Description

In WO 03/099951 A2 For example, methods are disclosed for surface modification of an object in order to increase the adhesiveness of the object, wherein the surface is patterned to form a plurality of protrusions each formed with a foot portion and a head portion, the foot portion being one of Surface has pioneering face. In this case, each projection is formed with such a size that all end faces have the same vertical height above the surface and form a common, interrupted by mutual distances between the end faces contact surface. The protrusions are elastic and inclined relative to the surface and made of a material whose modulus of elasticity decreases in at least one of the reference directions comprising a longitudinal direction of each protrusion from the foot portion to the head portion and a transverse direction of each protrusion axially outward from the center of the foot portion. Portions of the contact surface may be configured with a lower peel force to facilitate initial breakage of the bond, while other portions require greater release force.

Contact surfaces in the order of 0.2 to 0.5μm 2 allow interaction with a corresponding further component (second or third component) on which the adhesive closure part is to be determined, via the so-called Van der Waals interaction, which in classical Is regarded as a subgroup of adhesion. The known adhesive closure part has good connection properties, but is bound to a complicated and correspondingly cost-intensive production process. Due to the relatively rigid arrangement between the typically mushroom-shaped head part and the support part via exclusively inclined arranged stem parts is still room left for improved solutions in terms of adhesion and AblöSigenschaften the adhesive closure part or the individual closure parts.

From the DE 10 2008 027 860 A1 is an adhesive closure part, comprising a support member and arranged thereon closure parts of at least one type, each having a head portion having at its free end face at least one contact surface for releasable adhesion to another component due to entanglement, wherein edge on at least one of Headboards then at least one connection portion is present, which projects beyond the edge of said head portion in at least one direction such that there is a change in size for the corresponding head part.
In the DE 10 2006 024 014 A1 and the WO 2005/087033 A1 further Haftverschlussteile be revealed, the heads are round and can taper in thickness radially outward.

Based on this prior art, the invention has the object to improve the adhesion and detachment properties of the adhesive closure part on a second or third component, with excessive loads and damage to the closure parts to be avoided.

This object is achieved by an adhesive closure part having the features of patent claim 1 in its entirety.

It is inventively provided that a plurality, at least two, terminal portions are formed regularly on the respective head part.

Due to the fact that at least one connecting section is present on the edge side of at least one of the head parts and protrudes beyond the edge of said head part in at least one direction in such a way that the effective size of the contact surface for the corresponding head part is changed at least one head part modified in such a way that it is enlarged or reduced and at the at least one connecting portion at least one tear-off edge is defined, which facilitates detachment of the contact surface of a second or third component. Expediently, the at least one connection section leads to an enlargement of the corresponding contact surface, particularly preferably the complete surface of the at least one connection section is available as an additional contact surface.

Edge-side connection according to the invention means that the at least one connection section is connected in an edge region to the respective head part. This may, for example, be an end-side edge section of the contact surface, but also a side section of the respective head section which adjoins the contact surface directly or indirectly. Conveniently, the at least one connection section is connected in a front-side edge region to the respective head part. Typically, the corresponding head part is mushroom-shaped and tapers from the front-side edge region in the direction of the support part, more precisely in the direction of a connecting the respective head part with the support member stem part.

In a preferred embodiment of the adhesive closure part according to the invention, the at least one connection section extends in the direction of the extent of the respective contact surface. In this arrangement, the at least one connection section leads to a broadening of the respective contact surface in the direction of the respective extent, particularly preferably, the respective connection section connects in the extension direction directly to the respective contact surface. However, it is also conceivable that the respective connection portion is spaced from the contact surface and / or is not connected to an immediately adjacent to the respective contact surface frontal edge region of the respective head part. In such embodiments, a higher flexibility of the entire contact surface, since the frontal contact surface and the respective connection portion connected in different angular positions to a third component and can enter into this with an adhesion connection. Expediently, at least one connecting section has areas of different width and / or thickness along its extent, in particular a thickness decreasing towards the free edge. In this way, on the edge of the at least one connecting section or the respective contact surface, good edge segments that can be applied and removed are formed, comparable to a thin lip. Further, it is advantageous to form the at least one connecting portion made of the same material as the respective head part, in particular to mold this. In addition, the at least one connection section and / or the corresponding head part can be an independent component that can be connected to the corresponding head part or closure part. This results in the advantage that the respective connection sections and / or head parts can be manufactured independently of the further adhesive closure part and can be connected to the closure part or placed thereon in accordance with a respective intended use. For the design of certain properties of the connection sections, another material, in contrast to those for the other materials used are used, in particular a material with good elasticity and adhesion properties.

At least one connection section is preferably designed as a tooth, a prong and / or a tab. The teeth, teeth and / or tabs can be formed by molding the at least one connection section to the head part or by introducing incisions or recesses on the respective head part. In such a design of the at least one connecting portion edge edges arranged demolition edges are defined in a defined manner. Conveniently, the teeth, teeth and / or tabs each have a triangular shape. Furthermore, at least one connection section can be comb-like and / or wave-shaped. A sinusoidal profile of the free terminal section edge is also conceivable. It can be provided on a headboard respectively similar or different connection sections.

Fig. 1 shows a portion of a fastener closure part 10 with a support part 12, on which closure parts 20a-20i are arranged, from each of which a head part 14a-14i is visible. The head portions 14a-14i each have edge portions arranged on connecting portions 16a-16i and obtained by their regular arrangement a rosette-like outer edge. Furthermore, each head part 14a-14i and the corresponding closure part 20a-20i are rotationally symmetrical to the respective center 18a-18i. This results in the advantage of the same properties of the respective head part 14a-14i or closure part 20a-20i in all radial directions. The maximum radial extent d a -d i of the respective head portions 14a-14i is approximately 40 μm each. In the exemplary embodiment shown, approximately twelve closure parts 20a-20i are arranged in a surface section of 200 μm x 200 μm. Homogeneous properties of the adhesive closure part 10 result from the uniform design and arrangement of the individual closure parts 20a-20i.

In Fig. 2a the closure part 20a or the head part 14a is shown enlarged. At the end face shown, the head part 14a defines a contact surface 22a, which is formed substantially circularly with diameter D K , as indicated by circle line 26a. An inner circle 26i indicates the radial extent Ds of the stem part 24. The contact surface 22a is enlarged by the connecting portions 16a, which are formed as regularly arranged along the outer circular line 26a teeth 28.

An alternative embodiment of connecting portions 16 'arranged on a head part 14' is shown in FIG Fig. 2b shown. The terminal portions 16 'are formed as alternating teeth 28' and tabs 32. The teeth 28 'are each triangular and tapered in the radial direction 30 and have over the rectangular tabs 32 a greater extent in the radial direction 30, however, along the outer circular line 26 a smaller extension. Also in the in 2b The embodiment shown in the radial direction 30 directly to the contact surface 22 'subsequent connecting portions 16' in the form of teeth 18 'and tabs 32 lead to a contact surface enlargement.

In Fig. 2c a contour of an N-shaped corner, here a hexagon, is shown following a contour surface of a contact surface 22 ", a six-shaped connecting portion 16" in the form of triangular teeth 28 "are formed on a mushroom-shaped head portion 14", whereby said hexagonal edge contour of the contact surface 22 "is trained.

Fig. 2d shows a contact surface 22 "', whose size is increased by itself to the edge of the triangular contact surface 22"' and the head part 14 "subsequent tabs 32 '" and comb portions 34. The three comb portions 34 are arranged along the sides of the equilateral triangle, the tabs 32 '"at the three corners of the equilateral triangle Fig. 2d It will be appreciated that the shape of the head portion 14 '"is not limited to a mushroom, ie, a round shape, but may also have a polygonal shape.

Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the in Fig. 1 The closure parts 20a, 20b are substantially perpendicular to the carrier part 12 and the contact surfaces 22a, 22b formed on the head parts 14a, 14b extend in each case substantially parallel to the carrier part 12 and furthermore in one from the support member 12 at the same distance x 3 spaced plane. The two closure parts 20a, 20b differ in that the stem part 24a has essentially the same thickness Ds running from the head part 14a to the carrier part 12, whereas the stem part 24b has a taper y 2 and a broadening y 3 . The edge portions 14a adjoining the edge portions 16a extend correspondingly the contact surface 22a in the radial direction 30 and enlarge the contact surface 22a in immediate connection.

In contrast, the terminal portions 16b provided on the head portion 14b are directed transversely to the radial direction 30 and the axial direction 36. The enlarged by the terminal portions 16b contact surface 22b has frontally in the radial direction 30 aligned surface areas and transverse to the radial direction 30 aligned surface areas. Out Fig. 3 It can be clearly seen that the respective connection sections 16a-16b have a thin-lipped design and have a thickness that decreases toward the free edge. But there are also possible solution variants in which the respective terminal portion adjoins the free outer edge of the assignable head part with constant thickness or material thickness, without tapering lip-like to the outside, which in this respect to an advantageous support of the extent already explained tear-off or tear leads. The shown rotational symmetry of the closure parts 20a and 20b is expedient with regard to rotationally invariant properties.

In Fig. 4 the method of making the adhesive fastener 10 is illustrated. Plastic material extruded from an extruder head 40 is passed between a pressure roll 42 and a forming roll 44. The pressure roller 42 moves in a first direction of movement 46, the forming roller 44 in a first direction of movement 46 opposite second direction of movement 48. The forming roller 44 is provided on the shell side with a forming wire 50, in which corresponding to the trainees shutter 20 form cavities 52 are formed. On an inner side 54, the mold cavities 52 are formed corresponding to the head portions 14a-14c and the terminal portions provided thereon. As a result of the rotational movement of the two rollers 42, 44, the plastic material introduced into a gap formed by them is pressed into the mold cavities 52 of the forming wire 50 and assigned to the mold roller 44 Side of the carrier part 12 made of plastic material closure parts 20 is formed. After curing and removal or execution of the closure parts 20 from the corresponding mold cavities 52 is an immediately ready adhesive fastener part 10 comprising a support member 12 and thereon arranged upright closure parts 20, 20 'with headboards 14,14' ready. The forming wire 50 has then seen from the free end side mold cavities, as exemplified in the Fig.1 are shown for an executed head shape of the final product. Instead of an extrusion process with the preferred use of thermoplastics, two- or multi-component mixtures can also be processed using mold cavities, such as polyvinylsiloxane.

Advantageously, the support member 12 is formed integrally with the closure parts 20, 20 '. Furthermore, the respective plastic material can be processed by means of a micro-replication method. Further methods for producing the adhesive closure part or the closure parts 20 are, in addition to the chill, roll method, micro or nanolithography method, including the so-called micro-printing. In any case, the indicated microstructure can also be achieved by means of a kind of crystal growth. Moreover, the closure material can also be generated from the solid, for example by using micro-spark erosion or appropriate laser beam processing.

According to the invention, moreover, the closure parts 20, 20a-20i can be manufactured separately, stored and / or transported and, as required, connected to a corresponding carrier part 12 or arranged on it. In particular, closure parts of different types, for example, according to the invention, modified adhesion closure parts, hooking parts and / or loop parts, can be arranged on a carrier part 12. Depending on the application, further functional elements can be provided on the carrier part 12, in particular the closure parts be arranged on one or both sides of the support member 12.
