Claims (15)

  1. Sicherheitsstruktur (10), welche aufweist:
    - wenigstens eine fluoreszierende erste Zusammensetzung (13),
    - wenigstens eine phosphoreszierende zweite Zusammensetzung (12), wobei die erste und die zweite Zusammensetzung gleichzeitig durch eine vordefinierte Lichtart von derselben ersten Seite (14) der Struktur aus anregbar sind,
    wobei die Sicherheitsstruktur (10) in der Form eines Sicherheitsfadens, einer Sicherheitsfolie oder eines Patches vorliegt, und
    wobei die fluoreszierende erste Zusammensetzung wenigstens teilweise der phosphoreszierenden zweiten Zusammensetzung überlagert ist,
    und/oder
    wobei die erste und die zweite Zusammensetzung registerhaltig auf der Sicherheitsstruktur angebracht sind,
    wobei in einen Träger der Sicherheitsstruktur wenigstens ein Sperrelement für die UV-Strahlungen integriert ist und/oder wenigstens eine Sperrschicht für die UV-Strahlungen auf wenigstens einer von der fluoreszierenden und der phosphoreszierenden Zusammensetzung angebracht ist.
  2. Sicherheitsstruktur (10), welche aufweist:
    - wenigstens eine fluoreszierende erste Zusammensetzung (13),
    - wenigstens eine phosphoreszierende zweite Zusammensetzung (12), wobei die erste und die zweite Zusammensetzung gleichzeitig durch eine vordefinierte Lichtart von derselben ersten Seite (14) der Struktur aus anregbar sind,
    wobei die Sicherheitsstruktur (10) in der Form eines Sicherheitsfadens, einer Sicherheitsfolie oder eines Patches vorliegt, und
    wobei die fluoreszierende erste Zusammensetzung wenigstens teilweise der phosphoreszierenden zweiten Zusammensetzung überlagert ist,
    und/oder
    wobei die erste und die zweite Zusammensetzung registerhaltig auf der Sicherheitsstruktur angebracht sind,
    wobei die Sicherheitsstruktur eine durchbrochene lichtundurchlässige Schicht (18, 19) aufweist, wobei die erste (13) und die zweite (12) Zusammensetzung sich auf der einen bzw. anderen Seite dieser Schicht befinden oder die erste und die zweite Zusammensetzung sich auf einer Seite dieser Schicht befinden und wenigstens eine weitere phosphoreszierende oder fluoreszierende Zusammensetzung sich auf der anderen Seite dieser Schicht befindet.
  3. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Licht, das unter Beleuchtung mit der vordefinierten Lichtart von der fluoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (13) und von der phosphoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (12) ausgesendet wird, von derselben Seite der Struktur (10) aus beobachtbar ist.
  4. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine von der ersten (13) und der zweiten (12) Zusammensetzung eine Volltonfläche bildet, welche der anderen von der ersten und der zweiten Zusammensetzung, welche wenigstens ein Muster (15) bildet, überlagert ist.
  5. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine von der ersten (13) und der zweiten (12) Zusammensetzung wenigstens ein Muster bildet, welches bei Erlöschen der Beleuchtung mit der vordefinierten Lichtart erscheint oder verschwindet oder welches sein Aussehen ändert, indem es von einem positiven zu einem negativen Muster oder von einer Farbe zu einer anderen übergeht.
  6. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste (13) und die zweite (12) Zusammensetzung durch Drucken oder durch Aufbringung eines Lacks aufgebracht sind.
  7. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste (13) und die zweite (12) Zusammensetzung ein und dieselbe Farbe mit vorzugsweise derselben Intensität durch Lumineszenz aussenden.
  8. Sicherheitsstruktur nach Anspruch 7, wobei die erste (13) und die zweite (12) Zusammensetzung ein und dieselbe Farbe mit unterschiedlichen Intensitäten aussenden, wobei sich die phosphoreszierende Zusammensetzung (12) in diesem Fall vorzugsweise auf der fluoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (13) befindet.
  9. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die fluoreszierende erste Zusammensetzung (13) unter Beleuchtung mit der vordefinierten Lichtart ein sichtbares Licht einer ersten Farbe aussendet, die phosphoreszierende zweite Zusammensetzung (12) unter Beleuchtung mit der vordefinierten Lichtart ein sichtbares Licht einer zweiten Farbe aussendet, die von der ersten verschieden ist, und wenigstens ein Überlagerungsbereich der fluoreszierenden bzw. phosphoreszierenden ersten und mit der die vordefinierten Lichtart ein sichtbares Licht einer dritten Farbe aussendet, die aus der additiven Synthese der ersten und zweiten Farbe resultiert.
  10. Sicherheitsstruktur nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Sicherheitsstruktur zwei durchbrochene lichtundurchlässige Schichten (18, 19) aufweist, wobei die lichtundurchlässigen Schichten vorzugsweise unterschiedlich durchbrochen sind, wobei sich eine von der ersten (13) und zweiten (12) Zusammensetzung zwischen den zwei durchbrochenen lichtundurchlässigen Schichten befindet und eine (18b, 19b) der durchbrochenen lichtundurchlässigen Schichten sich zwischen den zwei Zusammensetzungen (12, 13) befindet.
  11. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Sicherheitsstruktur eine durchbrochene lichtundurchlässige Schicht (18, 19) aufweist, mit der fluoreszierenden bzw. phosphoreszierenden ersten (13) und zweiten (12) Zusammensetzung auf einer Seite derselben und mit einer fluoreszierenden bzw. phosphoreszierenden dritten und vierten Zusammensetzung auf der anderen Seite dieser durchbrochenen lichtundurchlässigen Schicht, mit vorzugsweise einer Überlagerung wenigstens einer Durchbrechung mit einerseits einer von der ersten und zweiten Zusammensetzung und andererseits einer von der dritten und vierten Zusammensetzung,
    wobei die erste und dritte Zusammensetzung vorzugsweise versetzt sind, wenn die Struktur von der ersten Seite (14) aus betrachtet wird.
  12. Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sperrelemente für die UV-Strahlungen einen die UV-Strahlungen absorbierenden Zusatz aufweisen, der aus einem Phosphit, Triazin, Benzotriazol und einem Etheramin ausgewählt ist.
  13. Sicherheitsstruktur nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, welche einen transparenten Träger (11) aufweist, wobei der Träger (11) auf jeder seiner einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten Sperrelemente (20) für die UV-Strahlungen aufweist, die auf der fluoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (13) bzw. auf der phosphoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (12) angebracht sind, wobei die Sperrelemente (20) vorzugsweise nach der Herstellung des mit der fluoreszierenden (13) und der phosphoreszierenden Zusammensetzung (12) beschichteten Trägers (11) angebracht werden.
  14. Sicherheitsdokument, in das eine Sicherheitsstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 integriert ist.
  15. Verfahren zur Authentifizierung eines Sicherheitsdokuments (30) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei eine von der ersten (13) und zweiten (12) Zusammensetzung der Sicherheitsstruktur (10) des Dokuments wenigstens ein Muster bildet, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Beleuchten des Dokuments mit der vordefinierten Lichtart,
    - Überprüfen der Authentizität des Dokuments mittels des Musters, welches bei Erlöschen der Beleuchtung mit der vordefinierten Lichtart erscheint oder verschwindet oder welches sein Aussehen ändert, indem es von einem positiven zu einem negativen Muster oder von einer Farbe zu einer anderen übergeht.
