- Reinforced dial (10) comprising at least one dial (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one said back face (3) is secured to a rigid sole (11).
- Reinforced dial (10) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said dial (1) comprises a groove (16) including one said undercut surface (5) for receiving an edge (111) of said rigid sole (11).
- Reinforced dial (10) according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that said dial (1) includes at least one clip pin (17) comprising a said undercut surface (5) for holding said dial (1) clipped in at least one orifice (110) comprised in said rigid sole (11) opposite said at least one clip pin (17).
- Equipped dial (20) comprising at least one dial (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5 or a reinforced dial (10) according to any of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the dial includes at least one flexible or rigid insert (9) and comprising at least one tapered surface (12) cooperating with a said undercut surface (5) to hold said insert (9) in said at least one dial (1).
- Equipped dial (20) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that at least one said insert (9) is rigid.
- Equipped dial (20) according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that at least one said insert (9) includes an orientation surface (13) arranged to cooperate in a complementary manner with an indexing surface (8) comprised in a said cavity (4) which includes a said undercut surface (5), for the housing and angular orientation of said insert (9).
- Equipped dial (20) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said orientation surface (13) is unique for a given insert (9) cooperating with a given cavity (4) which includes a said unique indexing surface (8).
- Equipped dial (20) according to any of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that said insert (9) is a static or electronic display component (14), or is a jewellery component (15).
- Equipped dial (20) according to any of claims 9 to 13, characterized in that at least one said dial (1) has at least one said peripheral surface (40) wherein at least one said undercut surface (5) holds a covering (90) which covers said front face (2) of said dial (1).
- Equipped dial (20) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said covering (90) is flexible and includes a peripheral lip (92) delimited by a nicked groove (91) and an edge (93), and in that said peripheral surface (40) of said dial (1) is delimited on a front side by an edge (43) between said front face (2) and said undercut surface (5) and on a back side by a peripheral rim (41) marking a peripheral groove (42) arranged to hold said edge (93) when said nick (91) cooperates with said edge (43) and when said peripheral lip (42) is folded down and abuts on said peripheral surface (40).
- Equipped dial (20) according to claim 14, characterized in that said covering (90) is rigid and includes a peripheral lip (92) delimited by a nicked groove (91) and an edge (93), and in that said peripheral surface (40) of said dial (1) is delimited on a front side by an edge (43) between said front face (2) and said undercut surface (5), and on a back side by a peripheral rim (41) marking a peripheral groove (42) arranged to hold said edge (93) when said covering (90) is clipped onto said dial (1), said nick (91) cooperating with said edge (43) and said peripheral lip (42) abutting on said peripheral surface (40).
- Equipped dial (20) according to any of claims 9 to 16, characterized in that at least one said dial (1) comprising one said undercut surface (5) is made of silicone or a flexible elastomer.
- Timepiece (100) comprising at least one dial (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, or a reinforced dial (10) according to any of claims 6 to 8, or an equipped dial (20) according to any of claims 9 to 17.
- Method for producing a dial (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that:- a mould is prepared comprising at least one relief surface including at least one undercut surface;- a flexible material or a silicone or a flexible elastomer is moulded in a liquid or paste state in said mould;- said flexible material or silicone or flexible elastomer is left in said mould for a sufficient time for polymerisation or vulcanisation to occur until an ambient temperature stable dial is obtained;- said dial is removed from the mould.
- Production method (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that:- a mould is prepared comprising at least one relief surface including at least one undercut surface, and at least one rigid sole is inserted therein;- a flexible material or a silicone or a flexible elastomer is moulded in a liquid or paste state in said mould, overmoulded on said at least one rigid sole.
