss- und Versiegelungsanordnung für Beutel und dergleichen, aufweisend:
    - einen Etikettenhalter (1), der einen ersten und zweiten im Wesentlichen planaren Teil (2, 3) aufweist, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, so dass sie in eine überlappende Beziehung klappbar sind, wobei der erste Teil (2) mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Brücke (13, 14) ausgebildet ist, die in Richtung des zweiten Teils (3) vorstehen, miteinander ausgerichtet sind und über eine Distanz in der gleichen Größenordnung wie der Breite der überlappenden Teile voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei der zweite Teil (3) mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Öffnung (17, 18) ausgebildet ist, durch die die Brücken (13, 14) hindurchtreten, wenn die Teile (2, 3) gelenkig übereinander angeordnet werden; und
    - ein Sicherheitssiegel (20) mit einem Bereich, der sich in der geschlossenen und versiegelten Konfiguration des Etikettenhalters durch sowie zwischen den Brücken (13, 14) erstreckt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Sicherheitssiegel (20) um eine Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 handelt, wobei es sich bei dem Bereich, der dazu ausgebildet ist, sich durch und zwischen den Brücken (13, 14) zu erstrecken, um den zweiten Bereich (22) der Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung handelt, so dass in der geschlossenen Konfiguration der Verschluss- und Sicherheitsvorrichtung, in der der Verriegelungszahn (27) in dem Hohlraum (24) aufgenommen und verriegelt ist, die beiden Brücken (13, 14) zwischen dem Hohlraum (24) und dem dritten Scharnierbereich (23) liegen und überdeckt sind sowie zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Bereich (21, 22) der Vorrichtung (20) sandwichartig angeordnet sind.
