Claims (13)

  1. System for forming an edge processing device for the manual material-removing processing of ski and/or snowboard edges, wherein the system comprises a first processing plate (4) and a processing plate holder (2) with a retainer (3) for the detachable insertion of the processing plate (4) and wherein the processing plate holder (2) has a grip portion (14) for manual handling of the edge processing device (2) and a support portion (12) having a support surface (13) for resting on a flat side of the ski or the snowboard during processing, wherein retainer (3) is configured in such a manner that the processing plate (4) protrudes beyond the support surface (13) with a working portion (15) for processing the edge so that the working portion (15), in particular a processing surface (8) of the working portion (15) and the support surface (13) span an angle (γ),
    characterized in that
    the system comprises a second processing plate (4) and that an angle (α) between a processing surface (8) and a rear side (17) of the first processing plate (4) facing away from the processing surface (8) differs from the corresponding angle (α) of the second processing plate (4).
  2. The system according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the angle difference between the first and the second processing plate (4) is at least 0.5°, preferably at least 1°, particularly preferably at least 1.5°, still further preferably at least 2°.
  3. The system according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    the processing plate holder (2) is made of plastic, preferably as a plastic injection moulded part.
  4. The system according to any one of the preceding claims,

    the first and/or the second processing plate (4) comprise a support plate (5), preferably made of plastic as well as grinding means (7) which can be fixed detachably, in particular by means of gluing, and which form the processing surface (8), preferably a self-adhesive film with abrasive surface.

    a receiving surface (6) of the support plate (5) for arrangement of the grinding means (7) and/or the processing surface (8) enclose/encloses an angle (α) with a direction of insertion into the retainer (3) and/or with a rear side (17) of the support plate (5) facing away from the receiving surface (6) and/or the grinding means (7) from an angular range between 0.5° and 10°, preferably between 1° and 5°, particularly preferably between 2° and 5° and/or that the receiving surface (6) and/or the processing surface (8) in the state of the processing plate (4) received in the retainer enclose/encloses with the support surface (13) an angle (γ) between 80° and 89.5°, preferably between 85° and 89°, quite particularly preferably between 85° and 88°, or from a range of values between 90.5° and 100°, in particular between 91° and 95°, still further preferably between 92° and 95°.

    • selecting a processing plate (4) from at least two processing plates which differ in the size of an angle (α) between a processing surface (8) and a rear side of the respective processing plate (4) facing away from this,
    • inserting the selected processing plate (4) into the retainer (3) of the edge processing device and fixing the same, in particular exclusively by locking.
  13. Use of a processing plate (4) with a system according to any one of claims 1 to 11 for the manual material-removing processing of ski and/or snowboard edges.
