Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Behälteranordnung. The present invention relates to a container assembly.

From the EP 97954995.3 goes out a so-called double container, which comprises two container chambers, the contents of which can be issued through one and the same opening. In this case, the two container chambers can be separably connected to one another, wherein they form a uniform bottle in the interconnected state. Both container chambers have a common closure, which is arranged on one side of the double container.

From the DE 201 07 736 111 a beverage can is known which has a further space in addition to a liquid space. In the liquid cavity, a beverage such as beer or lemonade may be included, while in the further cavity objects, such as food, may be arranged. In this case, the cavity can completely or not completely penetrate the beverage can.

The AU 475 148 B2 describes a container arrangement in which a further container part is arranged in the interior of a first container part.

According to the US 2004/159625 A1 a container assembly is divided by a transverse central partition in an upper container part and a lower container part, wherein the removal openings of the two container parts have in opposite directions.

In the US 975 939 A a container arrangement is explained which comprises a cylindrical first container part, on whose outer wall a second container part is arranged. In the second container part protrudes at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the first container part, a third container part.

In the EP 145 425 A2 two container parts are externally connected to each other so that they form a total of a rectangular, rectangular container arrangement. In this way, a high packing density is achieved. Each container part has a neck-shaped removal opening, which can be inserted when the two container parts are placed in a corresponding recess adapted to the shape of the removal opening, which is located in the respective other container part. In the connected state, the neck-shaped removal openings of the two container parts in different directions.

The object of the present invention is to provide a container assembly which is extremely easy to handle, can form a unit for two differently matched product components and greatly simplifies the storage and delivery of the product components. In this case, two detachably connectable container parts when they are attached to each other, form a space-saving unit.

This object is achieved by a container arrangement which comprises a first container part having a removal opening and a second container part having a removal opening. In this case, the first container part and the second container part can be connected to one another such that the removal opening of the first container part point in a first direction and the removal opening of the second container part in a second direction.

The first container part has a recess which, starting from the bottom wall opposite the first removal opening, extends into the interior of the first container part. The second container part can be arranged in the recess. The recess engages with a partial circumference in a lateral section of the wall of the first container part tightly, so that a portion of the second container part is visible from the outside.

In this way, according to an advantage of the invention, a user may e.g. recognize a label of the second container part from the outside. If the wall of the second container part and the wall of the first container part at least in the region of said cutout of a transparent material, a user can advantageously detect the level of the second container part from the outside.

Advantageously, one container part is accessible from one side and the other container part from the other, opposite side. It is thereby achieved that, when the container assembly is placed or parked in an upright condition, the opening of one container portion facing upward and the opening of the other container portion facing down. This is particularly important and advantageous when in the one container part, the opening facing up, a less liquid medium and in the other container part, the opening facing downward, a viscous medium are included. The viscous medium thus always automatically flows into the area of the downwardly pointing container opening, so that it is always available for removal. It is particularly advantageous with regard to the stability and the flow behavior of the media, when the first direction and the second direction are offset by 180 ° from each other.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the removal opening of the one container part of the present container arrangement can be closed by a first cover part. Accordingly, the removal opening of the second container part is closed by a second cover part.

In another embodiment of the container arrangement according to the invention, an opening is arranged in the bottom wall of the first container part, wherein the wall region surrounding the removal opening of the second container part arranged in the first container part extends through the opening of the bottom wall. In this case, a sealing of the interior of the first container part can be carried out particularly simply by the fact that the edge region of the second container part surrounding said wall region rests on the bottom wall of the first container part. In this case, said edge region and said bottom wall may be connected tightly by welding or gluing together.

Alternatively, an effective and simple tight connection in the region of the opening of the bottom wall of the first container part can also take place by attaching to the edge of the opening of the bottom wall of the first container part a flange portion receiving the removal opening of the second container part and the wall portion preferably be sealed together by welding or gluing.

Excellent stability of the present container assembly on a flat surface is achieved when the first lid portion closing the first extraction opening has a flat surface which can be arranged on the base such that the container arrangement is upright. Accordingly, the second removal part occluding the second removal opening may likewise have such a flat surface. The container assembly can then optionally with the first removal opening or with the second intake opening pointing down on the base.

Another advantage of the container arrangement according to the invention can be achieved in that the two container parts made of different hard materials, preferably plastic materials, so that the containing a relatively viscous medium container part is easily squeezable for removal. If, the other container part, the opening facing upwards, consists of a relatively hard material, it is particularly well suited to serve as the carrier for the container part consisting of a comparatively soft material.

Advantageously, the container arrangement according to the invention is suitable for storing a wide variety of materials, particularly preferably for cosmetics. For example, in the one container part, the opening facing up, containing a shampoo, while, in the other container part, the opening facing downward, a comparatively viscous rinse is arranged. In addition to viscous substances, however, in the container parts also solid, free-flowing substances, eg. As powdery or granular materials may be arranged. For example, the container parts may contain sugar and salt or fertilizer, separated for fertilizing in summer or in winter.

Preferably, the present, provided with the lid parts container arrangement in the form of a cylinder. However, embodiments are also conceivable in which the second container part is arranged in a recess which is not in the bottom wall but in the wall of the first container part. In this case, the second container part with the aid of a locking device releasably fastened in the recess. The second container part can be completely contained in the recess so that it complements the outer contours of the first container part, or project beyond the outer contours of the first container part. It is also conceivable that the second container part is smaller than the recess.

The second container part 3 has a removal opening 9, whose wall portion is designated 13 and which can be closed by a cover part 5. The cover part 5 likewise preferably has the shape of a cap which can be fastened to the wall region 13 surrounding the removal opening 9. The underside of the lid part 5 preferably has a flat surface 15, which can be placed on a flat surface U, so that the entire container assembly 1 is on the base U. Accordingly, the cover part 4 may have a flat surface 16 which can be placed on a flat surface U.

The first container part 2 and the second container part 3 are preferably formed about bottles, cans or crucible. Preferably, the container assembly 1 provided with the lid parts 5, 5 has the overall shape of a cylinder, in particular a circular cylinder. However, other forms are conceivable.

In the from the FIG. 2 1, the first container part 2 according to one embodiment of the container arrangement 1 has a recess 6 opening downwards through the bottom wall 7 of the first container part 2, in which the second container part 3 is arranged such that its removal opening 9 points downwards. The recess 6 and the the second container part 3 are expediently complementary to one another.

In the FIG. 3 the first container part 2 and the second container part 3 are each shown in section, while, the FIG. 4 shows a representation in which the second container part 3 is shown as a whole. The container parts 2 and 3 are two independent parts. The second container part 3 is preferably fixed by gluing or verscheißen on the inner wall of the recess 6 preferably such that its discharge opening 9 protrudes downward over the bottom wall 7.

Conveniently, the first container part 2 according to FIG. 3 of two preferably identical parts 2 'and 2 ", which are tightly fastened to one another after fastening of the second container part 3 in the part region of the recess 6 arranged in the part 2', preferably are slipped off.

The removal of the medium of the first container part 2 takes place when the first removal opening 8 is opened and when the second removal opening 9 is closed, characterized in that a pressure on the wall of the first container part 2 is exerted. The removal of the medium of the second container part 3 takes place when the second removal opening 9 is opened and when the first removal opening 8 is closed, characterized in that a pressure on the wall of the first container part 2 is exerted in such a way that this pressure at the same time on the wall the second container part 3 acts.

The FIGS. 5 to 7 show an embodiment of the container assembly 1 according to the invention, the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 4 is similar, but in contrast to the FIGS. 2 to 4 the recess 6 'in the first container part 2 is formed so that it is in the wall of the first container part 2 laterally in a window or section 10 opens to the outside, so that a portion of the wall of the second container part 3 is visible to the outside. This has the advantage that visible through the cutout 10, for example, a label of the outside of the second container part 3 or, for example, the level in the second container part 3 can be seen, if this has a transparent wall. Details of FIGS. 5 to 7 already related to the FIGS. 2 to 4 are explained in the appropriate way.

While in the embodiment of the FIGS. 2 to 7 the second container part 3 is arranged in a recess 6 or 6 'of the first container part 2, it is according to the FIGS. 8 to 10 also conceivable to arrange the second container part 3 directly in the first container part 2 so that only the wall portion 13 of its discharge opening 9 projects through an opening 11 tight, which is located in the bottom wall 7 of the first container part 2. In this case it is expedient if the edge region 12 of the second container part 3 surrounding the wall region 13 of the removal opening 9 is supported on the bottom wall 7 of the first container part. Details of FIGS. 8 to 10 already related to the FIGS. 2 to 7 are explained in the appropriate way. In order to produce a seal between the wall region 13 and the bottom wall 7 in a simple manner, the first container part 2 may have a flange part 14 which surrounds the opening 11 and faces downwards. The wall portion 13 of the removal opening 9 can then engage in the flange 14 and be tightly connected thereto by welding or gluing. The cover part 5 can be fastened to the flange part 14 in this case.

An essential feature of the present invention is that the second container part 3, in the first container part 2 is arranged so that its cover part 5 itself when the container assembly 1 according to FIG. 1 standing upright on a base U is located at the bottom, while the cover part 4 of the container part 2 is in this state at the top. It is thereby achieved that, in the stated orientation of the container arrangement 1, the container part 3 faces downwards so that preferably viscous media contained therein always flow to the side facing the lid part 5. However, it is also conceivable in the illustrated embodiments that the relatively viscous medium is arranged in the first container part 2. In this case, the container assembly is turned off with the lid part 4 on the substrate U. In use, the container assembly 1 is taken in the hand and the cover part 5 is opened as needed, the upper cover part 4 for removing a preferably less liquid medium from the container part 2 or for removing a preferably thicker medium from the container part 3.

According to FIG. 11 the container part 3 can also be arranged in a recess 18 which is located laterally in the wall of the container part 2. Details of FIG. 11 already related to the FIGS. 1 to 10 are explained in the appropriate way. The container part 3 can be releasably secured in the recess 18 with the aid of a locking device 19, not shown. In this case, the container part 3 may be formed so that it complements the outer contours of the container part 2. Alternatively, the container part 3, as shown, protrude beyond the recess 18 to the outside. But it can also be smaller than the recess 18th
