Description

Für die Herstellung einer Säule (Rüttelstopfsäule) wird hierbei die Rüttleranordnung mit dem Silorohr bis zu einer gewünschten Tiefe in den Boden eingebracht, wodurch ein säulenförmiger Hohlraum entsteht, der zunächst durch den Rüttler mit dem Silorohr ausgefüllt ist. Dieser Hohlraum wird dann mit dem Schüttgut, wie z.B. mit Kies verfüllt. Hierzu wird die Rüttleranordnung mit dem Silorohr schrittweise nach oben bewegt und wieder abgesenkt. Beim Nach-Oben-Bewegen des Rüttler entsteht ein Hohlraum unterhalb des der Rüttleranordnung, der mit Füllmaterial aus dem Silorohr - das an seinem unteren Ende eine Öffnung aufweist - aufgefüllt wird. Das so ausgebrachte Material wird anschließend verdichtet, indem der Rüttler wieder nach unten bewegt wird. Die Verkürzung der Gesamthöhe gegenüber der bekannten Vorrichtung kann erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Rüttleranordnung durch zwei Tragseile 6 gehalten ist, die jeweils beabstandet zu einem oberen Ende 12 des Rohres an dem Rohr befestigt sind und dadurch, dass die Tragvorrichtung im Betrieb der Anordnung zwischen Befestigungspunkten der Seile und dem oberen Ende 12 des Rohres oder sogar oberhalb des oberen Endes 12 des Rohres angeordnet ist. Insbesondere kann das obere Ende 12 der Rüttleranordnung 1 bis zu einem oberen Ende der Tragvorrichtung 4 oder darüber hinaus bewegt werden. Die beiden Seile 6 sind insbesondere an Punkten an dem Rohr befestigt, die einander gegenüberliegen. Das obere Ende des Rohres ist ein der Rüttlerspitze 11 gegenüberliegendes Ende des Rohrs. Die Rüttleranordnung 1 kann mit Ihrer gesamten Länge in den Boden eingefahren werden, d.h. bis zum oberen Ende 12. Dabei dringen auch die Seile 6 in den Boden ein.
