Abstract

L'invention concerne une tête de dispersion d'un équipement de dispersion pour réaliser au moins partiellement un tapis en matière dispersée, un équipement de dispersion et un procédé pour réaliser un tapis en matière dispersée à la suite de la fabrication de panneaux de matériau en vue de réaliser un tapis en matière dispersée (7) à la dispersion au moins partiellement orientée avec une tête de dispersion (1) à la suite de la fabrication de panneaux de matériau au moyen de la pression et/ou de la chaleur dans une presse. Selon l'invention, le tapis en matière dispersée (7) est au moins partiellement formé par la tête de dispersion (1) sur une bande de moulage (8) circulant sans fin disposée sous la tête de dispersion (1) dans le sens de la chute de la matière dispersée (3). L'invention concerne également un procédé selon lequel la matière dispersée est orientée dans le sens de la production (13) dans un ordre quelconque avec un dispositif d'orientation transversal (12) et/ou un dispositif d'orientation longitudinal (15) puis dispersée non orientée sur la bande de moulage (8) avec un dispositif de dispersion à rayons (14). La tête de dispersion se caractérise par conséquent en ce que pour la dispersion de la matière dispersée (3) un dispositif d'orientation transversal (12) et/ou un dispositif d'orientation longitudinal (15) combinés avec un dispositif de dispersion à rayons (14) sont disposés dans le sens de la production (13) dans un ordre quelconque au-dessus de la bande de moulage (8). L'invention concerne en outre un tapis en matière dispersée destiné à être comprimé.
