Description
The invention relates to a stop means and a device comprising such a stop means for lifting heavy loads by means of a belt or belt-shaped lifting means.
Slings and devices of this type are needed, for example, when laying pipelines or comparable large-volume workpieces. In the case of the pipeline, this is usually composed of individual pipe sections. The pipeline is usually laid in a canal or ditch. Previously, the pipe sections are welded together to then be lifted in the prepared channel or trench. Other applications include, for example, large tubular components of wind turbines or the like.
In order to keep the load on the components as low as possible, a wide sling or band is usually placed around the respective component at a plurality of coupling points, which is then hung by means of a stop means on the hooks of each crane. The typically triangular or trapezoidal stop means usually have a parallel to the base side of the stop means extending Slit through which the lifting device used (sling or lifting strap) is pulled through. In addition, a coupling opening is usually formed in the hoist, which is positioned in the region of the rising above the slot tip of the stop means. For example, the hook of a crane can reach into the coupling opening in order to lift the abutment means with the sling and the pipe section lying therein.
Although the abovementioned abutment means have proven themselves in practice, they have various disadvantages in terms of production and cost. Thus, the known slings must usually be designed as forgings in order to have a simple design sufficient for the transport of large weights load capacity. Moreover, due to the high loads to be moved and correspondingly loaded on the abutment means, in many cases it is necessary to subdivide the slot receiving the lifting means by a web which supports the load receiving, the slot in the direction of the load to be moved supporting portion of the stop means supported. As a result, either two belt or band-shaped lifting means must be suspended in the sling means or a specially manufactured lifting means must be used, which is divided according to its area associated with the slot.
Another the cost of known slings of the type described above additionally increasing disadvantage of the known stop means is that during production, the respective lifting means with first loose ends must be inserted into the slot. Subsequently, the loose ends must be sewn together to form a load-bearing loop. Since this work usually has to be carried out manually, this means, in addition to a multitude of costly operations, a considerable physical stress on the person performing the suturing.
Against the background of the prior art described above, the object of the invention was to provide a simple to handle stop means for the lifting of heavy, especially large-volume, cylindrical loads, which can be produced inexpensively and has a low load capacity sufficient resilience. In addition, a correspondingly designed device for lifting heavy, especially large-volume, cylindrical loads should be proposed.
The invention has achieved this object with respect to the lifting means for lifting heavy loads in that it has the features specified in
With regard to the device for lifting heavy loads, the solution according to the invention of the above-stated object is that such a device is designed according to
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims and are explained below as the general inventive concept in detail.
An inventive stop means for lifting heavy loads by means of a belt or belt-shaped lifting means, therefore, comprises a support member and a stiffening of the support member serving stiffening part. The support member has a support portion whose length measured in the longitudinal direction of the stop means corresponds at least to the width of the lifting means. At the same time the support part has a support surface on which the lifting means lies in practical use. Furthermore, the support part has two abutment portions, one of which is integrally formed on one of the ends of the support portion. The relevant stop sections are used in practice for striking a hoist, via which the stop means is coupled to a lifting device, such as a crane.
The stiffening of the support part of a stop means according to the invention serving stiffening part according to the invention is firmly connected to the support member and extends at least over the length of the support portion of the support member. In this way, the support member is effectively supported in the area in which it would deform the most in practical use under the then acting load. The targeted arrangement of the stiffening member at this point allows both the support member and the stiffener to be dimensioned so that with minimum material requirements and weight maximum load capacity is achieved. In this case, the support member can be easily configured so that its support surface has a curved, rounded shape, for a gentle, free of sharp edges or abrupt transitions support of the lifting of the load respectively provided belt or belt-shaped lifting means.
By at least the support member and the stiffening part of the sling invention are prefabricated as profiled components and these prefabricated parts are then integrally connected to the finished abutment material, in particular welded, a cost-effective production of slings invention, in particular in smaller quantities is possible.
The decisive advantage for practical use and cost-effective production of the sling means according to the invention is that it is designed such that the coupling to the particular one used Lifting device (crane, tractor, winch, etc.) no longer via a directly and permanently connected to the stop means coupling member, such as a hook, a shekel, or an eyelet, or via an opening formed in the stop means, but that to an additional Hoist is used. The provided for coupling the hoist to the stop means according to the invention abutment portions are at the ends of the support portion laterally so from that the relevant hoist can be postponed after the production of the sling on them.
For coupling in this manner according to the invention the slinging means according to the invention to a lifting device are all hoists, such as round slings, chains provided with provided for receiving the stopper portions loops straps suitable on the one hand to the designated stop portions of the sling according to the invention can be placed so that the stop means according to the invention in use hangs in its stop sections in them, and on the other hand are suitable to be connected to a hook, a shekel, an eyelet, etc. of the respective lifting device.
An inventive device for lifting a heavy load is accordingly characterized in that it comprises a stop means according to the invention and a lifting device provided for coupling the stop means to a lifting device, which is wound around the stop sections of the support part. As a particularly easy-to-use in practical use and at the same time highly resilient, which in practice resulting harsh operating conditions safely grown hoist have proven to round slings, as already used in the prior art for lifting and moving rod-shaped cylindrical components.
Another particularly important advantage in terms of manufacturing technology of a stop means according to the invention is that it can be inserted into the openings of a loop serving as a lifting device before it is connected to the lifting device for coupling to it a sufficiently resilient belt or tape material has been prefabricated independently of the stop means. Thus, all required for the practical lifting insert parts of a lifting device according to the invention can be prefabricated and stored separately from each other. This not only allows a cost-effective and uncomplicated production, but also a simple adaptation of the individual components of the device according to the invention to the respective transport or lifting task. Also, the individual parts of a lifting device according to the invention can be replaced in an uncomplicated manner independently of each other when worn.
In principle, it is possible to form a receptacle for coupling the hoisting gear to the abutment means at the abutment portions of the support part by means of a molded part attached or formed there. A captive connection of the individual components of a lifting device according to the invention can be according to a advantageous embodiment of the invention in a particularly simple and cost-producible manner but also assist in that the stiffening member has at its ends in each case an end portion which extends in the longitudinal direction of the stop means at a distance from the stop portions of the support member, so that the end portions of the stiffening member with the each assigned stop section to limit a recording, in which the respective hoist is inserted in use.
The optionally provided in the manner described above in the region of the ends of the stop means receptacles may be formed in the manner of eyelets or openings which are surrounded by a closed edge, so that for use the respective hoist can be threaded into it. However, coupling the hoist to the sling means according to the invention is particularly simple when the slits are laterally open in the manner of slits, so that the section of the hoist associated with the respective sling can simply be pushed onto the respective slat section of the sling. In order to be able to easily insert the hoist into the receptacles formed in this manner and to secure a defined guidance of the sections of the hoist in use in the receptacles, the distance between the end sections of the stiffening section and the associated abutment section of the support section can be limited in this way. that it is only larger than the maximum thickness of the hoist intended for striking the sling means on a lifting device by a specific, slight excess.
In particular, in such slinging or lifting devices according to the invention, which are often used for the same purpose and are provided with slot-shaped side shots in the manner described above, it may be useful if securing means are provided on the sling means, with which the between the abutment portions of Support member and their associated end portions of the stiffening member formed receptacles in the region of the free ends of the stop means are closed. With the help of the relevant safety devices, the recordings can be closed after pushing the associated portion of the hoist on the respective stop portion, so that accidental release of the hoist is reliably prevented by the respective stop portion. By the respective securing means are releasably connected to the stop means according to the invention, the hoist, if necessary, can nevertheless be replaced in a simple manner. As a backup devices are pins, cotter pins, screws, springs or the like, for example, each secured in a provided on the stop means recording and bridge the insertion of the recordings.
The otherwise possibly existing risk that excessive wear of the hoist or of the sling means itself, in particular in the region of the transition between the stop sections and the support section of the support section, can be counteracted by the fact that in the region of the transition between a widened contact surface is formed in each case on the abutment section and the abutment section respectively connected to it, against which the lifting device attached to the abutment sections abuts in use. In this way, it is also reliably prevented that the hoist clamps the lifting means which are provided for coupling the respective load to be lifted and which rest on the support section.
The abutment surfaces optionally provided in the above-described manner are advantageously arranged inclined relative to one another in such a way that their imaginary extensions intersect at the point at which, in use, the hoist struck at the abutment sections bears on the respective lifting device. In this way, optimal wear-minimized support of the hoist under load is ensured.
Of course, other components, such as the form elements, which are needed to form the optionally provided contact surfaces, also be prefabricated from a corresponding material and are materially connected to the other parts of the stop means. As a starting material for the support member, for example, a steel or other metal material existing, in particular cylindrical rod material whose diameter is selected such that the resting on the support portion in use lifting means is guided over a sufficiently large radius. On the other hand, the stiffening portion can be cut from a sheet of sufficient thickness.
