A garment of the aforementioned type is already known from DE 10 2006 020 464 AI. This prior art relates to a protective garment made of a textile material for placement on a body part. The protective garment is provided with a tuck catching pocket provided on a surface of the garment. The tick trap bag extends along at least part of the circumference of a body part enveloping garment. The tick-catching pocket has a wall which defines the pocket interior and a downwardly pointing opening leading into the pocket interior. The disadvantage is that in the known solution for the protection of vermin chemical, toxic substances are provided which, although killing ticks, but may also adversely affect the health of the wearer.

In order to have as possible no free skin even when using street shoes or slippers, it is particularly appropriate that the lower end of the inner insert is guided at least into the ankle area of the user. The inner insert is thus brought in as far as possible into the foot area. In principle, the inner insert can be led to the toes or even include the toes. In any case, the inner insert on the leg of the user should lie flat and tight at least in the ankle area in the manner of a compression stocking, in particular over a length of at least 3 cm, so that a passage of ticks at this point is not possible. A close, flat contact of the inner insert on the foot or leg of the user preferably results from the fact that the inner insert has at least in its lower region, and in particular in the ankle region, an elastically extensible material. In experiments that have been carried out in this context, it has been found that the material of the inner liner preferably polyamide, polyester and / or polypropylene, in particular with the addition of elastomeric fibers having.

In order to prevent a user from slipping up during the wearing of the trousers according to the invention, a holding loop for grasping under the foot of the user is provided at the lower end of the inner insert. Since users have partly different anatomies, the retaining loop should preferably consist of an elastically extensible material, which material should have a longitudinal elongation of more than 100%, preferably more than 120% and in particular more than 140%. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it has been found that the elongation should be about 150%.

In a further, particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the trouser leg at its lower end in the region of the inner insert is obvious. The possibility of opening the trouser leg offers the advantage that a user can easily enter into a boot when the trouser leg is open and, on the other hand, that after wearing the outer area of the inner insert, it is easier to clean or remove it by repositioning or breaking the open end of the trouser leg can be knocked out to remove there vermin, especially ticks. In this context, in a preferred embodiment, the trouser leg has a longitudinal slot which extends into the calf area of the user and preferably to just before the peripheral connection of the inner insert to the trouser leg. Depending on the design, it is possible that the pants are made without lining or have a lining. In the case of using an inner lining, it is understood that the inner liner is then connected to the inner lining or is detachably connectable. It is favorable that the inner lining with the pants is detachably connectable to be able to dissolve out the lining on warm days.

So even a single-layered construction is basically possible if the odor adsorbing sorbents are integrated into the carrier layer. For manufacturing reasons, however, offers an at least two-layer structure with a carrier layer and an activated carbon layer.
