Description

    Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a supporting leg structure, a truck mounted concrete pump and an oil tube assembling method.
  • Background of the Invention
  • A supporting leg structure (for instance, the supporting leg structure of a truck mounted concrete pump or a crane) comprises a box-shaped supporting leg. One end of the box-shaped supporting leg is used to provide support. The other end (typically called "tail") is used to connect for example a component of the truck body of the truck mounted concrete pump. The tail of the box-shaped supporting leg comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a side plate and a closing plate. The closing plate is connected to the lower cover plate and the side plate so that the tail of the box-shaped supporting leg forms an opening. The supporting leg structure also comprises a hydraulic pipeline. As the box-shaped supporting leg may perform swinging and other movements during operation, in order to avoid the interference of these movements, the hydraulic pipeline typically comprises a pair of hard tubes and a pair of drag chain-clad flexible tubes, the hard tubes and flexible tubes are respectively arranged on the two sides of the box-shaped supporting leg. Further, the hydraulic pipeline also comprises a pair of joints used to connect the hard tubes and flexible tubes.
  • Conventionally, the hard tubes and the flexible tubes (clad with a drag chain) are all fixed on the lower cover plate. The connection can be operated only via the opening of the tail. As the hard tubes are rigid components and their shapes and positions after bending are fixed, so the hard tubes are typically bent and fixed on the lower cover plate at first, then the joints are connected to the hard tubes and lastly the flexible tubes are connected to the joints. Owing to the limited space of the opening of the tail, it is very difficult to realize the above operation, and the operation of replacing oil tubes (hard tubes and flexible tubes) is even more difficult.
  • Further, as hard tubes and joints are fixed separately, the accuracy of the connection between the joints and the hard tubes can hardly be guaranteed. Moreover, after the connection, as it is impossible to appropriately fix the drag chain with which the flexible tubes are clad, the drag chain may rock in the box-shaped supporting leg and affect the connection between the flexible tubes and the joints, resulting in loosening or shift of the connection, so that it is impossible to maintain connection accuracy. This may unfavorably affect the strength and service life of the joints.

  • According to one aspect of the present invention, a supporting leg structure is provided. The supporting leg structure comprises a box-shaped supporting leg. The tail of the box-shaped supporting leg comprises a closing plate 34 and an opening 35. The supporting leg structure also comprises a hydraulic pipeline. The hydraulic pipeline comprises hard tubes 41, joints 43 and flexible tubes 42a clad with a drag chain 42b. The hard tubes 41 and the flexible tubes 42a are connected by the joints 43. The supporting leg structure also comprises a fixing plate 50, a connecting plate 10 and a mounting plate 20. The fixing plate 50 is disposed on the closing plate 34. The mounting plate 20 can be fixed on the fixing plate 50. The connecting plate 10 has a first plate section 11 and a second plate section 12. The plane of the first plate section 11 intersects the plane of the second plate section 12. The second plate section 12 is adjustably connected to the mounting plate 20 so that the first plate section 11 can move farther from or closer to the closing plate 34. The joints 43 align with the hard tubes 41 and are mounted on the first plate section 11. The flexible tubes 42a are mounted in alignment with the joints 43.
  • FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the supporting leg structure in the present invention. As the connecting plate 10 has intersected first plate section 11 and second plate section 12, the joints 43 are mounted on the first plate section 11, and the second plate section 12 is adjustably connected to the mounting plate 20, the joints 43 can be moved farther from or closer to the closing plate 34 by adjustable connection between the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20. As the hard tubes 41 are fixed to the tail of the box-shaped supporting leg, the relative positions of the joints 43 and the hard tubes 41 can be adjusted by moving the joints 43 farther from or closer to the closing plate 34, thereby realizing accurate alignment.
  • Preferably, the first plate section 11 has at least one first mounting slot 11 a. The joints 43 are mounted in the first mounting slot 11a. Therefore, on the one hand, the mounting positions of the joints 43 may be adjusted by the first mounting slot 11a, thereby the positions of the joints 43 may be easily adjusted according to the positions of a pair of hard tubes 41 and the arrangement direction of the said pair of hard tubes 41 as described below; on the other hand, the first mounting slot 11a can be moved farther from or closer to the closing plate 34 by adjusting the relative connecting positions of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20. In other words, the connection between the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 and the connections between other parts and the connecting plate 10 can be adjusted in different planes, thus the mounting positions of the joints 43 are adjusted based on the particular positions of the hard tubes 41 to realize accurate connection. Of course, the joints 43 may also be mounted in other appropriate positions of the first plate section 11 (for example, directly fixed to the top of the first plate section 11) as long as the positions of the joints 43 can be easily adjusted according to the positions of a pair of hard tubes 41 and the arrangement direction of the said pair of hard tubes 41.
  • The adjustable connection between the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 may be realized by various appropriate methods. For example, the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 may be adjusted to appropriate relative positions, and then the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 are fixed with a fixture or a clamp. The relative positions of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 can be freely adjusted (if needed) after the fixture or clamp is loosened.
  • In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 has at least one second mounting slot 12a, the other of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 has at least one mounting hole 21a corresponding to the at least one second mounting slot 12a, and fasteners 60 adjustably connect the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 via the second mounting slot 12a and the mounting hole 21a. In the embodiment showed in the drawing, the second plate section 12 has the second mounting slot 12a and the mounting plate 20 has the mounting hole 21a. By using this structure, the mounting positions of the fasteners 60 can be adjusted via the second mounting slot 12a and the mounting hole 21a, thereby adjusting the relative positions of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20. Preferably, the mounting plate 20 has a third plate section 21 in parallel with the second plate section 12, and the mounting hole 21a is disposed on the third plate section 21, thereby facilitating the alignment of the second mounting slot 12a and the mounting hole 21a.
  • Further, after the mounting positions of the joints 43 are adjusted relative to the positions of the hard tubes 41 and the joints 43 are connected to the flexible tubes 42a (the detail operation is described below), the connecting plate 10, the mounting plate 20, and the joints 43 and the flexible tube kit 42 (the flexible tube kit 42 comprises the flexible tubes 42a and the drag chain 42b) mounted on the connecting plate 10 should be put into the box-shaped supporting leg all together so as to be connected to the hard tubes 42 and fixed inside the box-shaped supporting leg. Preferably, for easy assembling, the third plate section 21 is disposed with a notch allowing the entry of an operating tool.
  • The hard tubes 41, the flexible tube kit 42 and the joints 43 may adopt common materials and structures in the art. For example, the hard tubes 41 are fixed on an appropriate fixing base (for example: on the upper cover plate 31 or the lower cover plate 32) via appropriate fasteners and are bent to an angle of approximately 90°at the tail to form connecting ends of the hard tubes 41. The drag chain 42b covers the external surface of the flexible tubes 42a to form a flexible tube kit 42. The flexible tube kit 42 is connected to the connecting end of the hard tubes 41 via one end of the flexible tubes 42a by using the joints 43 . The joints 43 may be elbows made from a rigid material and bent to a roughly right angle. The joints 43 are mounted in the first mounting slot 11a, one end of the joint 43 is connected to the connecting end of a hard tube 41 and the other end is connected to the one end of the flexible tube 42.
  • The hard tubes 41, joints 43 and flexible tubes 42 in the hydraulic pipeline are all in pairs and are for oil input and output respectively. Therefore, on the one hand, a pair of joints 43 can be mounted to appropriate positions of the first mounting slot 11a according to the horizontal (parallel with the second plate section 12) positions of a pair of hard tubes 41, i.e. the mounting positions of joints 43 can be adjusted along the lengthwise direction of the first mounting slot 11a, thereby the alignment between the joints 43 and the connecting ends of the hard tubes 41 can be guaranteed and further the accurate connection between the flexible tubes 41a and the hard tubes 41 can be guaranteed. On the other hand, as described above, the relative positions of the second plate section 12 (i.e.: the connecting plate 10) and the mounting plate 20 may be adjusted according to the bending locations of the hard tubes 41, thereby ensuring the joints 43 and the flexible tube kit 42 can be adjusted along the lengthwise direction of the second mounting slot 12a and the connecting joints 43 and the flexible tubes 42a are suitable for accurate connection to the hard tubes 41.
  • As hard tubes 41 are bent almost perpendicularly at the tail, it is preferred that the first plate section 11 and the second plate section 12 are perpendicular to each other, thereby the connection between the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 and the connections between other parts and the connecting plate 10 can be adjusted in perpendicular planes, making the adjustments in different planes more independent without interference.
  • Further, the second plate section 12 may be used as a fixing base of relevant components to make full use of the connecting plate 10 of the present invention, simplify the structure and save space. Preferably, there is at least one fixing hole 12b in the second plate section 12 and the drag chain 42b is fixed on the second plate section 12, so while the hard tubes 41 and the flexible tubes 42a are accurately connected, the drag chain 42b can be firmly fixed to restrict its free movement. For this reason, the adverse impact on the connecting strength and accuracy of the hard tubes 41 and the flexible tubes 42a generated by the free movement of the drag chain 42b can be prevented. It is understandable to those skilled in the art that the drag chain 42 may also be fixed on the second plate section 12 by other appropriate methods, for example by a clamp.
  • In order to easily fix the mounting plate 20 on the fixing plate 50, as shown in FIG. 1, 2, 4 and 5, corresponding fastening holes 22 are disposed on the fixing plate 50 and the mounting plate 20, and the fasteners connect the fixing plate 50 and the mounting plate 20 via the fastening holes 22. Therefore, a module comprising the connecting plate 10, mounting plate 20, joints 43 and flexible tube kit 42 can be fixed to the closing plate 34 all together by the fasteners 60. It is understandable to those skilled in the art that the mounting plate 20 may also be fixed on the fixing plate 50 by other appropriate methods, for example by welding.
  • In addition, the tail of the box-shaped supporting leg comprises an upper cover plate 31, a lower cover plate 32 and side plates 33, the closing plate 34 is connected to the lower cover plate 32 or the side plate 33 so that the tail of the box-shaped supporting leg forms an opening 35, and the hard tubes 41 are fixed on the upper cover plate 31 or the lower cover plate 32. Wherein, the upper cover plate 31, the lower cover plate 32, the side plate 33 and the closing plate 34 of the tail of the box-shaped supporting leg may adopt the common materials and structures in the art, thereby forming a box shape with an opening 35 in the tail, to facilitate assembling operation.
  • According to another aspect of the present invention, a truck mounted concrete pump is provided, wherein the truck mounted concrete pump has a supporting leg structure provided in the present invention. Of course, the supporting leg structure provided in the present invention may also be used in other engineering machines or vehicles, such as cranes, etc.
  • According to another aspect of the present invention, a method for assembling the oil tubes in a supporting leg structure is provided, wherein the supporting leg structure is the supporting leg structure provided by the present invention. The tail of the box-shaped supporting leg comprises an upper cover plate 31, a lower cover plate 32 and side plates 33, the closing plate 34 is connected to the side plate 33, and the closing plate 34 is connected to the upper cover plate 31 or the lower cover plate 32 (in the embodiment shown in the drawing, the closing plate 34 is connected to the lower cover plate 31) so that the tail of the box-shaped supporting leg forms the opening 35, and the hard tubes 41 are fixed on the upper cover plate 31 or the lower cover plate 32, the method includes:
  • Disposing the fixing plate 50 on the closing plate 34;
    • Mounting the joints 43 on the first plate section 11 in a space same as the space between the hard tubes 41;
    • Adjusting the relative positions of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 according to the distance between the hard tubes 41 and the fixing plate 50 and fixing the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 via the fasteners 60, so that the mounting plate 20 extends to a position where it is fixed with the fixing plate 50;
    • Connecting the flexible tubes 42a and the joints 43;
    • Putting a module comprising the flexible tubes 42a, the drag chain 42b, the joints 43, the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 into the box-shaped supporting leg from the opening 35;
    • Connecting the hard tubes 41 and the joints 43;
    • Fixing the mounting plate 20 on the fixing plate 50.
    • Wherein, the adjustment of the relative positions of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20, on the one hand, enables the mounting plate 20 to extend to a position where it can be fixed and connected to the fixing plate 50 via for example the fastening holes 22 and the fasteners 60, that is to say, ensures the length the mounting plate 2 extend from the position where it is connected with the connecting plate 10 is long enough for this fixation operation when the mounting plate 20 is ultimately fixed on the fixing plate 50; and on the other hand enables the joints 43 to be connected to the fixed hard tubes 41, that is to say, enables one end of the joints 43 to accurately align with the connecting end of the hard tubes 41. Specifically, to ensure the above adjustment, the distance between the connecting end of each hard tube 41 and the fixing plate 50 is measured and then the relative positions of the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 are adjusted so that the distance the mounting plate 20 extend from the position of the first plate section 11 is correspond to the distance between the connecting end of the hard tube 41 and the fixing plate 50.
  • By the above method, the operation of connecting the flexible tubes 42a with the joints 43 and the operation of adjusting the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 may be performed before the flexible tube kit 42, the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 are mounted into the box-shaped supporting leg. In other words, the steps needing to be operated by a technician from the opening 35 only include the connection between the hard tubes 41 and the joints 43 and the fixation of the mounting plate 20 onto the fixing plate 50. The operation of these two steps basically won't be restricted by the limited space of the opening 35 and the opening 35 is large enough to ensure the smooth operation of these two steps.
  • Preferably, the method also includes fixing the drag chain 42b onto the connecting plate 10, thereby fixing the flexible tube kit 40 as an integrality onto the connecting plate 10. As the flexible tube kit 40, the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 are mounted on the closing plate 34 via the fixing plate 50 as an integral module, so they may also be dismounted as an integrality. Specifically, simply by separating the joints 43 from the connecting end of the hard tubes 41 and removing the mounting plate 20 from the fixing plate 50, the flexible tube kit 40, the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 can be integrally dismounted from the box-shaped supporting leg. The first plate section 11 has at least one first mounting slot 11a.
  • One of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 has at least one second mounting slot 12a, the other of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 has at least one mounting hole 21a corresponding to the at least one second mounting slot 12a, and fasteners 60 adjustably connect the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 via the second mounting slot 12a and the mounting hole 21a. Therefore, the relative positions of the second plate section 12 and the mounting plate 20 can be adjusted easily only by aligning the mounting hole 21a to different positions of the second mounting slot 12a. Further, the first plate section 11 and the second plate section 12 may be perpendicular to each other so as to adapt to the hard tubes 41, which are bent to a right angle.
  • Preferably, there is at least one fixing hole 12b in the second plate section 12, and the method also includes: the step of fixing the drag chain 42b onto the connecting plate 10 via the fasteners and the fixing hole 12b before putting the module comprising the flexible tubes 42a, the drag chain 42b, the joints 43, the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 into the box-shaped supporting leg from the opening 35.
  • In addition, it should be noted that in the case of the flexible tubes and the hard tubes are mounted onto the lower cover plate 32, the closing plate 34 is connected to the lower cover plate 32, and the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 are positioned in a way as shown in FIG. 5 so that the mounting plate 20 is adjacent to the opening 35; in the case of the flexible tubes and the hard tubes are mounted onto the upper cover plate 31, the closing plate 34 is connected to the upper cover plate 31, and the connecting plate 10 and the mounting plate 20 may be positioned in a way of being upside down to the state as shown in FIG. 5, i.e., the mounting plate 20 is still adjacent to the opening 35. This structure on the one hand facilitates the assembling from the opening 35 and on the other hand helps fix the mounting plate 20 onto the fixing plate 50 disposed on the closing plate 34.
  • It should be noted that the concrete technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be freely combined by any appropriate method and then shall still be within the scope of the disclosed present invention. Further, different embodiments of the present invention may be freely combined and likewise shall still be deemed as the content disclosed by the present invention, provided that it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
  • The above preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in connection with the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing embodiments. Within the range of the technical conception of the present invention, the technical scheme of the present invention may be modified in various simple ways. These simple modifications shall be within the protection of the present invention. For example, the second mounting slot 12a may be formed on the third plate section 21 and the mounting hole 21a may be formed on the second plate section 12. The fixing mentioned herein may be realized by various appropriate methods, for example by welding and screw. In order to form an opening 35, the closing plate 34 may be connected to the upper cover plate 31 and the side plate 33, or the closing plate 34 may be connected to the lower cover plate 32 and the side plate 33.
