Claims (13)

  1. Mounting device for a telescopic sight on a hunting or sports weapon having a firearm-side attachment arrangement with a base rail (3) and a telescopic sight-side mounting rail (4) connected thereto via at least one clamping element (10, 11, 12), wherein at least one clamping force (arrow direction 40) acting perpendicularly to the surface of the two rails (3, 4) can be generated by actuating the clamping element (10, 11, 12), characterised in that a positive connection between the rails (3, 4) consists of two spring plates (6, 7) arranged at a distance from one another, and the clamping element (10, 11, 12) consists of a clamping screw (10) arranged in the one rail (3 or 4) and having a clamping bolt (9) connected thereto, and the clamping screw is mounted to be rotatable in the one rail (3 or 4) which is connected to a clamping bolt which supports at least one key recess, wherein the key recess, during rotation of the clamping screw, can be brought into non-positive engagement with an assigned annular groove of a stay bolt which is attached to the opposite rail (4 or 3) and the clamping element (10, 11, 12), during locking between the weapon-side base rail (3) and the mounting rail (4) mounted positively thereon, additionally generates a displacement force acting in axial direction (arrow direction 38) of the two rails (3, 4) so that positive resting of the stops is provided in the region of the front spring plate (6).
  2. Mounting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping screw (10) is arranged in the weapon-side base rail (3) and the stay bolt (12) is arranged in the telescopic sight-side mounting rail (4).
  3. Mounting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping screw (10) is arranged in the telescopic sight-side mounting rail (4) and the stay bolt (12) is arranged in the weapon-side base rail (3).
  4. Mounting device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the stay bolt (12) is designed to be adjustable in its longitudinal extension for the purpose of adjusting the clamping force.
  5. Mounting device according to claim 4, characterised in that a thread (27), which is screwed into an assigned tapped hole (28) of the mounting rail (4), is arranged on the outer periphery of the stay bolt (12), and in that a tool holding fixture (18) for actuating the stay bolt (12) is arranged in the stay bolt (12).

  7. Mounting device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the tool holding fixture (18) of the stay bolt (12) for adjusting the clamping position of the stay bolt (12) is accessible from the underside of the mounting rail (4).
  8. Mounting device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the rotated position of the stay bolt (12) can be fixed using a counter-screw (29).

  12. Mounting device according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that at least one receiving groove (16) for engagement of at least one spring plate (6), (7) is arranged in the upper side of the weapon-side base rail (3).
  13. Mounting device according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the clamping screw (10) on the rear end of the clamping bolt (9) has an annular groove (32), in which a cylindrical pin (31) engages which is inserted in the base rail (3).
