Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de chauffage (1) pour un appareil électroménager (H), comportant
    - un substrat (2) à chauffer, présentant une face d'utilisation (3) et une face arrière (4) opposée à la face d'utilisation (3),
    - au moins un chauffage de surface (5) monté sur la face arrière (4) du substrat (2), et
    - au moins un capteur de température (6),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un capteur de température (6) passe à travers un évidement (7) correspondant ménagé dans le chauffage de surface (5) et est fixé dans un creux arrière (8) du substrat (2).
  2. Dispositif de chauffage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (2) comporte plusieurs couches (2a ; 2b) et le creux arrière (8) est formé par un évidement (7) ménagé dans au moins une des couches (2b), au moins la couche (2a) formant la face d'utilisation (3) du substrat (2) étant exempte d'un tel évidement (7).
  3. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche (2a) formant la face d'utilisation (3) du substrat (2) est en acier inoxydable et une couche sous-jacente (2b) formant la face arrière (4) du substrat (2) est en aluminium.
  4. Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le substrat est une matière homogène et le creux arrière est formé par un enlèvement de matière du substrat.
  5. Dispositif de chauffage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (7) est limité à une surface d'environ 400 mm2, en particulier à un diamètre d'environ 20 mm.
  6. Appareil électroménager (H) équipé d'au moins un dispositif de chauffage (1), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage (1) est un dispositif de chauffage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  7. Appareil électroménager (H) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil électroménager (H) est un appareil de cuisson.
  8. Appareil électroménager (H) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil électroménager (H) est un insert d'enceinte de cuisson.
