In other embodiments, only some of theses sensor signals are analyzed and/or further sensor signals, such as mentioned above, are analyzed.

In such embodiments, the wind turbines can communicate to each other, for example, directly or indirectly over a central (wind park) control.
  • high wind speed situations and extreme yaw errors might occur and in such a case the wind turbine can be stopped.
  • a predefined output power-rotor speed curve might be outside a normal operating range and, thus, in some embodiments the output power-rotor speed curve is optimized also for the safe mode operation in accordance with the error on all wind sensors alarm scenario.
  • an alarm signal and control mode information including a wind estimate are output.
  • the purpose of the pitch position error alarm scenario is to decrease the number of wind turbine stops when the pitch position measurement is faulty.

  • the purpose of the high temperature in the hydraulic system alarm scenario is to decrease the number of turbine stops when the hydraulic system temperature increases above a predefined threshold value.
  • the hydraulic system of a wind turbine is typically used for pitch control of the blades.
  • input signals are used: hydraulic temperature signals, nacelle temperature signals, and ambient temperature signals.
  • at least one of pitch activity signals, hydraulic oil pressure signals and cooling capacity signals or the like are used in addition to or instead of at least one of these input signals.
  • the wind turbine can be put into a safe mode where the pitch control is running on estimated values or it can run with a derated pitch control strategy.
  • the estimated values can comprise, for example, an estimation of the hydraulic system temperature.
  • the estimation of the hydraulic system temperature takes pitch variations and the hydraulic oil pressure into account. For instance, in cases of frequent pitch variations and high hydraulic oil pressures a higher hydraulic system temperature is expected than in cases of rare pitch variations and normal hydraulic oil pressure.
  • an estimation of the temperature of the hydraulic system can be derived from the frequency of pitch variations and the hydraulic oil pressure, e.g. in combination with at least one of the above-mentioned temperature values (hydraulic, nacelle and ambient temperature).
  • an estimation of the temperature of the hydraulic system can be derived from the frequency of pitch variations and the hydraulic oil pressure, e.g. in combination with at least one of the above-mentioned temperature values (hydraulic, nacelle and ambient temperature).

  • the pitch control can reduce the pitch variation frequency in order to reduce the hydraulic temperature and to avoid the stop of the wind turbine.
  • the estimated hydraulic temperature is monitored and the wind turbine is only stopped when the estimated hydraulic temperature is greater than a second threshold value.
  • a consequence of continuous operation as function of time in accordance with the high temperature in the hydraulic system alarm scenario might be oil destruction.
  • the hydraulic oil is taken into account when maintaining the wind turbine.
  • an alarm signal and control mode information including information about the hydraulic oil temperature is output.

Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fonctionnement d'une éolienne (19), comprenant les étapes de :
    réception (13) de multiples signaux de capteur indicatifs de l'état de l'éolienne ;
    analyse (14) des multiples signaux de capteur afin de déterminer si une condition d'alarme spécifique est remplie, telle qu'elle est prédéfinie dans un d'une pluralité de différents scénarios d'alarme prédéfinis (30) ;
    analyse plus approfondie (15) d'au moins un des multiples signaux de capteur selon les étapes d'analyses, telles qu'elles sont prédéfinies dans le scénario d'alarme (30) pour lequel la condition d'alarme spécifique est remplie, afin de déterminer (16) si l'éolienne (19) doit être mise dans un mode de sécurité prédéfini, un mode d'arrêt ou un mode de poursuite du fonctionnement ;
    dans lequel les étapes d'analyse comprennent la simulation d'un état théorique de l'éolienne (19), le procédé comprenant en outre l'étape de
    commande de l'éolienne (19) dans le mode de sécurité, sur la base de l'état théorique simulé de l'éolienne (19), dans lequel le mode de sécurité amène l'éolienne (19) à fonctionner avec une sortie de puissance réduite.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'au moins un des multiples signaux de capteur étant analysé dans l'étape d'analyse plus approfondie (15) est différent des signaux de capteur principaux pour lesquels il est déterminé que la condition d'alarme spécifique est remplie.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les étapes d'analyse comprennent la détermination d'une défaillance de capteur.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mode de sécurité dépend du scénario d'alarme prédéfini.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les scénarios d'alarme prédéfinis (30) incluent chacun au moins des informations de condition d'alarme spécifique (31) définissant pour un résultat d'analyse de signal de capteur que la condition d'alarme est remplie, des informations (32) sur les étapes d'analyse, des informations (33) dans lequel cas l'éolienne doit être mise dans le mode de sécurité, mode d'arrêt ou mode de poursuite du fonctionnement, et des informations (34) sur le mode de sécurité à réaliser par l'éolienne (19).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les multiples scénarios d'alarme prédéfinis (30) incluent au moins un des scénarios d'alarme suivants : température ambiante élevée de l'éolienne, température élevée sur la génératrice d'éolienne, température élevée sur la chaîne d'entraînement d'éolienne, arrêt pour vitesse du vent élevée, erreur d'écart de calage des pales d'éolienne, erreur sur tous les capteurs de vent de l'éolienne, erreur de position de calage des pales d'éolienne, température élevée sur un système hydraulique d'éolienne.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les multiples signaux de capteur incluent des signaux de capteur indicatifs d'au moins un de ce qui suit : vitesse du vent, direction du vent, température ambiante, température de génératrice d'éolienne, température de chaîne d'entraînement d'éolienne, température de système hydraulique d'éolienne, position de pale, tension de réseau, nombre de torsions de câble, puissance de sortie, température de nacelle, erreur de thermorelais, charges sur la tour, vibrations de tour, vitesse de rotor, angle de calage, charges dans des pales, capacité de refroidissement, pression d'huile, courant de génératrice.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mode de sécurité comprend au moins un de ce qui suit : fonctionnement de l'éolienne à une sortie de puissance réduite, réalisation d'une analyse de défaillance de capteur, réalisation d'une opération de câble non torsadé, réalisation d'une opération de refroidissement, surveillance au moins d'un signal de capteur pour détecter si une valeur seuil est dépassée.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un signal d'alarme spécifique est généré indiquant le scénario d'alarme (30) pour lequel la condition d'alarme spécifique est remplie.
  10. Eolienne, comprenant :
    une tour (23),
    une nacelle (22),
    un rotor (21) avec au moins une pale (20),
    une commande (24) agencée pour commander le fonctionnement d'une éolienne (19), dans laquelle la commande (24) inclut une mémoire (26) pour le stockage d'une pluralité de scénarios d'alarme prédéfinis (30) ; et
    dans laquelle la commande (24) est couplée à de multiples capteurs (25a-d) qui sont agencés pour sortir des signaux de capteur indicatifs de l'état d'au moins ladite éolienne (19) ;
    dans laquelle la commande (24) est en outre agencée pour analyser les multiples signaux de capteur afin de déterminer si une condition d'alarme spécifique est remplie telle qu'elle est prédéfinie dans un de la pluralité de différents scénarios d'alarme prédéfinis (30) ; et pour analyser de manière plus approfondie au moins un des multiples signaux de capteur selon des étapes d'analyse, telles qu'elles sont prédéfinies dans le scénario d'alarme (30) pour lequel la condition d'alarme spécifique est remplie, afin de déterminer si l'éolienne (19) doit être mise dans un mode de sécurité prédéfini, un mode d'arrêt ou un mode de poursuite du fonctionnement, dans laquelle les étapes d'analyse comprennent la simulation d'un état théorique de l'éolienne (19) ;
    dans laquelle la commande (24) est en outre agencée pour commander l'éolienne (19) dans le mode de sécurité, sur la base de l'état théorique simulé de l'éolienne (19), dans laquelle le mode de sécurité amène l'éolienne (19) à fonctionner avec une sortie de puissance réduite.
  11. Eolienne selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle les multiples capteurs incluent au moins un de ce qui suit : capteur de vitesse du vent (25a), capteur de température de nacelle (25b), capteur de position de pale (25c), capteur de vibration de tour (25d), capteur de température d'huile hydraulique, capteur de température ambiante, capteur de température de génératrice, capteur de vitesse de rotor, capteur de direction du vent, capteur de tension de génératrice, capteur de torsion de câble, capteur de température de chaîne d'entraînement, capteur de charges sur la tour, capteur de capacité de refroidissement, capteur de pression d'huile, capteur de courant de génératrice.
  12. Eolienne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 11, dans laquelle la commande (24) est en outre agencée pour réaliser le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9.
