Claims (15)
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, dévolu à des processus PCR et comprenant- un boîtier (2) qui matérialise un compartiment conçu pour recevoir un échantillon, et est muni d'un moins une ouverture circulaire pénétrant, sous la forme d'un canal, dans ledit compartiment à échantillon,- et un élément obturateur sphérique (8),sachant que le diamètre dudit élément obturateur (8) excède le diamètre du canal d'ouverture, dans au moins une zone (d'obturation) (11), uniquement d'une cote telle que ledit élément obturateur (8) puisse être bloqué à demeure par engagement positif dans ladite zone d'obturation (11), par son pourtour de dimensionnement maximal, ledit élément obturateur sphérique (8) étant en contact direct avec le boîtier (2), sachant que le canal d'ouverture donne naissance, entre la zone d'obturation (11) et l'ouverture intérieure, à une saillie (12) diminuant la section transversale d'ouverture dudit canal d'ouverture par rapport à la section transversale d'ouverture dans ladite zone d'obturation (11), et sachant que ledit canal d'ouverture donne naissance, entre ladite zone d'obturation (11) et l'ouverture extérieure, à une saillie supplémentaire (10) qui diminue la section transversale d'ouverture dudit canal d'ouverture par rapport à la section transversale d'ouverture dans ladite zone d'obturation (11), caractérisé par le fait qu'une distance, prévue entre la saillie supplémentaire (10) et la saillie (12), autorise une tolérance de positionnement de l'élément obturateur (8) de 5 mm au maximum.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la section transversale d'ouverture du canal d'ouverture est plus grande, dans la région de la saillie supplémentaire (10), que dans la région de la saillie (12).
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par une distance, entre la saillie supplémentaire (10) et la saillie (12), qui autorise une tolérance de positionnement de l'élément obturateur de 1,0 mm au maximum.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le canal d'ouverture est de réalisation cylindrique dans la région de la zone d'obturation.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (2) est de réalisation tubulaire, et l'ouverture est située à une extrémité dudit boîtier (2).
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (2) est réalisé avec achèvement en pointe au niveau d'une seconde extrémité.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (2) est de réalisation optiquement transparente, au moins sur un tronçon de la zone d'obturation (11) et/ou de l'extrémité à achèvement en pointe.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (2) est réalisé, dans la région de l'extrémité à achèvement en pointe, avec épaisseur de paroi moindre qu'au moins dans une seconde région du compartiment à échantillon.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (2) donne naissance à un décrochement (6) conçu pour procurer une surface d'appui.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément obturateur (8), et le boîtier (2) au moins dans la zone d'obturation (11) du canal d'ouverture, sont constitués d'un matériau présentant un même coefficient de dilatation thermique.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément obturateur (8) est constitué d'un matériau doué de conductivité électrique.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément obturateur (8) est constitué d'un matériau fluorescent dépourvu de pertinence technique.
- Réceptacle (1) d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (2) est muni d'un point de rupture par destination.
- Réceptacle d'échantillons, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une seconde zone d'obturation (11) dédiée à un second élément obturateur (8), un second compartiment à échantillon étant matérialisé entre les deux éléments obturateurs (8).
- Réceptacle d'échantillons, selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'un canal de dérivation (14) est prévu, dans la paroi du boîtier (2), entre les deux zones d'obturation (11).
