The technical key points of the technical scheme provided by the invention are as follows: the structural system of the lapping trolley further comprises a cotton pressing mechanism 3 for pressing (also called as "pressing" hereinafter) the nonwoven fiber web laid by the left lapping roller 13 and the right lapping roller 14, wherein the cotton pressing mechanism 3 is arranged on the frame 2 and is connected with the lapping trolley front wall plate 11 and the lapping trolley rear wall plate 12 at a position corresponding to the left side of the left lapping roller 13 in the length direction and a position corresponding to the right side of the right lapping roller 14 in the length direction.
With reference to fig. 1, the cotton pressing mechanism 3 includes a left cotton pressing roller 31, a right cotton pressing roller 32, a cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller 33, a cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller 34, a cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller 35, a cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller 36 and a cotton pressing curtain 37 (also referred to as "cotton pressing ring curtain", the same applies below), the left cotton pressing roller 31 is rotatably supported between the front wall panel 11 of the lapping trolley and the rear wall panel 12 of the lapping trolley at a position corresponding to the left side of the length direction of the left lapping roller 13, the right cotton pressing roller 32 is rotatably supported between the front wall panel 11 of the lapping trolley and the rear wall panel 12 of the lapping trolley at a position corresponding to the right side of the length direction of the right lapping roller 14, the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller 33 is rotatably supported at the left end of the frame 2 at a position corresponding to the left side of the length direction of the left cotton pressing roller 31, the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller 34 is rotatably supported at the left end of the frame 2 at a position corresponding to the lower part of the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller 33 in the length direction, the cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller 35 is rotatably supported at the right end of the frame 2 at a position corresponding to the right side of the cotton pressing roller 32 in the length direction, the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller 36 is rotatably supported at the right end of the frame 2 at a position corresponding to the lower part of the cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller 35 in the length direction, the left end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is fixed with a cotton pressing curtain left fixed cross rod 371 arranged at the left end of the frame 2, the middle part of the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller 34, the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller 36, the cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller 35 and the cotton pressing roller 32 are sequentially sleeved on the left cotton pressing roller 31, the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller 33, the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller 34, the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller 36, the cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller 35 and the right cotton pressing roller 372, and the cotton pressing curtain 37 is fixed with a cotton pressing curtain right fixed cross rod 372 arranged at the right end of the frame 2.
As can be seen from the schematic view of fig. 1, the front end and the rear end of the left cotton pressing roller shaft 311 of the left cotton pressing roller 31 are respectively and rotatably supported between the front and rear wall boards 11, 12 of the lapping trolley through the left cotton pressing roller shaft bearing seat 3111; similarly, the front end and the rear end of the right cotton pressing roller shaft 321 of the right cotton pressing roller 32 are respectively rotatably supported between the lapping chamber and the rear walls 11 and 12 through the right cotton pressing roller coaxial bearing 3211.
Continuing with fig. 1, a cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller adjusting device 23 is provided at the left end of the frame 2 and at positions corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller 33, a cotton pressing curtain left fixed cross bar adjusting device 24 is provided at positions corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain left fixed cross bar 371, a cotton pressing curtain right fixed cross bar adjusting device 26 is provided at the right end of the frame 2 and at positions corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller 35, a cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller adjusting device 25 is provided at the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain right fixed cross bar 372, the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller shaft 331 of the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller 33 are rotatably supported on the cotton pressing curtain left upper guide roller adjusting device 23, the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain left fixed cross bar 371 are supported on the cotton pressing left fixed cross bar adjusting device 24, the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain upper guide roller shaft 35 are rotatably supported on the cotton pressing curtain right upper guide roller adjusting device 26, and the front end of the cotton pressing curtain right guide roller 35 are rotatably supported on the cotton pressing curtain right fixed cross bar 26; a cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller adjusting device 27 is provided on the frame 2 at positions corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller 34, a cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller adjusting device 28 is provided at positions corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller 36, the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller shaft 341 of the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller 34 are rotatably supported by the cotton pressing curtain left lower guide roller adjusting device 27, and the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller shaft of the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller 36 are rotatably supported by the cotton pressing curtain right lower guide roller adjusting device 28.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 1, the front end of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller shaft 152 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller 15, the front end of the left lapping roller shaft 132 of the left lapping roller 13 and the front end of the right lapping roller shaft 142 of the right lapping roller 14 extend out of the side of the lapping trolley front wall plate 11 opposite to the lapping trolley rear wall plate 12, a lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller chain wheel 151 is fixed to the front end of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller shaft 152 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller 15, a left lapping roller driving chain wheel 131 is fixed to the front end of the left lapping roller shaft 132 of the left lapping roller 13, a right lapping roller driving chain wheel 141 is fixed to the front end of the right lapping roller shaft 142 of the right lapping roller 14, and the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller chain wheel 151, the left lapping roller driving chain wheel 131 and the right lapping roller driving chain wheel 141 are connected by a lapping roller driving chain 16.
In accordance with the prior art and in conjunction with the expertise of those skilled in the art, it can be appreciated that: in the process of the movement of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain 10 illustrated in fig. 1, the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller 15 is driven by the lower cotton conveying loop curtain 10, the lapping roller transmission chain 16 is driven by the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller chain wheel 151 fixed at the front end of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller shaft 152 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller 15, and since the lapping roller transmission chain 16 is simultaneously in transmission connection with the left lapping roller transmission chain wheel 131 fixed at the front end of the left lapping roller shaft 132 of the left lapping roller 13 and the right lapping roller transmission chain wheel 141 fixed at the front end of the right lapping roller shaft 142 of the right lapping roller 14, the left lapping roller 13 and the right lapping roller 14 are driven by the lapping roller transmission chain 16 to move. Specifically, the left lapping roller 13 moves clockwise, and the right lapping roller 14 moves counterclockwise, and the nonwoven fiber web is drawn out (may also be called "nipped out") by the cooperation of the left and right lapping rollers 13 and 14.
Referring to fig. 1, a lapping roller driving chain tensioning sprocket 111 is rotatably disposed on a side of the front wall plate 11 of the lapping trolley facing away from the rear wall plate 12 of the lapping trolley, i.e., on the front side of the front wall plate 11 of the lapping trolley, via a lapping roller driving chain tensioning sprocket shaft 1111, and the lapping roller driving chain 16 is sleeved on the lapping roller driving chain tensioning sprocket 111.
As shown in fig. 1, a tensioning sprocket shaft adjusting groove 112 is formed in the front wall plate 11 of the lapping trolley and at a position corresponding to the tensioning sprocket shaft 1111 of the driving chain of the lapping roller, and the tensioning sprocket shaft 1111 of the driving chain of the lapping roller is disposed on the front wall plate 11 of the lapping trolley at a position corresponding to the tensioning sprocket shaft adjusting groove 112.
Referring to fig. 1, the structural system of the lapping trolley assembly 1 further includes a lapping trolley left roller shaft 17 and a lapping trolley right roller shaft 18, the front end of the lapping trolley left roller shaft 17 is fixed to the left end of the lapping trolley front wall plate 11 through a first roller shaft seat 173 and is rotatably provided with a lapping trolley left roller shaft front roller 171, the rear end of the lapping trolley left roller shaft 17 is fixed to the left end of the lapping trolley rear wall plate 12 through a second roller shaft seat 174 and is rotatably provided with a lapping trolley left roller shaft rear roller 172, the front end of the lapping trolley right roller shaft 18 is fixed to the right end of the lapping trolley front wall plate 11 through a third roller shaft seat 183 and is rotatably provided with a lapping trolley right roller shaft front roller 181, the rear end of the lapping trolley right roller shaft 18 is fixed to the right end of the lapping trolley rear wall plate 12 through a fourth roller shaft seat 184 and is rotatably provided with a lapping trolley right roller shaft rear roller 182, the lapping trolley left roller shaft front roller shaft front roller 182 and the lapping trolley right roller shaft are rotatably provided with a lapping trolley rear roller frame 181, and the lapping trolley rear roller shaft 22 and the lapping trolley rear roller frame form a lapping trolley rolling trolley frame 22.
As shown in fig. 1, a front timing belt fixing joint link frame 19 is fixed between the front end of the front laying trolley left roller shaft 17 and the front end of the laying trolley right roller shaft 18, a front timing belt left fixing joint 191 is fixed at the left end of the front timing belt fixing joint link frame 19, a front timing belt right fixing joint 192 is fixed at the right end of the front timing belt fixing joint link frame 19, and one end of a front timing belt 193 shown in the figure is fixed to the front timing belt left fixing joint 191, while the other end is fixed to the front timing belt right fixing joint 192. The same principle is that: a rear synchronous belt fixed joint connecting frame (not shown in the figure) is also fixed between the rear end of the left roller shaft 17 of the lapping trolley and the rear end of the right roller shaft 18 of the lapping trolley, a rear synchronous belt left fixed joint (not shown in the figure) is fixed at the left end of the rear synchronous belt fixed joint connecting frame, a rear synchronous belt right fixed joint (not shown in the figure) is fixed at the right end of the rear synchronous belt fixed joint connecting frame, and a rear synchronous belt (not shown in the figure) is fixed between the rear synchronous belt left and right fixed joints. The front timing belt 193 and a rear timing belt (not shown but understood by the skilled person) are drivingly connected to the timing belt drive 4 (of the prior art) illustrated in fig. 3.
Fig. 1 also shows a front drag chain fastening foot 113 fastened to the front wall 11 of the laying carriage, to which front drag chain fastening foot 113 one end of a front drag chain 1131 is fastened, the middle part of the front drag chain 1131 being placed over the front drag chain sprocket 51, which is illustrated in fig. 3 and is arranged on the laying carriage 5, and the other end of the front drag chain 1131 being fastened to the laying carriage 5. The same principle is as follows: a rear traction chain fixing foot (not shown in the figure) is fixed on the rear wall plate 12 of the lapping trolley, one end (not shown in the figure) of a rear traction chain is fixed on the rear traction chain fixing foot, the middle part of the rear traction chain is sleeved on a rear traction chain large chain wheel (not shown in the figure) arranged on the lapping trolley 5, and the other end of the rear traction chain is fixed on the lapping trolley 5.
As can be seen from the above description, the synchronous belt driving device 4 reciprocates the lapping trolley assembly 1 left and right through the front synchronous belt 193 and the rear synchronous belt not shown in the figure, and at the same time, the front drag chain 1131 and the rear drag chain not shown in the figure are connected to the lapping trolley 5, so that the lapping trolley 5 also moves correspondingly while the lapping trolley assembly 1 reciprocates left and right, and the movement distance of the lapping trolley 5 is half of the movement distance of the lapping trolley assembly 1, and if the lapping trolley 5 moves one meter, the lapping trolley assembly moves two meters.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, the left end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is clamped between the cotton pressing curtain left pressing strip 373 and the cotton pressing curtain left fixed cross bar 371 through the cotton pressing curtain left pressing strip 373, and the right end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is clamped between the cotton pressing curtain right pressing strip 374 and the cotton pressing curtain right fixed cross bar 372 through the cotton pressing curtain right pressing strip 374. As shown in fig. 1, the aforementioned left pressing strip 373 is fixed to the left fixed cross rod 371 of the cotton pressing curtain by the left pressing strip fixing screw 3731, so that the left end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is fixed (clamped) between the left pressing strip 373 and the left fixed cross rod 371 of the cotton pressing curtain. Similarly, the aforementioned right pressing bar 374 of the cotton pressing curtain is fixed to the right fixed cross bar 372 of the cotton pressing curtain by the right pressing bar fixing screw 3741, so that the right end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is fixed (clamped) between the right pressing bar 374 of the cotton pressing curtain and the right fixed cross bar 372 of the cotton pressing curtain.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, the cotton pressing mechanism 3 further includes two cotton pressing curtain rollers 38 (two in this embodiment, but not limited to two), the cotton pressing curtain rollers 38 are rotatably supported on the frame 2 through cotton pressing curtain roller shaft seats 381 at positions corresponding to positions between the left and right lower guide rollers 34 and 36 of the cotton pressing curtain, and the cotton pressing curtain rollers 38 are in contact with the cotton pressing curtain 37.
Since the structures of the cotton pressing curtain upper right guide roller adjusting device 25, the cotton pressing curtain lower left guide roller adjusting device 27 and the cotton pressing curtain lower right guide roller adjusting device 28 are the same as the structure and adjustment manner of the cotton pressing curtain upper left guide roller adjusting device 23, the applicant below only describes the cotton pressing curtain upper left guide roller adjusting device 23, the cotton pressing curtain upper left guide roller adjusting device 23 includes a cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support 231, a cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support 232 and a cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support adjusting screw 233, the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support 231 is preferably fixed to the left end of the frame 2 by welding, the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support 231 is formed with a cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support cavity 2311, a cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support sliding guide 23111 is fixed to the top and the bottom of the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing support cavity 2311 and at positions corresponding to each other, the cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat 232 is arranged in the cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat support cavity 2311, the top and the bottom of the cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat 232 are respectively provided with a cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat guide sliding groove, the cotton pressing curtain roller guide roller bearing seat guide sliding groove is in sliding fit with the cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat sliding guide rail 23111, the left end of the cotton pressing curtain roller guide roller bearing seat adjusting screw 233 is connected with the right side of the cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat 232, the right end of the cotton pressing curtain roller guide roller bearing seat adjusting screw 233 is supported on the cotton pressing curtain roller guide bearing seat support 231 and limited by a cotton pressing curtain roller guide roller bearing seat adjusting screw 2331, and the front end and the rear end of the cotton pressing curtain upper left guide roller shaft 331 of the cotton pressing curtain upper left guide roller 33 are rotatably supported on the cotton pressing curtain roller guide roller bearing seat 232.
When the cotton pressing curtain upper left guide roller 33 is to be adjusted leftward, the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing seat adjusting screw nut 2331 is loosened, the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing seat adjusting screw 233 and the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing seat 232 are moved leftward, the cotton pressing curtain guide roller bearing seat adjusting screw nut 2331 is tightened, the cotton pressing curtain lower left guide roller 34 is adjusted accordingly by the cotton pressing curtain lower left guide roller adjusting device 27, the cotton pressing curtain upper right guide roller 35 is adjusted correspondingly rightward by the cotton pressing curtain upper right guide roller adjusting device 25, and the cotton pressing curtain lower right guide roller 36 is adjusted correspondingly rightward by the cotton pressing curtain lower right guide roller adjusting device 28. The reason for adjusting the left upper guide roller 33 of the cotton pressing curtain to the right is the same as the left adjustment, so the description is omitted.
Continuing with fig. 1, since the structure of the aforementioned left fixed crossbar adjusting device 24 of the cotton pressing curtain is the same as that of the aforementioned right fixed crossbar adjusting device 26 of the cotton pressing curtain, the applicant only describes the right fixed crossbar adjusting device 26 of the cotton pressing curtain below, the right fixed crossbar adjusting device 26 of the cotton pressing curtain comprises a support frame 261, a crossbar fixing seat 262, a crossbar fixing seat adjusting screw 263, a tension spring 264 and a tension spring supporting seat 265, the support frame 261 is fixed to the frame 2 at a position corresponding to the lower side of the upper right guide roller adjusting device 25 of the cotton pressing curtain, a pair of crossbar fixing seat sliding rails 2611 is fixed to the top of the support frame 261, the crossbar fixing seat 262 is slidably fitted to the pair of crossbar fixing seat sliding rails 2611 at a position corresponding to between the pair of crossbar fixing seat sliding rails 2611, the left end of the crossbar fixing seat adjusting screw 263 is connected to the right side of the crossbar fixing seat 262, the right end of the crossbar fixing seat adjusting screw 263 is supported by the frame 2, the cross bar tension spring 263 is sleeved to the right end of the crossbar fixing seat adjusting screw 264, the left end of the tension spring 264 is supported by the left fixed screw seat adjusting seat supporting seat 263 and the front end of the adjusting nut 2631 of the crossbar fixing seat 262, and the adjusting nut 2631 of the adjusting seat.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 4 shows a feed inclined curtain 6, an upper flat curtain 7, an upper flat curtain driving device 8, a lower cotton feed ring curtain driving device 9 and a middle flat curtain 20, the feed inclined curtain 6 serves to feed the nonwoven fibers opened by the opener of the preceding process to the upper flat curtain 7, the upper flat curtain driving device 8 is disposed on the frame 2, and one end (left end) of the upper flat curtain 7 is fitted over an upper flat curtain driving roller 71 driven by the upper flat curtain driving device 8, and the other end (right end) is fitted over an upper flat curtain driven roller 72. The upper flat curtain driving device 8 is composed of an upper flat curtain driving motor 81 and an upper flat curtain driving reduction gearbox 82, the upper flat curtain driving motor 81 is in transmission fit with the upper flat curtain driving reduction gearbox 82 and is fixed on the frame 2 by the upper flat curtain driving reduction gearbox 82 and the upper flat curtain driving motor 81, and the upper flat curtain driving roller 71 is in transmission connection with the upper flat curtain driving reduction gearbox shaft of the upper flat curtain driving reduction gearbox 82. The lower cotton conveying ring curtain driving device 9 comprises a lower cotton conveying ring curtain driving reduction gearbox 91 provided with a motor, a reduction gearbox large chain wheel 92, a reduction gearbox large chain wheel chain 93, a small chain wheel 94 and a reduction gearbox mounting seat 95, wherein the reduction gearbox mounting seat 95 is fixed on the machine frame 2, the lower cotton conveying ring curtain driving reduction gearbox 91 provided with the motor is arranged on the reduction gearbox mounting seat 95, the reduction gearbox large chain wheel 92 is fixed on a lower cotton conveying ring curtain driving reduction gearbox output shaft 911 of the lower cotton conveying ring curtain driving reduction gearbox 91, one end of the reduction gearbox large chain wheel chain 93 is sleeved on the reduction gearbox large chain wheel 92, the other end of the reduction gearbox large chain wheel chain 93 is sleeved on the small chain wheel 94, and the small chain wheel 94 is fixed on a lower cotton conveying ring curtain driving roller 101 of the lower cotton conveying ring curtain 10. One end of the middle flat curtain 20 is sleeved on the left roller 201 of the middle flat curtain, the other end is sleeved on the right roller 202 of the middle flat curtain, and the left roller 201 of the middle flat curtain and the right roller 202 of the middle flat curtain are rotatably supported on the large lapping vehicle 5. The lower cotton conveying loop curtain 10 is sequentially sleeved on a first transition roller 102 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain, a second transition roller 103 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain, the guide roller 15 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain, a third transition roller 104 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain and a fourth transition roller 105 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain as shown by arrows in fig. 4. The first, second and third transition rollers 102, 103 and 104 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain and the fourth transition roller 105 of the lower cotton conveying loop curtain are rotatably arranged on the lapping cart 5. Fig. 4 also shows the condition that the front drag chain 1131 is fixed to the chain fixing seat 114 after passing through the front drag chain large sprocket 51, and the chain fixing seat 114 is fixed to the mesh laying cart 5.
Fig. 4 also shows the aforementioned synchronous belt driving device 4, the synchronous belt driving device 4 includes a synchronous belt driving motor 41 and a synchronous belt driving reduction box 42, the synchronous belt driving motor 41 is in transmission fit with the synchronous belt driving reduction box 42 and is disposed on the aforementioned rack 2 together with the synchronous belt driving motor 41 by the synchronous belt driving box 42, the left ends of the aforementioned front synchronous belt 193 and rear synchronous belt are respectively sleeved on the corresponding left synchronous pulley 1931, and the synchronous pulley 1931 is driven by the synchronous belt driving reduction box shaft of the synchronous belt driving reduction box 42, and the right ends of the front synchronous belt 193 and the rear synchronous belt are sleeved on the right synchronous pulley 301 of the synchronous belt tensioning adjustment device 30.
The applicant describes the lapping principle of the present invention with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the nonwoven fibers opened by the opener in the previous process are fed to the upper flat curtain 7 by the feeding inclined curtain 6, and the upper flat curtain 7 moves around the upper flat curtain driving roller 71 and the upper flat curtain driven roller 71 and 72 in a cycle under the state that the upper flat curtain driving roller 71 is driven by the upper flat curtain driving device 8, so as to form a cycle moving plane. Meanwhile, under the operation of the lower cotton conveying endless curtain driving device 9, the reduction gearbox 91 is driven by the lower cotton conveying endless curtain driven by the motor, and the lower cotton conveying endless curtain driving gearbox output shaft 911 of the lower cotton conveying endless curtain driving reduction gearbox 91 drives the lower cotton conveying endless curtain driving roller 101, so that the lower cotton conveying endless curtain 10 moves in the direction of the arrow illustrated in fig. 4. Also, the middle flat curtain 20 moves around the left and right rollers 201 and 202 of the middle flat curtain in a cycle, i.e., a cycle conveying plane is formed. Meanwhile, the front timing belt 193 and the rear timing belt are moved by the timing belt driving device 4 to drive the lapping trolley assembly 1 to move, and the lapping trolley assembly 1 can reciprocate left and right because the timing belt driving motor 411 is a motor having a forward and reverse rotation function.
In the above process, the lower cotton conveying loop curtain 10 moves repeatedly because the lower cotton conveying loop curtain 10 is sleeved on the lower cotton conveying loop curtain driving roller 101 and is also sleeved on the lower cotton conveying loop curtain first and second transition rollers 102 and 103, the lower cotton conveying loop curtain guide roller 15, the lower cotton conveying loop curtain third and fourth transition roller guide rollers 104 and 105 according to the arrow schematic of fig. 4.
In the above process, the nonwoven fiber fed from the feeding oblique cotton 6 is fed to the middle flat curtain 20 by the upper flat curtain 7, and under the combined action of the middle flat curtain 20 and the lower cotton feeding loop curtain 10, the nonwoven fiber web from the first channel 40a shown in fig. 4 enters the second channel 40b between the left and right lapping rollers 13, 14, and the nonwoven fiber web exiting the second channel 40b is lapped on the web forming curtain 50, and is supplied to the needle loom for needle punching by the web forming curtain 50.

referring to fig. 3, in contrast to embodiment 1, in embodiment 2, a left fixed cross bar 371 of a cotton pressing curtain 37 of a structural system of the cotton pressing mechanism 3 is fixed to bottoms of left ends of front and rear cross beams 21 and 22 of a rack, that is, the left fixed cross bar 371 of the cotton pressing curtain is fixed between bottoms of the front and rear cross beams 21 and 22 of the rack at a position corresponding to a left end of the rack 2, in the same way, a right fixed cross bar 372 of the cotton pressing curtain is fixed to bottoms of right ends of the front and rear cross beams 21 and 22 of the rack, that is, the right fixed cross bar 372 of the cotton pressing curtain is fixed between bottoms of the front and rear cross beams 21 and 22 of the rack at a position corresponding to a right end of the rack 2, a left end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is clamped between a left pressing curtain pressing strip 373 and a left fixed cross bar 371 of the pressing curtain, and a right end of the cotton pressing curtain 37 is clamped between a right pressing strip 374 and a right fixed cross bar 372 of the cotton pressing curtain. It can be seen that, in the present embodiment 2, the fixing positions of the left and right ends of the cotton pressing curtain 37 are changed from those of embodiment 1, but the final purpose is the same. The rest is the same as described in example 1.
In conclusion, the technical scheme provided by the invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the invention task and truly realizes the technical effects of the applicant in the technical effect column.

Claims (9)

1. A lapping trolley with a cotton pressing function comprises a lapping trolley assembly (1), wherein the lapping trolley assembly (1) comprises a lapping trolley front wall plate (11), and the lapping trolley front wall plate (11) and a frame front cross beam (21) of a frame (2) of a lapping machine form a rolling pair; the rear wall plate (12) of the lapping trolley corresponds to the front wall plate (11) of the lapping trolley, and forms a rolling pair with a frame rear cross beam (22) of the frame (2); a left lapping roller (13) and a right lapping roller (14), the left and right lapping rollers (13, 14) are rotatably supported between the front and rear wall boards (11, 12) of the lapping trolley in a state of corresponding left and right; a lower cotton-conveying loop-curtain guide roller (15), the lower cotton-conveying loop-curtain guide roller (15) is rotatably supported between the front wall boards and the rear wall boards of the lapping trolley (11 and 12) at a position corresponding to the upper part of the right lapping roller (14), and is characterized by also comprising a cotton pressing mechanism (3) for pressing a nonwoven fiber cotton web paved by the cooperation of the left lapping roller (13) and the right lapping roller (14), wherein the cotton pressing mechanism (3) is arranged on the frame (2) and is connected with the front wall board (11) and the rear wall board (12) of the lapping trolley at a position corresponding to the left side of the length direction of the left lapping roller (13) and a position corresponding to the right side of the length direction of the right lapping roller (14); the cotton pressing mechanism (3) comprises a left cotton pressing roller (31), a right cotton pressing roller (32), a left cotton curtain upper guide roller (33), a left cotton curtain lower guide roller (34), a right cotton curtain upper guide roller (35), a right cotton curtain lower guide roller (36) and a cotton curtain pressing (37), the left cotton pressing roller (31) is rotatably supported between a front wallboard (11) and a rear wallboard (12) of the lapping trolley at a position corresponding to the left side of the length direction of the left lapping roller (13), the right cotton pressing roller (32) is rotatably supported between the front wallboard (11) and the rear wallboard (12) of the lapping trolley at a position corresponding to the right side of the length direction of the right lapping roller (14), press cotton curtain upper left guide roller (33) to be supported at the position corresponding to the left side of the length direction of left cotton pressing roller (31) with rotating the left end of frame (2), press cotton curtain lower left guide roller (34) to be supported at the left end of frame (2) with rotating at the position corresponding to the length direction below of press cotton curtain upper left guide roller (33), press cotton curtain upper right guide roller (35) to be supported at the right end of frame (2) with rotating at the position corresponding to the length direction right side of right cotton pressing roller (32), press cotton curtain lower right guide roller (36) to be supported at the right end of frame (2) with rotating at the position corresponding to the length direction below of press cotton curtain upper right guide roller (35), press the left end of cotton curtain (37) and press cotton curtain set up at the left end of frame (2) with rotating The left fixed cross rod (371) is fixed, the middle part is sleeved with the left cotton pressing roller (31), the left upper cotton pressing roller (33), the left lower cotton pressing roller (34), the right lower cotton pressing roller (36), the right upper cotton pressing roller (35) and the right cotton pressing roller (32) in sequence, and the right end of the cotton pressing curtain (37) is fixed with the right fixed cross rod (372) of the cotton pressing curtain arranged at the right end of the frame (2).
