- the invention seeks to increase security.
- a classic obstacle associated with a usual assembly with the successive stacking of a ferrule resting on a serge, itself resting on a plate in turn resting on a plateau bush, lies in the high bulk of the plate located between the serge and the plateau sleeve (or the large plateau of the plateau ankle).
- the invention thus proposes several configurations making it possible to eliminate this plate between the serge and the plateau, and to bring them as close as possible to one another, while ensuring the required security.
- the shaft 1 is thus in two parts and comprises a tray bush 60 driven on the tray span 6 that includes an axis 11, the plate 60 being arranged to constitute a bearing abutment of a rocker 2 mounted on the main bearing 5 and maintained in abutment on the first lateral surface 81.

In a conventional mechanism, a balance shaft carries a rocker fixed by its serge, and a ferrule constituting the movable attachment point of a spiral spring also attached to a plate or a bridge. On the opposite side to the one carrying the ferrule, the balance shaft carries, moving away from the balance beam serge, firstly a large plateau carrying a plateau pin which cooperates with the fork of an anchor, then a small plate with a notch cooperating with a sting of the same anchor to prevent accidental movements of the fork.
It is necessary to sufficiently size the safety devices in the transverse direction of the movement, that is to say parallel to the pivot axes of the balance and the anchor. Special attention must be paid to safety between the surface of the large plate facing the anchor, and the corresponding face of the anchor rod carrying the horns defining the anchor fork. It is the same between the end of the plateau pin, also called ellipse, and the face of the dart turned towards this ankle. The same attention must be paid to safety between the other side of the dart and the platinum carrier of the assortment.
It is understood that too large dimensioning of these safeties affects the total thickness of the movement, constant component section.
It is therefore a question of finding a compromise between the operational safety, to avoid any risk of collision, and the total thickness of the movement.
The displacement of components, to ensure safety, is not always easy, due to the presence of the various bridges, the beam of the balance, and other mechanisms with which there is a risk of interference, for example the date discs, which constitute a barrier prohibiting the movement of stones or incablocs to ensure these security features, especially because of the necessary security between the balance rod and the oscillating mass, which is provided by fixed sidewalks, and which prohibit axially moving the balance rod.
Also, the classic solution is to ensure sufficient security and sharing, to the detriment of the thickness of the movement.
The invention proposes to improve the safety between a balanced balance-hairspring assembly and an anchor escapement mechanism. The design of a particular type of balance is intended to allow a better relative balancing of security and sharing between them. The invention has a versatile character, to be applicable to the transformation of existing movements, by modifying or replacing the smallest possible number of components. Finally, by the optimization it brings, the invention makes it easier to achieve extra-flat movements.

In either case, this main surface is used for the radial centering of thehub 20 of arocker 2. The shaft 1 comprises, connected to the 5 or 65, a first lateral bearing surface. This first surface lateral support is referenced 81 on themain span figure 1 and onFigures 6 to 9 , where it is constituted by a lateral surface of a collar calledplate 8. This first lateral bearing surface is referenced 66 on theFigures 2 to 5 . The invention seeks to increase security. A classic obstacle, associated with a usual assembly with the successive stacking of a ferrule resting on a serge, itself resting on a plate in turn resting on a plateau bush, lies in the high bulk of the plate located between the serge and the plateau sleeve (or the large plateau of the plateau ankle). The invention thus proposes several configurations making it possible to eliminate this plate between the serge and the plateau, and to bring them as close as possible to one another, while ensuring the required security.
