Definitions
- the invention relates to a shelf glazing according to the preamble of claim 1 and provided with such a glazing goods shelf.
- shelf glazing come primarily in air-conditioned shelves, especially in cold storage used.
- glazed freezer shelves are known, for example from the DE 41 26 958 A1 .
- the glazing should guarantee a clear view of the shelf and its content, on the other hand it should help to keep the desired climate in the shelf with the least possible use of energy.
- Known glazings consist of side-by-side hinged doors. They can be manufactured in single or double glazing, framed or unframed. All known systems have in common that the rotary blades can be opened only slightly over a rotation range of 90 ° and otherwise generally remain at the point of rotation. Since the packages of the merchandise have different dimensions and must be placed continuously on the shelves, one can take no account of the distribution grid, resulting from the fixed pivot points of the glazing, in order not to create unused open spaces. It results from the fact that is difficult to gang to these areas, especially in the Nachbeschickung and cleaning. Even if the refrigerated shelves are completely cleaned, the glazing blades that are still open but remain at the pivot point have an effect very annoying and lead to significant time delays compared to an unglazed cooling rack.
- a goods shelf glazing described in the individual doors of a glass and a pivot post above and below are rotatably mounted in a support means.
- the support means are in turn horizontally freely displaceable on a guide rail to a final assembly, after which the exact fixing position is created in particular by screwing or riveting and then maintained in use.
- WO 93/08355 is a system of window elements for balconies or for doors and other house components to refer to applications in land and sea vehicles, which are not like the swing doors of a shelf glazing from its closed position swung out.
- the window elements are lined up in common rails in a closed position next to each other and can be moved from this closed position successively along the rails to an open edge position and swung out in a package position, transversely to the rails, push together and lock.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a shelf glazing, which allows easier cleaning and loading of the goods shelf and is visually appealing.
- the swivel joints are fixed to at least one carrying device, which is lockably and releasably displaceably guided on or in at least one, but preferably two guide rails.
- the entire glazing with guide rails, carrying equipment, etc. can be retrofitted and attached to conventional shelves, in particular be designed screwed.
- the guide rails are preferably still blinded to the outside with cover profiles. These may additionally have recordings for price tags, serve as an advertising medium or be configured for attaching other information.
- the guide rails preferably take on running and leadership roles that are part of the support for the swing doors. Locking fittings can also be added to the guide rails. Preferably ball-bearing running and leadership roles serve the weight and the leadership of moving swing doors.
- the rollers on a support plate, a support arm and the hinges in a unit with two hinged doors, ie, a pair of wings connected.
- a carrying device is located on the upper and on the lower guide rail.
- these two support devices are preferably not directly connected to each other, but only indirectly via the rotary wing and the goods shelf itself.
- the two support means thus form an imaginary, ie non-physical axis, which is also moved axially parallel to the displacement of the rotary wing.
- both single swing doors and wing pairs can be stored.
- glazing in the context of the invention are not only rotary wing made of glass or safety glass but generally those with a transparent optics, ie also plastic, Plexiglas, resins or the like.
- At least one of the carrying devices (top or bottom), but preferably both, can be fixed to at least one fixed position in one of the guide rails.
- a locking element is provided, which is unlockable and preferably passable in the unlocked state of the support device.
- the locking elements to be provided may be located on the support means, but preferably they are arranged on the guide rails.
- a locking latch is provided according to the invention, so that automatically locks in the locked state of the shifted back to its original position rotary vane at the right place.
- the locking element is preferably spring-biased.
- the stability of the shelf glazing can also be improved by biasing the upper and lower supports of each sash or pair of wings away from each other.
- it is preferable to use the usually C-shaped basic construction of the goods rack by the glazing is clamped in the C-opening, which thus serves as a spring clip.
- the glazing height is made smaller than the actual opening of the goods shelf or the free, non-biased distance between the two guide rails.
- Fig. 1 shows a product shelf according to the invention, in particular refrigerated shelves with a glazing.
- Fig. 1a is the fully equipped with five hinged doors 1 shelf completely closed.
- Fig. 1b shows the shelf in which the three right swing doors 1 are open, for example, to remove goods.
- Fig. 1c Finally, the shelf can be seen in a Nachbeschickungs- and cleaning position, in which all double-hinged doors 1 along guide rails 2, which are attached to the base 3 of the shelf above and below, have been moved completely to the right and thus release access to the entire shelf interior. Since the system is five-door in this embodiment, the rightmost vane is not displaceable, but only laterally pivotally mounted, instead of in the guide rails 2.
- a cooling rack is usually divided into axes A of 125 cm in width. This division is preferably transmitted to the glazing, wherein there are always two hinged doors 1 in a shelf axis A. Any other division is of course possible.
- axes A Exactly in the transition of the axes A are locking elements 4, arranged here in the form of locking fittings, in the following figures, in particular the detail enlargements in Fig. 3, 4 . 6 and 7 are recognizable.
- the determination of the swing doors 1 is also based on Fig. 3, 4 . 6, and 7 described where each cutouts of two swing doors 1 are shown, which are connected to a common support device.
- the support means consists of plate fittings 5 with swivel joint 6, each holding a swing door 1.
- Another component of the support device is a support arm 7 and a support plate 8, which each form a carriage with support rollers 9 and guide rollers 10.
- support arm 7 and support plate 8 may also be made in one piece.
- Each rotary door 1 or here each pair of rotary wings can be locked in at least one fixed position F in the illustrated embodiment. These latches hold the carriers firmly in place.
- Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 show such a locked position in which a displacement of the rotary wing 1 is not possible. In the Fig. 4 and 7 however, the lock is released and the rotary wing 1 so slidably on their support means in the guide rails 2.
- the lock or the locking element 4 consists of spring bolts which have a spring-assisted locking position and are held in an open position after rotation of a locking lever 14.
- first both swing doors 1 of a unit are preferably opened up to a 90 ° position.
- a detent position in which the wings 1 are held. Constructions with a larger opening angle up to 180 ° are also possible without problems.
- the bolt 14 remains in the open position. In this position, a free displacement of the pair of wings is possible.
- the fixed position F can be passed by other pairs of wings when moving. The distance of the displacement depends on the opening situation of the adjacent wing pairs.
- Fig. 8 and 9A and B such as Fig. 10 illustrate the stabilizing guiding action of the support rollers 9 and guide rollers 10 in the guide rails 2.
- the most essential part of the weight of the swing doors 1 is thereby received by the support rollers 9, which are supported in the vertical direction on the guide rails 2.
- the preferably arranged perpendicular to the support rollers 9 guide rollers 10 take over mainly the support function and prevent tilting of the swing doors when opening but especially during the move.
- the guide rollers 10 thus act as support elements, which are supported on associated support surfaces 12 of the guide rails 2. In the upper guide rail 2, the support surface is in the front region, while the support surface 12 is arranged at the lower guide rail 2 in the rear region.
- the embodiment shown covers cover profiles 16 and 17 for veneering.
- information elements e.g. prices or references to offers, be attached.
- Stabilizing is particularly advantageous when the height of the goods shelf glazing H is less than a front-side reference height B of the main body 3 of the goods shelf.
- a front-side reference height B of the main body 3 of the goods shelf These two heights are in Fig. 10 represented and agree here, however, since already assembled, match. Without hinged doors 1 used, the reference height B is greater than H and is only pulled together by the assembly of the swing doors 1.
- the cross-sectionally C-shaped design of the base body 3 (in Fig. 10 with open to the left or mirrored C) acts as a spring clip and exerts a vertical tension on the goods shelf glazing, which stabilizes the swing doors 1, in particular during the displacement process in the vertical and secures against tipping.
- this bias support as in the Fig. 8 to 10 recognizable the upper support rollers 9 'at the bottom in the upper guide rail 2' and the lower support rollers 9 "on top of the lower guide rail 2" from.
- the hinges 6 in the closed position and in the 90 ° open position locking positions in which the swing doors 1 are held can be overcome in each case with slight pressure or train on the swing doors in the direction of rotation.
- the detents hold the swing doors 1 both in the open Position (90 °) as well as in the closed position in the position.
- the latching guides may preferably have a shape which acts as an automatic closure from an opening angle of about 15 °. A slight spring pressure can then hold the swing doors 1 in the closed position.
- the goods or refrigerated shelf glazing according to the invention and a correspondingly equipped goods shelf are characterized by a high utility value as well as a simple assembly and cleaning of the goods shelf. They are also visually appealing.
- the design of the carrying facilities and the possibility of post-free installation of the swing doors offers an almost continuous glazing without disturbing technical elements.

Description
Known glazings consist of side-by-side hinged doors. The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a shelf glazing, which allows easier cleaning and loading of the goods shelf and is visually appealing.
This object is achieved with a goods shelf glazing with the features of
For this purpose, the swivel joints are fixed to at least one carrying device, which is lockably and releasably displaceably guided on or in at least one, but preferably two guide rails. To continue to use already used shelves, the entire glazing with guide rails, carrying equipment, etc. can be retrofitted and attached to conventional shelves, in particular be designed screwed. For this purpose, at the front opening of the goods shelf above and below at least one guide rail mounted, which carry the swing doors or the support means for it. The guide rails are preferably still blinded to the outside with cover profiles. These may additionally have recordings for price tags, serve as an advertising medium or be configured for attaching other information.
The guide rails preferably take on running and leadership roles that are part of the support for the swing doors. Locking fittings can also be added to the guide rails. Preferably ball-bearing running and leadership roles serve the weight and the leadership of moving swing doors. Preferably, the rollers on a support plate, a support arm and the hinges in a unit with two hinged doors, ie, a pair of wings connected. In each case a carrying device is located on the upper and on the lower guide rail. However, these two support devices are preferably not directly connected to each other, but only indirectly via the rotary wing and the goods shelf itself. The two support means thus form an imaginary, ie non-physical axis, which is also moved axially parallel to the displacement of the rotary wing. This makes it possible to achieve a very transparent appearance, since there is no continuous post and no framing or lateral complete enclosure of the swing doors is necessary. Rather, the swing doors can be completely frameless and only be set on two hinges having fittings on the support device. In each of the above ways, both single swing doors and wing pairs can be stored. As glazing in the context of the invention are not only rotary wing made of glass or safety glass but generally those with a transparent optics, ie also plastic, Plexiglas, resins or the like.
For each rotary wing or each pair of wings fastened to a carrying device, at least one of the carrying devices (top or bottom), but preferably both, can be fixed to at least one fixed position in one of the guide rails. For this purpose, a locking element is provided, which is unlockable and preferably passable in the unlocked state of the support device. Thus, the support means adjacent vane or pairs of wings can be moved past the fixed position of another rotary vane to open the entire goods shelf. The locking elements to be provided may be located on the support means, but preferably they are arranged on the guide rails. A locking latch is provided according to the invention, so that automatically locks in the locked state of the shifted back to its original position rotary vane at the right place. For such locking the locking element is preferably spring-biased.
When moving the wings or wing pairs, these tend to tilt. To counteract this, are preferably at the upper and lower support means supporting elements, which counteract with associated support surfaces of the guide rails tilting of the swing doors. This is preferably done by opposing running surfaces in the guide profiles, which limit a tilt angle of the support means designed as a carriage.
The stability of the shelf glazing can also be improved by biasing the upper and lower supports of each sash or pair of wings away from each other. For this purpose, it is preferable to use the usually C-shaped basic construction of the goods rack by the glazing is clamped in the C-opening, which thus serves as a spring clip. The glazing height is made smaller than the actual opening of the goods shelf or the free, non-biased distance between the two guide rails. Thus, when installing the swing doors with their carrying a vertical tension on the rotating and running axis of the wings, which stabilizes the sliding process and limits an inclination of the rotary wing or prevents their tilting.

Preferably, the lock or the
Now, if the

Since the
Not shown in the figures, but also it is advantageous if the
The goods or refrigerated shelf glazing according to the invention and a correspondingly equipped goods shelf are characterized by a high utility value as well as a simple assembly and cleaning of the goods shelf. They are also visually appealing. The design of the carrying facilities and the possibility of post-free installation of the swing doors offers an almost continuous glazing without disturbing technical elements.
