Letztgenannter Klinkenverschluss ist aus der europäischen Patentanmeldung EP 0 624 508 A1 bekannt. Bei all diesen Weichenverschlüssen entsteht an den Reibkontaktflächen der beweglichen und der ortsfesten Komponenten, die die Verstellung einer Weiche herbeiführen bzw. bei dem Verstellvorgang mitbewegt werden, nach einer längeren Betriebsdauer ein von der Anzahl der absolvierten Umstellzyklen der Weiche abhängender Verschleiss zwischen den Reibpartnern. Eine Besonderheit besteht hierbei bei den Klinkenverschlüssen, bei denen der Verschlussträger aus einer Aluminiumbronze hergestellt ist und die meist aus unlegiertem Baustahl bestehende Schieber- oder Nockenstange mit der Aluminiumbronze ein Reibpaar bildet. Bei diesem Reibpaar sind die guten Gleit- und Notlaufeigenschaften der Aluminiumbronze stark erwünscht, teilweise entsteht aber trotzdem ein relativ hoher Verschleiss. Bei fortgeschrittenem Verschleiss kann hierdurch sogar die Weichenzungenwanderung behindert werden. Neben der Bewegung der Schieberstange in einer Richtung senkrecht zum Gleiskörper findet auch eine temperaturbedingte Zungenwanderung in Richtung des Gleises statt. Ist die Nockenstange bereits stark durch die Translationsbewegung senkrecht zum Gleis in den Träger eingearbeitet, kann sich der Klinkenverschluss durch die Zungenwanderung verklemmen.For the conversion of switches a variety of different adjustment is known. In einem sehr ungünstigen Fall könnte (in Kumulation mit anderen Fehlern) die Verschlussklinke 8 die Nocke 20 überspringen. Das Abheben durch eine Zungenrollvorrichtung kann sich hier aber auf der vom Lager abgewendeten Seite der Verschlussklinke 8 nicht mehr auswirken, weil die Verschlussklinke hier schwerkraftmässig und aufgrund der schwenkbaren Lagerung unmittelbar auf der Schieberstange 10 aufliegt.
