Definitions
- the invention relates to a noise barrier with a support structure which can be arranged on a floor and which has disk-shaped uprights arranged parallel and at a distance from one another and spacing elements connected to adjacent uprights, wherein the respective stand has a first one facing a noise source End face and a noise source facing away from the second end face, and a pourable filling material is filled between the respective adjacent stand.
- Such a noise barrier which is designed as a plantable noise barrier, is from the EP 0 286 957 A1 and the DE 38 16 127 A1 known.
- the noise barrier has spacers connected to the uprights, which are arranged in the region of the first end side and the second end side of the stator and are formed as boards, which are arranged at an angle to the horizontal, wherein the upper end of the respective board, based on the Support structure, located further out than the lower end of this board.
- the boards thus serve on the one hand the formation of the support structure, on the other hand, the retention of potting soil. They are therefore also referred to there as plant ribbed boards.
- gabions also called stone baskets or wire ballast boxes
- a gabion is a wire basket filled with stones. Such is for example in the DE 200 15 661 U1 described.
- the filling of such a basket is very expensive, since the stones must be partially sorted by hand, sorted by size, in the basket.
- a noise barrier is known, with a filling space formed between grid mats, which can be filled with a noise-insulating filling material.
- inner mesh mats are provided to which run to form joint-free mating spaces joint-free outer grid mats.
- Such a noise barrier is structurally relatively complicated because of the required inner and outer mesh mats and can be quite expensive to set up because of the required inner and outer mesh mats.
- there is a central filling space between the inner mesh mats which is to be additionally filled, in particular with sand or fine-grained material.
- Between the respective inner and outer grid mat is monolithic filler, natural stone or natural stone, brick, broken glass, concrete ballast or similar recycled material use.
- a noise barrier is described, the spaced-apart, vertically oriented frame parts, which are arranged in the form of an inverted U on the floor.
- the individual legs of the frame part are connected by a cross-beam and in the region of the side surfaces by tension cables.
- On the front and side surfaces of the frame part mats are fixed by welding or by tying with wire.
- On the respective mat a fine-fiber mat is applied, in particular on the inside of the noise barrier facing side.
- the interior of the noise barrier is filled with earth, so that the noise barrier can be planted.
- a plantable noise barrier which has held between segment posts, retractable wall elements. These are provided with a nutrient medium for plants and with an irrigation device.
- the wall elements have lattice mats, which are bendable in the longitudinal direction and rigid in the vertical direction. By a substrate filling the grid mats are kept at a distance against T-piece undercuts the segment post formed as a double-T carrier.
- the grid mats are held between the segment posts by tie rods at a predetermined distance from each other.
- Object of the present invention is to develop a noise barrier of the type mentioned so that it consists of easily manufacturable components, and the noise barrier can be quickly and easily constructed and placed in working condition.
- a noise barrier of the type mentioned in that a first grid mat rests against the support structure and contacted the stator in the first end face, a second grid mat rests against the support structure and contacted the stand in the region of the second end face, and rod elements enforce the support structure, wherein the rod elements are connected to the grid mats, and the pourable filling material is filled between the two grid mats, wherein the respective stand is formed by a plurality of stacked stator parts, wherein the respective stator part at the bottom end and top at least one receptacle for connection with has at least one spacer element.
- the noise protection wall thus consists of the uprights, the spacer elements, the first grid mat and the second grid mat, the rod elements and the pourable filling material.
- These individual components are simply designed components that are already available as mass-produced goods, such as grid mats and bar elements. These must be cut if necessary and bent if necessary.
- the stand and spacers can, especially if they are made of plastic, are easily produced by molding processes. These are therefore molded parts.
- the respective upright is formed by a plurality of stacked parts arranged one above the other, wherein the respective upright part has at the top end and at the bottom at least one receptacle for connecting to at least one spacer element.
- the formation of the respective uprights by means of a plurality of uprights arranged one above the other makes it possible to design the support structure, and thus the noise protection wall, in modular construction at different heights.
- the interaction of spacer elements and respective stator in the connecting region of adjacent, stacked stator parts of particular advantage, because the spacer elements are positively connected to the upper and / or lower stator part.
- the noise barrier can be quickly and easily assembled and quickly and easily put into their functional state. It is only necessary to arrange the disc-shaped stand on the ground and to place them at a distance from each other as well as to connect the spacer elements with adjacent uprights. As a result, the basic stability of the support structure is ensured. Subsequently, the first grid mat is applied to the uprights in the region of the first end side of the uprights and the second grid mat is applied to the uprights in the region of the second end side of the uprights. It is basically not necessary that the grid mats are connected to the uprights. The mesh mats can therefore be applied loosely to the stand. The grid mats applied to the uprights are now connected by means of the bar elements.
- the rod elements are arranged so that they pass through the support structure, thus arranged between adjacent uprights, wherein the rod elements are connected in the region of their ends with the grid mats.
- the grid mats are positioned defined with respect to the stand and are held by the rod elements, adjacent to the uprights.
- the mesh size of the two grid mats is chosen so that, taking into account the particle size or the particle size of the pourable filling material is ensured that this can not escape through the grid mats to the outside. To transfer the noise protection wall in its functional state, it is only necessary to fill the pourable material from above into the space formed between the two grid mats and the respective adjacent uprights from above.
- the particle size or particle size of the pourable filling material should be at least so great that no bulk material can pass through the meshes of the grid mats.
- monolithic filling material, natural stones, natural stone ballast, brick crushed stone, broken glass, concrete ballast or a pourable recycled material are used as pourable filling material.
- the grain or stone sizes amount to, for example, small size between 32 and 60 mm, with large size between 60 and 120 mm.
- the noise barrier has a height of at least one meter.
- the maximum height is considered to be from 5 to 7 m.
- the lower width of the noise barrier is determined by the height of the noise barrier. This lower width is for example between 0.7 m and 1.5 m.
- the noise protection wall has, based on its longitudinal extension, for example, a substantially rectangular or substantially trapezoidal cross-section.
- the support structure can be arranged on the ground.
- a flat foundation forms this soil.
- the flat foundations can be formed by a gravel layer, whereby no profound foundation for the noise barrier is required. If the foundation consists of gravel, rainwater can easily drain through the gravel layer.
- the respective spacer element has a form fit in the longitudinal direction direction of the spacer element is connected to the stand.
- the longitudinal direction of the spacer element to provide a certain clearance between the spacer element and stand, especially under the aspect of different heat effect due to sunlight and thus different elongation of the components of the support structure, namely of uprights and spacers.
- the respective upright part has top and bottom positive locking elements which interact in a form-fitting manner with complementary positive locking elements of the stator part arranged above or below it.
- the positive connection in the longitudinal direction of the spacer elements is substantially free of play and is perpendicular to the spacer elements, in particular with play.
- connection and the positive connection between the respective spacer element and the stand or the stacked stator parts in this case in the area between the stacked stator parts, achieve if the respective spacer element in the region of its ends tapered sections for insertion into these associated recesses St.wel has.
- the respective spacer element is provided in the region of only one of the two longitudinal sides of this spacer element with tapered sections arranged at both ends.
- the respective spacer element is connected to associated uprights in the region of the underside of the upright or the upper side of the upright. This results in a high stability of the support structure over its entire height, thus from the bottom of the support structure to the upper end of the support structure.
- the respective spacer element is connected to associated uprights in the region of the lower side of an upper stator part and the upper side of the lower stator part. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly stable connection of the respective spacer element with the two stacked stator parts.
- the respective spacer element for example, at both ends and on both longitudinal sides on the tapered portions, which cooperate with tapered portions of the stator parts.
- the support structure forming the stator and spacer elements are in particular formed as plastic moldings.
- the respective spacer element is designed in particular board-shaped. It is preferably installed edgewise in the support structure under the aspect of optimizing the bending resistance moment.
- the first grid mat and the second grid mat extend over the height of the support structure and the length of the support structure.
- the two grid mats thus cover the support structure on the free, the noise side facing side and on the free, the noise side facing away completely.
- the respective grid mat can certainly be formed by several mat parts. These are arranged so that they are positioned adjacent to each other or overlapping. This arrangement of the grid mats ensures that bulk material is extensively retained by means of the grid mats.
- the grid mat is fixed in a particularly simple manner when the respective rod element connected to the grid mats is designed as a rod which has end-side hook sections. These hook sections engage behind the grid mats.
- already prefabricated rod elements can be used, which accordingly have the end hook portions, wherein it is necessary when forming the noise barrier, after attaching the grid mats to the support structure, the grid mat something to deform into the interior of the support structure into elastic and a hook portion of the rod member in already hooked, other hook portion of this rod member, in a rear engagement position with respect to the wire of the grid mat to bring. It is particularly advantageous if the first grid mat and / or the second grid mat is arranged loosely against the uprights.
- the respective grid mat is in particular designed so that it is formed from longitudinally and transversely arranged, welded together wires.
- Grid mats are placed, for example, so that the one wires of the grid mat are arranged horizontally.
- the other wires then run perpendicular to these wires.
- it is also quite possible to arrange the grid mat at an angle to this position for example, to arrange the grid mat in a rotated with respect to this position by 45 ° position. With vertically arranged grid mat, the wires can thus run at an angle of 45 ° to the vertical.
- the respective rod element can be connected at any point with the respective wire of the grid mat. It is considered particularly advantageous if one or more rod elements are arranged with the respective rod element in the region of a wire crossing point of the grid mat. As a result, the grid mat is positioned particularly precisely with respect to the rod element. This is especially true when the wires of the grid mat are not arranged horizontally, but at an acute angle to the horizontal, thus for the pivoted arrangement of the grid mat.
- bar elements are arranged above the spacing elements and bear against them.
- the grid mats is thus introduced via the rod elements at least a portion of the weight of the grid mats in the spacer elements and on this in the stand of the noise barrier.
- rod elements, which are arranged below the spacer elements also bear against these spacer elements. If this is a rod element above a spacer element and is located on this, and is a another rod element disposed below this spacer element and is applied to this, is held on these rod elements associated with this grid mat both up and down substantially immovable. This is especially true when the spacer elements are arranged relatively close with respect to the grid mats.
- the respective grid mat and / or the respective rod element consists of corrosion-protected steel, in particular stainless steel.
- a vertically arranged sound absorption element is arranged, which extends in particular over the height of the support structure.
- the filling space for the pourable filling material is subdivided into two basic subspaces, thus a first subspace between the sound absorbing element and the grating mat facing the noise source, and a second subspace between the sound absorbing element and the grid mat facing away from the noise source.
- these different subspaces which in principle also applies when forming only one space between the two grid mats and adjacent uprights of the support structure, can be filled with different filling material, be it in grain size or stone size and / or color.
- the noise barrier can give a specially designed appearance.
- different filling material can be filled in layers one above the other.
- the first embodiment of the noise barrier is in the Fig. 1 to 3 illustrated without filled filler and in the 4 to 6 shown for the corresponding representations with filled filling material.
- the respective stand part 7 further has in the region of its underside two rectangular recesses 10 and, at the appropriate place, on its top two rectangular recesses 11.
- the recesses 10 and 11 serve to receive the spacer elements 4 and 4a formed as boards.
- the respective spacer element 4 or 4a has, in the region of its ends, tapered sections 12 for insertion into the recesses 10 and 11 of the stator parts 7 associated therewith.
- the respective spacer element 4a is formed so that it is designed as a board produced by continuous casting, which is provided at a relatively short distance from its ends on the same side of the spacer element 4a with rectangular recesses whose extension in the longitudinal direction of the spacer element 4a is slightly larger than
- the other spacer elements 4 have the same length and thickness as the spacer elements 4a, but are twice as wide, with the corresponding two end-side recesses, so that a respect to the longitudinal extent of the spacer element 4 halved spacer element corresponds to the spacer element 4a ,
- This different design of the spacer elements 4 and 4a is therefore provided in order to attach the respective spacer element 4a in the region of the lower end of the lowermost stator part 7 or the upper end of the uppermost stator member 7, while the spacer element 4 mounted between two directly superimposed stator parts 7 becomes.
- two spacer elements 4a each overlap with respect to their ends its tapered sections 12 directed upward into the associated lower recess 10 of the lowermost stator part 7 inserted, and there are two with respect to the ends overlapping arranged spacer elements 4a, directed with the tapered portions 12 downward, inserted into a recess 11 of the uppermost stator 7. Since the stand 3 has two recesses 10 on the underside of the lowermost stator part 7, these thus serve the overlapping arrangement of two pairs of spacer elements 4a and correspondingly the two recesses 11 of the uppermost stator part 7 of receiving two pairs of spacer elements 4a.
- the respective spacer element 4a serves for the connection of three mutually parallel uprights 3, as it is the case with the Fig. 1 and 3 is illustrated, wherein the overlapping arrangement of the spacer elements 4a takes place only in the first and third stator 3. In the second, middle stand 3, the spacer element 4a has a corresponding tapered section 12.
- the spacer elements 4 are mounted in the uprights 3, but in the region of the stacked upright parts 7, so that the respective spacer element 4 in the region of each associated stator 3 with its upwardly tapered portion 12 into the lower recess 10th of the upper stator part 7 and engages with its downwardly tapered portion 12 in the upper recess 11 of the lower stator part 7.
- Fig. 2 is the respective spacer element 4 and 4a with respect to that contour which engages behind the associated post member 7, drawn by dashed lines and that portion of the spacer element 4 and 4a, which has the tapered portion 12 and the tapered portions 12, illustrated by a solid line.
- the respective stand 3 is stored at the bottom in a flat foundation 13, which forms a floor for arranging the noise protection wall.
- the support structure 2 configured as described above cooperates with a first grid mat 14 and a second grid mat 15. Both grid mats 14 and 15 extend from the bottom to the upper end of the support structure 2, thus over the entire height of the support structure on the opposite outer sides. Furthermore, the two grid mats extend over the entire length of the support structure 2.
- the first grid mat loosely rests against the support structure 2, specifically the first end faces 5 of the uprights 3, and the second lattice mat 5 loosely rests against the support structure 2, specifically at second end faces 6 of the stator 3 at.
- the first grid mat 14, and this applies correspondingly to the second grid mat 15, is formed by horizontally arranged wires 16 which are arranged at a relatively large distance from one another and wires 17 arranged at a relatively small distance from each other.
- the wires 16 and 17 are made of stainless steel, in particular of V2A.
- the thickness of the wires 16 and 17 is dimensioned so that the respective grid mat 14 and 15 has sufficient stability.
- the two vertically arranged grid mats 14 and 15 are fixed to the support structure 2 by means of a multiplicity of rod elements 18.
- the respective rod element 18 is connected to both grid mats 14 and 15.
- the rod element 18 has a rod 19 and hook portions 20 in the region of both ends of the rod 19.
- the respective stator part 7 is provided with a fairly large rectangular opening 21, so that the respective stator part 7 is frame-shaped.
- the noise protection wall 1 can in principle have any length, as it is, as described, modular. For this reason is in the Fig. 1 and 3 and 5 and 6, the support structure 2 with grid mats 14, 15 and rod members 18 and the noise barrier 1 formed only for a portion to which corresponding sections on the left and right, with corresponding sections connect to turn left and right.
- the 4 to 6 illustrate the after filling the above-described structure of support structure 2, grid mats 14, 15 and bar elements 18 filled with pourable filling material structure.
- this filler is monolithic filler, natural stones, natural rock, brick crushed stone, broken glass, concrete ballast or a pourable recycle.
- the grain or stone size of the filling material is dimensioned such that this can not pass from the respectively formed between two horizontal wires 16 and two cooperating with these vertical wires 17 opening 22 in the respective grid mat 14 and 15 respectively.
- The is filled in the Fig. 1 to 3 described structure from above, thus in the direction of arrow II in Fig.
- the second embodiment according to the FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from the first embodiment according to the Fig. 1 to 6 only in that the structure formed by the support structure 2, the two grid mats 14 and 15 and the various rod elements 18 additionally in the interior has a vertically arranged wall-shaped sound absorption element 23 which rests on the bottom of the base foundation 13 and up to the upper end of the respective stand 3 is enough.

The stand and spacers can, especially if they are made of plastic, are easily produced by molding processes. These are therefore molded parts.
The respective upright is formed by a plurality of stacked parts arranged one above the other, wherein the respective upright part has at the top end and at the bottom at least one receptacle for connecting to at least one spacer element. The formation of the respective uprights by means of a plurality of uprights arranged one above the other makes it possible to design the support structure, and thus the noise protection wall, in modular construction at different heights. In this case, the interaction of spacer elements and respective stator in the connecting region of adjacent, stacked stator parts of particular advantage, because the spacer elements are positively connected to the upper and / or lower stator part.
The noise barrier can be quickly and easily assembled and quickly and easily put into their functional state. The rod elements are arranged so that they pass through the support structure, thus arranged between adjacent uprights, wherein the rod elements are connected in the region of their ends with the grid mats. Thus, the grid mats are positioned defined with respect to the stand and are held by the rod elements, adjacent to the uprights. The mesh size of the two grid mats is chosen so that, taking into account the particle size or the particle size of the pourable filling material is ensured that this can not escape through the grid mats to the outside. To transfer the noise protection wall in its functional state, it is only necessary to fill the pourable material from above into the space formed between the two grid mats and the respective adjacent uprights from above. This can take place in a particularly simple manner by machine, for example by means of a conveyor belt placed in the region of the upper side of the noise protection wall or by means of an excavator. The pourable filling material passes from above into the formed receiving space of the noise protection wall and there is automatically a compression of the pourable filling material, which gradually falls into this space. Consequently, this space can be filled quickly, with relatively uniform compression of the pourable filling material in this room. In the noise protection wall according to the invention forces acting in the longitudinal direction of the noise barrier, essentially absorbed by the support structure, thus introduced via the spacer elements in the disk-shaped stator, while received forces in the transverse direction of the noise barrier and vertical forces in particular of the rod elements and the grid mats become.
As explained, the particle size or particle size of the pourable filling material should be at least so great that no bulk material can pass through the meshes of the grid mats. In particular, monolithic filling material, natural stones, natural stone ballast, brick crushed stone, broken glass, concrete ballast or a pourable recycled material are used as pourable filling material. The grain or stone sizes amount to, for example, small size between 32 and 60 mm, with large size between 60 and 120 mm.
It is considered preferable if the noise barrier has a height of at least one meter. The maximum height is considered to be from 5 to 7 m. The lower width of the noise barrier is determined by the height of the noise barrier. This lower width is for example between 0.7 m and 1.5 m. The noise protection wall has, based on its longitudinal extension, for example, a substantially rectangular or substantially trapezoidal cross-section.
The support structure can be arranged on the ground. In particular, a flat foundation forms this soil. The flat foundations can be formed by a gravel layer, whereby no profound foundation for the noise barrier is required. If the foundation consists of gravel, rainwater can easily drain through the gravel layer.
From the aspect of the connection of the respective spacer element with the disk-shaped uprights associated therewith, it is considered to be particularly advantageous if the respective spacer element has a form fit in the longitudinal direction direction of the spacer element is connected to the stand. Optionally, in the longitudinal direction of the spacer element to provide a certain clearance between the spacer element and stand, especially under the aspect of different heat effect due to sunlight and thus different elongation of the components of the support structure, namely of uprights and spacers.
It is also advantageous if the respective upright part has top and bottom positive locking elements which interact in a form-fitting manner with complementary positive locking elements of the stator part arranged above or below it. In order for stacking members arranged one above another can be positively connected, wherein the positive connection in the longitudinal direction of the spacer elements is substantially free of play and is perpendicular to the spacer elements, in particular with play.
Particularly easy is the connection and the positive connection between the respective spacer element and the stand or the stacked stator parts, in this case in the area between the stacked stator parts, achieve if the respective spacer element in the region of its ends tapered sections for insertion into these associated recesses Ständerteile has.
For example, the respective spacer element is provided in the region of only one of the two longitudinal sides of this spacer element with tapered sections arranged at both ends. In this case, it is preferably provided that the respective spacer element is connected to associated uprights in the region of the underside of the upright or the upper side of the upright. This results in a high stability of the support structure over its entire height, thus from the bottom of the support structure to the upper end of the support structure.
It is considered particularly expedient if the respective spacer element is connected to associated uprights in the region of the lower side of an upper stator part and the upper side of the lower stator part. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly stable connection of the respective spacer element with the two stacked stator parts. In this case, the respective spacer element, for example, at both ends and on both longitudinal sides on the tapered portions, which cooperate with tapered portions of the stator parts.
For stable connection also contributes, if the respective stand part top and bottom two receptacles for connecting two spacer elements respectively has in the upper and lower part of this Ständerils. The one spacer element is arranged closer to the one grid mat, the other spacer element closer to the other grid mat.
The support structure forming the stator and spacer elements are in particular formed as plastic moldings.
The respective spacer element is designed in particular board-shaped. It is preferably installed edgewise in the support structure under the aspect of optimizing the bending resistance moment.
With regard to the arrangement of the grid mats, it is considered to be particularly advantageous; when the first grid mat and the second grid mat extend over the height of the support structure and the length of the support structure. The two grid mats thus cover the support structure on the free, the noise side facing side and on the free, the noise side facing away completely. The respective grid mat can certainly be formed by several mat parts. These are arranged so that they are positioned adjacent to each other or overlapping. This arrangement of the grid mats ensures that bulk material is extensively retained by means of the grid mats.
The grid mat is fixed in a particularly simple manner when the respective rod element connected to the grid mats is designed as a rod which has end-side hook sections. These hook sections engage behind the grid mats. Thus, already prefabricated rod elements can be used, which accordingly have the end hook portions, wherein it is necessary when forming the noise barrier, after attaching the grid mats to the support structure, the grid mat something to deform into the interior of the support structure into elastic and a hook portion of the rod member in already hooked, other hook portion of this rod member, in a rear engagement position with respect to the wire of the grid mat to bring. It is particularly advantageous if the first grid mat and / or the second grid mat is arranged loosely against the uprights.
The respective grid mat is in particular designed so that it is formed from longitudinally and transversely arranged, welded together wires. Grid mats are placed, for example, so that the one wires of the grid mat are arranged horizontally. The other wires then run perpendicular to these wires. But it is also quite possible to arrange the grid mat at an angle to this position, for example, to arrange the grid mat in a rotated with respect to this position by 45 ° position. With vertically arranged grid mat, the wires can thus run at an angle of 45 ° to the vertical.
The respective rod element can be connected at any point with the respective wire of the grid mat.
In order to be able to absorb downwardly acting weight forces of the respective grid mat by means of the supporting structure, it is considered advantageous if bar elements are arranged above the spacing elements and bear against them. Of the grid mats is thus introduced via the rod elements at least a portion of the weight of the grid mats in the spacer elements and on this in the stand of the noise barrier. It is also advantageous if rod elements, which are arranged below the spacer elements, also bear against these spacer elements. If this is a rod element above a spacer element and is located on this, and is a another rod element disposed below this spacer element and is applied to this, is held on these rod elements associated with this grid mat both up and down substantially immovable. This is especially true when the spacer elements are arranged relatively close with respect to the grid mats.
To prevent or reduce corrosion, it is considered particularly advantageous if the respective grid mat and / or the respective rod element consists of corrosion-protected steel, in particular stainless steel.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that between the first and the second end side of the stator of the support structure and between adjacent uprights, a vertically arranged sound absorption element is arranged, which extends in particular over the height of the support structure. By means of this element, the sound absorption behavior of the noise protection wall can be further improved, since the sound absorption results not only because of the sound absorption capacity of the bulk material but additionally from that of the sound absorption element.
By means of the sound absorption element, the filling space for the pourable filling material is subdivided into two basic subspaces, thus a first subspace between the sound absorbing element and the grating mat facing the noise source, and a second subspace between the sound absorbing element and the grid mat facing away from the noise source.
These different subspaces, which in principle also applies when forming only one space between the two grid mats and adjacent uprights of the support structure, can be filled with different filling material, be it in grain size or stone size and / or color. As a result, the noise barrier can give a specially designed appearance. For example, different filling material can be filled in layers one above the other.
The training of the stand by individual stator parts, it allows, if necessary and the static conditions are given to increase the noise barrier later. It is then only necessary to set up the additional stator parts on the previous stand and there to install the additional spacer elements, further arranged in the above extended area on both sides grid mats and to fix by means of additional rod elements.

- The
noise protection wall 1 has asupport structure 2, the parallel and spaced apart disc-shapedstator 3 and with 3, 3 has connectedadjacent uprights spacer elements 4. The respective disk-shapedstator 3 has afirst end face 5 facing a noise source and asecond end face 6 facing away from the noise source. Eachstator 3 is formed according to this embodiment by three stackedstator parts 7. Eachstator part 7 is, seen in the longitudinal direction of thespacer element 4, formed substantially rectangular. It has in the region of its underside two juxtaposed, in cross section trapezoidal recesses 8, and in the region of its upper side twotrapezoidal projections 9 in cross section. Theprojections 9 extend in the transverse direction of thestator part 7 over a shorter length than therecesses 8. Accordingly, the respectiveupper stator part 7 can be plugged with its largerlower recess 8 on thesmaller projection 9 of theunderlying stator part 7. Due to the size ratios ofrecesses 8 andprojections 9, a relative displacement of the two mutually superposedstator parts 7 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of thespacer elements 4 in the parting plane of the twostator parts 7 is possible. This is advantageous in terms of tolerance compensation.
The
