Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif d'impression sur une surface latérale d'au moins un corps sensiblement cylindrique (2) du type comprenant au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d), des moyens de transport (5, 6) pour le déplacement dudit au moins un corps cylindrique avec sa propre surface latérale en regard de ladite au moins une tête d'impression, ainsi que des moyens (7) de rotation dudit au moins un corps cylindrique autour de l'axe central (X) de ladite surface latérale, dans lequel lesdits moyens de transport (5, 6) mettent en mouvement ledit au moins un corps cylindrique le long d'un chemin vertical droit (Z), ledit axe central (X) dudit au moins un corps cylindrique étant sensiblement perpendiculaire audit chemin vertical droit (Z), le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de mise en mouvement de ladite au moins une tête d'impression au moins le long d'une direction droite sur au moins une partie dudit chemin droit suivi par lesdits moyens de transport pour ledit au moins un corps cylindrique, lesdits moyens de mise en mouvement de ladite au moins une tête d'impression suivant le mouvement de transport dudit au moins un corps cylindrique sur au moins une partie du déplacement de ce dernier le long dudit chemin droit.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une paire de têtes d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) agencées dans une position opposée l'une à l'autre, ledit chemin droit (Z) le long duquel lesdits moyens de transport (5, 6) mettent en mouvement ledit au moins un corps sensiblement cylindrique (2) étant compris dans l'espace entre les deux têtes d'impression de ladite au moins une paire de têtes d'impression.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les têtes d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) appartenant à ladite au moins une paire de têtes d'impression sont disposées dans une position alignée tout en étant sensiblement opposées l'une à l'autre le long d'une ligne droite non verticale.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens de rotation comprennent au moins un fuseau (7) adapté pour supporter et mettre en rotation ledit au moins un corps sensiblement cylindrique (2) autour de son propre axe central (X).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits moyens de transport comprennent au moins un support (5) sur lequel un ou plusieurs fuseaux (7) sont contraints, ledit au moins un support (5) pouvant être décalé le long d'un rail droit (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit déplacement dudit au moins un support (5) pour ledit au moins un mandrin (7) est commandé par au moins un actionneur linéaire.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit au moins un mandrin (7) est contraint sur ledit au moins un support (5) de sorte qu'il puisse être mis en mouvement, par rapport audit support, entre une position de fonctionnement et une position de repos.
  8. Dispositif selon 1"une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) est du type à jet d'encre, ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) délivrant de l'encre d'une seule couleur.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins quatre têtes d'impression, délivrant respectivement 1"une des trois couleurs primaires et du noir.
  10. Dispositif selon 1"une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de détection de la position d'au moins un corps sensiblement cylindrique (2) par rapport à ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d).
  11. Procédé d'impression sur une surface latérale d'au moins un corps sensiblement cylindrique (2) par un dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant les étapes :
    • de chargement d'au moins l'un desdits corps cylindriques (2) sur lesdits moyens de transport (5, 6) dudit dispositif au niveau d'une station de chargement (A) ;
    • d'acheminement le long d'un chemin vertical droit (Z) d'au moins l'un desdits corps cylindriques (2) par lesdits moyens de transport (5, 6) ;
    • de rotation, par lesdits moyens de rotation (7), dudit corps cylindrique (2) autour de l'axe central (X) de ladite surface latérale ; ledit axe central (X) étant sensiblement perpendiculaire audit chemin vertical droit (Z) ;
    • de mise en regard de ladite surface latérale dudit au moins un corps cylindrique (2) par rapport à ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) ;
    • d'activation de ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) pour l'impression sur ladite surface latérale ;
    • de déplacement, pendant l'étape d'activation de ladite au moins une tête d'impression pour l'impression sur ladite surface latérale, de ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) pour suivre le mouvement de transport dudit au moins un corps cylindrique sur au moins une partie du déplacement de ce dernier le long dudit chemin droit ;

Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de rotation, par lesdits moyens de rotation (7), dudit corps sensiblement cylindrique (2) autour de l'axe central (X) de ladite surface latérale est réalisée simultanément à l'étape d'activation de ladite au moins une tête d'impression (3a à 3d, 4a à 4d) pour l'impression sur ladite surface latérale.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape supplémentaire d'arrêt, le long dudit chemin droit, dudit au moins un corps sensiblement cylindrique avec sa surface latérale en regard de ladite au moins une tête d'impression, avant ladite étape d'activation de ladite au moins une tête d'impression.
