Claims (11)

  1. Funktionelles Modul, das einerseits eine Platte (2) zum Befestigen und dichten Anschließen an dem Zylinderkopf eines Verbrennungsmotors aufweist, das Teile (3) von Luftzuführstutzen integriert, die eventuell mit Regelmitteln des Flusses auf dem Niveau ihrer Ausgangsöffnungen (3') versehen sind, und, andererseits, eine Hochdruck-Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) in der Form einer Leitung (5) die mit mehreren Einspritzern (5') versehen ist, wobei die Leitung (5) der Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) mit Trag- und Befestigungsfüßen (6, 6') versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, direkt auf dem Zylinderkopf (7) aufzuliegen, insbesondere auf dem Niveau einer ersten Gruppe von Befestigungspunkten (8) dieses Letzteren, funktionelles Modul (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (2) einerseits mit Hauptbefestigungsstellen (9) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit einer zweiten Gruppe von Befestigungspunkten (8') des Zylinderkopfs (7) zusammenzuwirken, und, andererseits, mit Hilfsbefestigungsstellen (9'), die mindestens bestimmten der Befestigungspunkte (8) der ersten Gruppe des Zylinderkopfs (7) entsprechen, wobei sich die Hilfsbefestigungsstellen (9') der Platte (2) oberhalb mindestens bestimmter der Trag- und Befestigungsfüße (6, 6') der Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) positionieren und eine zusätzliche feste Verbindung der Platte (2) mit dem Zylinderkopf (7) sicherstellen.
  2. Funktionelles Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) mindestens zwei Trag- und Befestigungsfüße (6, 6') aufweist, die auf der Leitung (5) angebaut oder ausgebildet sind, zum Beispiel durch Schrauben, Einrasten mit Formschlüssigkeit, Schweißen, Kleben oder Abformen, indem sie voneinander entlang dieser Letzteren beabstandet sind.
  3. Funktionelles Modul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (5) der Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) mit mindestens drei Trag-und Befestigungsfüßen (6, 6') versehen ist, von welchen zwei auf dem Niveau oder in der Nähe der zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden der Leitung (5) liegen.
  4. Funktionelles Modul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptbefestigungsstellen (9) auf dem Niveau des Körpers (2') in Plattenform der Platte (2) ausgebildet sind, der dazu bestimmt ist, direkt und dicht auf dem Zylinderkopf (7) zum Aufliegen zu kommen, und dass die Hilfsbefestigungsstellen (9') auf dem Niveau von Pratzen oder Flügeln (10) der Platte (2) ausgebildet sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, sich über die Trag- und Befestigungsfüße (6, 6') zu erstrecken und, gegebenenfalls, über die Leitung (5) der Einspritzverteilerleiste (4).
  5. Funktionelles Modul nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pratzen oder Flügel (10) der Platte (2) aus Materialprojektionen oder -vorsprüngen bestehen, die aus einem Stück mit den Wänden der Teile der Rohrstutzen (3) ausgebildet sind und sich von dem Körper in Plattenform (2') der Platte (2) beabstandet erstrecken.
  6. Funktionelles Modul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trag- und Befestigungsfüße (6, 6') jeweils einen Körper mit röhrenförmiger Struktur aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt ist, von einer Befestigungsschraube (11) durchquert zu sein.
  7. Funktionelles Modul nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Trag- und Befestigungsfuß (6, 6') der Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) im oberen Teil einen Aufnahmebereich (12) für einen Flügel oder eine Pratze (10) der Platte (2) aufweist, wobei die Hilfsbefestigungsstellen (9'), die auf dem Niveau dieser Letzteren ausgebildet sind, vorteilhafterweise mit Abstandhaltern (13) versehen sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, von den Befestigungsschrauben (11) durchquert zu sein.
  8. Funktionelles Modul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungs- und Anschlussplatte (2) aus einem synthetischen Thermoplast- oder Duroplastwerkstoff vorzugsweise durch Formen aus einem Stück hergestellt ist, und dass die Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff hergestellt ist, wobei die Trag- und Befestigungsfüße (6, 6') aus einem metallischen oder synthetischem Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
  9. Funktionelles Modul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einer vor der Montage auf dem Standort zusammengefügten Einheit besteht, gegebenenfalls mit Verriegelung durch gegenseitige zeitweilige feste Verbindung oder nicht der Einspritzverteilerleiste (4) und der Platte (2), zum Beispiel durch Einrasten oder Verschrauben.
  10. Funktionelles Modul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungs- und Anschlussplatte (2) Befestigungspunkte (14) für die Montage mit fester Verbindung eines Einlassverteilers, eines Verdichters oder eines ähnlichen Teils zum Zuführen von Luft, das dazu bestimmt ist, dicht mit den Rohrstutzenteilen (3) verbunden zu werden, aufweist.
  11. Fahrzeug mit Verbrennungsmotor, der von einer Einspritzverteilerleiste versorgt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein funktionelles Modul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist.
