Abstract

L'invention porte sur une machine à café du type destinée à des dosettes de café moulu préemballées, comprenant un réservoir pour le liquide d'infusion, habituellement de l'eau, des moyens pour introduire ledit liquide sous pression dans un élément chauffant, une unité de distribution comprenant des moyens porte-filtre dans lesquels la dosette préemballée doit être positionnée, des moyens pour introduire l'eau chaude mise sous pression dans ladite dosette préemballée, et des moyens pour distribuer le café boisson, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens pour introduire ledit liquide sous pression dans ledit élément chauffant comprennent au moins deux pompes fonctionnant en parallèle entre ledit réservoir et ledit élément chauffant, chacune desdites pompes ayant une pression de fonctionnement sensiblement élevée et un débit sensiblement faible.
