Claims (5)
- Undurchlässige und widerstandsfähige Tür, im Wesentlichen gegenüber einem Flüssig- und/oder Gasfluid, die im Besonderen für einen Einbau in ein Hochsicherheitsgebäude, wie ein Kernkraftwerk, bestimmt ist, mit einer Rahmenstruktur (1), die sich im montierten Zustand im Wesentlichen vertikal erstreckt, und mit mindestens einem Türflügel (2), der mit der Rahmenstruktur (1) in geschlossenem Zustand der Tür in undurchlässigen Kontakt bringbar ist, wobei der oder jeder Türflügel (2), vorzugsweise in seinem unteren Abschnitt, mindestens ein Öffnungssystem (3, 4 oder 4', 5) mit Abdichtung aufweist, das dazu ausgebildet ist, sich automatisch zu öffnen unter der Einwirkung eines Schwelldrucks eines Flüssig- oder Gasfluids, der auf Höhe des Systems auf die vordere oder hintere Fläche des betreffenden Türflügels (2) einwirkt, und die Öffnung des Systems bewirkt, sodass das Fluid durchgelassen wird,
wobei das System einerseits gebildet ist aus mindestens einer Öffnung (3), die sich durch den oder jeden Türflügel (2) erstreckt und die entweder durch eine aufgrund von Schwenkmitteln (12) schwenkbare Klappe (4) oder durch eine abwerfbare Platte (4') verschlossen ist, und andererseits aus mindestens einem Druck-Schließmechanismus (5), der dazu ausgebildet ist, eine mechanische Festigkeit gegen das Öffnen der oder jeder Klappe beziehungsweise der oder jeder Platte zu gewährleisten, und dazu, automatisch entriegelt zu werden unter der Einwirkung eines Schwelldrucks des Fluids auf die vordere oder hintere Fläche der betreffenden Klappe (4) beziehungsweise der betreffenden Platte (4'), wodurch das Verschwenken in eine Öffnungsstellung bzw. das Auswerfen letzterer bewirkt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Schließmechanismus aufweist:- ein erstes Schließteil, das in den Rand der betreffenden Klappe (4) beziehungsweise der betreffenden Platte (4') integriert ist und das eine Kugel (6) und eine Feder (7) oder ein anderes elastisches Element aufweist, die/das einen Schiebedruck auf die Kugel (6) ausübt,- ein zweites Schließteil, das ein Schließblech (8) bildet, das in den Rand der entsprechenden Öffnung (3) integriert ist und eine Aufnahme-Oberfläche (9) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen kantenbündig ist und in welcher eine vorzugsweise konische Nut (10) angebracht ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Kugel (6) aufzunehmen, die einen mechanischen Widerstand gegen das Öffnen bewirkt, indem sie unter der Wirkung des Druckes und der Kraft der Feder (7) mit der Nut (10) in Anlage tritt, und die aus dem Schließblech (8) befreit wird unter der Einwirkung eines Schwelldruckes des Fluids auf die vordere oder hintere Fläche der betreffenden Klappe (4) beziehungsweise der betreffenden Platte (4'), wodurch das Verschwenken in eine Öffnungsstellung beziehungsweise das Auswerfen letzterer bewirkt ist,dass der oder jeder Schließmechanismus (5) Einstellmittel (5', 5") für den Druck des elastischen Organs (7) auf die Kugel (6) aufweist,
und dass in der geschlossenen Stellung der oder jeder Klappe (4) beziehungsweise der oder jeder Platte (4'), die oder jede Kugel (6) in dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Rand der Klappe (4) beziehungsweise dem Rand der Platte (4') und dem entsprechenden Rand der Öffnung (3) beziehungsweise dem Rand der Platte (4') von einer Dichtung (11) umgeben ist, beispielsweise einer Dichtungsscheibe, wobei die Dichtung (11) zwischen den Rändern eingeklemmt oder komprimiert ist, indem sie auf einem der Ränder befestigt ist, beispielsweise durch Kleben. - Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Klappe (4) mittels wenigstens einer Angel (12) schwenkbar angebracht ist, und dass diese Angel in dem Zwischenraum, der den entsprechenden Rand der Klappe (4) von der Öffnung (3) trennt, von einer Dichtung (11) umgeben ist, beispielsweise einer Dichtungsscheibe, die auf dem Rand der Klappe (4) befestigt ist, vorzugsweise durch Kleben.
- Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Klappe (4), bei einer vertikalen Orientierung der oder jeder Klappe im geschlossenen Zustand, zwei einander gegenüberliegende vertikale Ränder und zwei einander gegenüberliegende horizontale Ränder aufweist und schwenkbar in der entsprechenden Öffnung (3) angebracht ist mittels zweier horizontaler Angeln (12), die jeweils auf Höhe des oberen Abschnitts eines der vertikalen Ränder der entsprechende Klappe (4) angeordnet sind, und dadurch, dass entweder die oder jede Klappe (4) zwei Schließmechanismen (5) aufweist, die jeweils auf der Seite eines der vertikalen Ränder der entsprechenden Klappe (4) und auf Höhe des unteren Abschnitts letzterer angeordnet sind, oder dass die oder jede Klappe (4) einen einzigen Schließmechanismus (5) aufweist, der auf der Seite des unteren horizontalen Randes angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise in dessen Mittelabschnitt.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in geschlossener Stellung der oder jeder Klappe (4) beziehungsweise der oder jeder Platte (4') eine Dichtung (13) sich zwischen dem oder jedem umlaufenden Rand letzterer und der entsprechenden oder den entsprechenden Öffnung(en) (3) erstreckt.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Klappe (4) die gleichen Eigenschaften betreffend Isolierung, Dichtheit und/oder Widerstandfähigkeit aufweist, wie der Türflügel (2).
