Claims (7)
- Haspel- und Inspektionsverfahren in Linie eines kontinuierlich gewalzten Metallbands, das einen kontinuierlichen Haspelschritt auf mindestens einem Dorn (10, 20) einer Haspelstation (3), vorzugsweise einer Karussell-Haspelstation, umfasst, durch mindestens die folgenden Schritte gekennzeichnet:- Zerteilen des Bands von einer ersten Schere (4), die sich vor der Wicklung befindet, wobei eine letzte Windung der hergestellten Spule (1, 1', 1" usw.) um die Achse des Dorns (10) schwenkt und dabei auf einen Einführtisch (6), der sich in der Verlängerung der Linie befindet und dem ein Inspektionstisch (8) folgt, fällt.- Bewegen des Bands um eine bestimmte Länge auf dem Einführtisch (6) und dem Inspektionstisch (8) vorwärts und Zerteilen von einer zweiten Schere (7), um eine Probe zu erhalten,- Untersuchen der Probe auf dem Inspektionstisch (8), um Fehler zu ermitteln.
- Haspel- und Inspektionsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band nach Erhalten der Probe durch die Tätigkeit der zweiten Schere (7) rückwärts umgespult wird und die Spule (1, 1', 1" usw.) abgezogen und von der Haspelstation (3) entfernt wird.
- Haspel- und Inspektionsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Probe des Bands auf einer ersten Seite untersucht wird, dann umgedreht und auf seiner zweiten Seite untersucht wird.
- Haspel- und Inspektionsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Probe nach Inspektion vom Inspektionstisch (8) zu einem Abgabetisch (12) bewegt wird, an dessen Ende sich eine dritte Schere (13) befindet, die die Probe in Stücke zerteilt, die danach zu einem Abfallbehälter oder ähnlichem (14) gelenkt werden.
- Haspel- und Inspektionsanlage in Linie eines kontinuierlich gewalzten Metallbands, die nach dem letzten Walzgerüst eine erste Schere (4), eine Haspelstation (3) auf mindestens einem Dorn (10, 20) und einen Inspektionstisch (8) umfasst, um Fehler auf mindestens einer Seite des Bands zu ermitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haspelstation (3) und der Inspektionstisch (8) in Linie sind und dass die Anlage ferner einen Einführtisch (6), der sich in Linie zwischen der Haspelstation (3) und dem Inspektionstisch (8) befindet, aufweist, kombiniert mit einer zweiten Schere (7), die erlaubt, eine Probe von einer bestimmten Länge herzustellen, sobald das Band von der ersten Schere (4) zerteilt wurde, beim Fallen auf den Einführtisch um die Achse des Dorns (10) geschwenkt ist, und sich auf dem Einführtisch (6) und dem Inspektionstisch (8) fortbewegt hat.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haspelstation (3) eine Karussellstation ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im Bereich des Inspektionstischs (8) Greifmittel (8', 8") mit Zangen aufweist, die erlauben, die Probe umzudrehen, um deren andere Seite zu überprüfen.
