Description

The invention relates to a stacker or a method for forming a nonwoven according to the preamble of the device claim 1 and the method claim 7.

A stacker of the generic type shows the EP1 870 499 B1 or the EP 0 865 521 B1 , Such a stacker consists of an endless circulating belt on which soft to be laid pile is transported in the Leger. This infeed belt is additionally associated with a pile covering the pile, which runs in opposite directions and at the same rotational speed to the inlet belt. Between the infeed conveyor and the shroud, the pile is kept pressed. A in the transport direction of the supplied pile movably mounted and periodic movements exporting superstructure has guide rollers for the cover and the infeed belt. The first held between inlet and shroud pile is now transferred to a counter-belt and kept following between counter and inlet belt. The counter-belt runs at the same speed as the infeed belt and is likewise deflected by a deflection roller arranged in the superstructure.

Held between the counter and infeed belt, the pile is conveyed to a movably mounted laying carriage, which has deflection rollers (laying rollers) for the two belts. The two parallel laying rollers for the inlet and the counter belt form a delivery point (laying gap) for the pile to be laid, which is now stored on a running under the laying carriage orthogonal to the pile direction draw-off.

For this purpose, the laying carriage performs periodic movements across the width of the fleece to be laid. The superstructure moves depending on the movement of the laying carriage. Infeed and counter-belt are guided over further deflection rollers around the discharge belt to below the take-off belt, where correspondingly mounted guide rollers are arranged, which carry out compensating movements as a function of the movements of the upper carriage and the laying carriage.

On the underside of the transverse to the take-off belt periodically moving carriage run infeed and counter-belt horizontally stretched to lying outside the discharge belt guide rollers. Depending on the direction of movement of the laying carriage, the inlet or the counter-belt has twice the speed of the laying carriage (the laying speed of the pile). The high relative speed between the belt and pile surface (surface of the laid fleece) occurs in the direction of travel of the laying carriage before this, so where no pile is guided.

Desired is a narrow material guide in the storage area, but the horizontally stretched bands also have a slack. It comes to friction, touches between tape and pile, which can possibly cause electrostatic effects. Uncontrolled shifts are the result. The high speed difference between the bands of the cross stacker and the surface of the deposited pile leads to such a qualitative deterioration of the product surface.

The EP 1 975 286 A1 describes a carriage-type legend in which the laying carriage has two laying rollers around which conveyor belts are guided. The upper and lower run of the two conveyor belts is guided in parallel by a respective spreading device, depending on a deflection roller with a smaller diameter than the distance of the strands is in height switchable executed. As a result, the laid pile is covered over the entire laying width with the deflecting roller lowered. The guide roller leading during laying is raised, so that the belt runs between this guide roller and the guide roller of the spreading roller upstream of the spreading device at an acute angle upwards. Between the guide roller of the spreading device and the laying roller, the belt runs parallel to the take-off belt and possibly with contact to the laid pile.

The present invention is thus based on a cross-lapper for forming a nonwoven fabric from a plurality of pile layers, consisting of an endlessly circulating infeed belt, a contra-rotating counter-belt and endless belt at the same speed, wherein inlet and counter belt are guided around two adjacent laying rolls forming a laying gap, wherein these laying rollers are arranged in a laying carriage which is mounted transversely to this above a fleece to be laid receiving withdrawal tape and periodically back and forth, wherein the two bands on both sides of the laying gap parallel to the plane of the drawstring stretched to run arranged in Leger deflection rollers ,

The object of the present invention is to improve such a device, in particular in the direction of storage and product quality.

This object is achieved by the features of the device claim 1 and the method claim 7. Advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

According to the invention, it is provided that switching means are provided, through which the inlet and counter belt of the Be distracted parallel to the plane of the drawstring level out. The switching means are in this case controlled in dependence of the movement of the laying carriage. This is done in such a way that the respective front in the direction of travel of the laying carriage belt is continuously raised by a support roller and thus runs at an angle from the plane originally extending parallel to the plane of the discharge belt level upwards. The rear in the direction of travel of the laying carriage belt is not raised and remains in the originally parallel plane and thus covers the newly deposited pile.

By means of the switching means according to the invention, the infeed and counterstrip are deflected directly from the respective laying roller of the laying carriage continuously and alternately out of the plane extending parallel to the plane of the drawing-off belt.

By lifting the front in the direction of travel band touches of the double carriage carriage running speed band and the Flores set in a previous cycle are avoided. Even negative influences, such as. By drag flow, are avoided. The switching means, by which the clocked raising and lowering of the bands takes place in dependence on the laying carriage movement, are for this purpose in signal communication with the controller of the drives controlling.

According to one embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the switching means are each associated with a deflecting roller which is movably mounted so as to be adjustable in the positioner. In this embodiment, the guide rollers, run to which inlet and counter belt, are mounted deflectable substantially in the vertical direction, each coupled to a switching means and so in the bars of Legewagenbewegung are controllable.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the switching means are each associated with a force acting on the inlet and the counter-belt backup roller. In this embodiment, the inlet and the counter-belt in the region between the guide roller and the laying roller of the laying carriage each associated with a support roller, which is actuated via a respective hinged switching means. In the non-actuated state, the respective strip runs parallel to the plane of the draw-off strip. According to the tension of the belt, this is slightly on the support roller.

If the associated switching means is actuated, then the tape now runs from the laying roller at an angle to the support roller upwards and from this back down to the stationary arranged in Leger deflection roller. The band experiences so three deflections. Support and guide rollers are located outside the laying area next to the discharge belt.

The advantage of this additional back-up roller is that the band will receive support even when not raised. The support roller may in this case be placed directly on the edge of the draw-off belt, so that the sagging distance of the belt between the laying roller and the support roller is minimized.

When switching on and lowering the bands causing switching means may be electromotive drives, with which the lifting and lowering movement is controlled according to a predetermined kinematics. Thus, the lifting and lowering movements without negative force on the belt movement and thus perform the laying process.

The switching means can also be designed as actuatable with a fluid medium drives, ie hydraulically / pneumatically be, in this embodiment, the admission of the corresponding drives, cylinders with the working fluid via electrically switchable valves. Again, a proposed kinematics for the lifting and lowering movement can be realized.

Furthermore, the explanation of an embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawings.

A pile F is placed on a continuous endless inlet belt E. The direction of movement of the pile F is indicated by the arrow. The pile F has the speed vF, with which the infeed conveyor E revolves. The infeed conveyor E is tensioned around deflecting rollers UE1-UE5, and further comprises a deflecting roller O arranged in a superstructure, not shown, which performs periodic reciprocating movements with the superstructure. In FIG. 1 moves the superstructure with the guide roller O in the direction of the arrow from left to right.

The two laying rollers LE, LG form a laying gap LS. A counter belt G is guided around guide rollers UG1 - UG5, also still in the carriage LW to the laying roller LG: The counter belt G runs in the opposite direction to the infeed conveyor E and at the same speed as this. The Flor F will be released during the Moving the upper carriage of the guide roller O passed on the counter-belt G and then held in the area between the guide roller O and roller LG between inlet and counter belt E, G. Via the laying gap LS between the laying rollers LE, LG, the pile F leaves the laying carriage LW and is placed on the moving draw-off belt AB to the layers of the fleece V. The take-off belt AB runs at right angles to the direction of movement of the laying carriage LW and the belts E, G stretched by the laying rollers LE, LG to the guide rollers UE1, UG1.

Based on the direction of movement of inlet and counter belt E, G - marked by the arrows - the guide rollers SEE, SG are preceded by the guide rollers UE1, UG1, whose height position is changed by an associated switching means SSE, SSG.

At the in FIG. 1 illustrated situation, the laying carriage LW moves from left to right on the draw-off belt AB for the fleece to be laid V. The feeding speed of Flores F is vF. The superstructure with the deflection roller O moves in the illustrated laying phase with the speed 0.5 XV F also from left to right.

The laying carriage moves at a medium speed V F across the trigger table. At the same time, the infeed belt E lies in the area between the laying roller LE and the deflection roller UE1 without relative speed on the layers of the fleece V. Since in the common course between the roller O and the laying roller LG the counter belt G and the infeed belt assume the same speed, Here too, there is no relative speed to the tray and, consequently, the counter belt running out of the carriage LW in the direction of the guide roller UG1 must have twice the carriage carriage speed Assume V G = 2 × V LW , so move with the double carriage speed over the deposited fleece. During this phase of laying, ie during the movement of the laying carriage LW from left to right, the support roller SG associated switching means SSG is activated, so that between the laying roller LG and guide roller UG1 curiously running counter-belt G is deflected upward and so no longer parallel to the level of the trigger table AB is running. The nonwoven structure disturbing contacts of counter-belt G and web V are thus avoided. The left support roller SE is in its lower position where there is no deflection of the infeed conveyor E. As already explained, the infeed conveyor is resting on the web V.

FIG. 2 shows the second phase of the laying process, in which the carriage L moves from right to left and places another layer accordingly. The support roller SG is now lowered so that the counter-belt G is placed on the fleece without relative movement. The left support roller SE is now raised by activating the switching means SSE and causes analogous to the situation of FIG. 1 lifting the infeed belt E from the fleece V. The infeed belt E running from the laying carriage LW in the direction of the support and deflection rollers SE, UE1 has a speed VE = 2 × VF relative to the fleece V.

Die Aktivierung der schaltbaren Mittel SSE, SSG erfolgt so genau synchron zu der Bewegung des Legewagens LW.The switching means SSE, SSG of the support rollers SE, SG are connected to a controller, not shown, which also carries out the control of the drives for the individual bands E, G and the laying carriage LW. The activation of the switchable means SSE, SSG takes place exactly in synchronism with the movement of the laying carriage LW.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which the guide rollers UE1, UG1 at the same time form the support rollers SE, SG, with which the infeed belt E or the counter belt G is alternately deflected out of the plane parallel to the plane of the take-off belt AB.
