Claims (13)
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen, der Folgendes umfasst:- mindestens eine Trägerschicht (2);- mindestens eine Zwischenschicht (3), die an der genannten Trägerschicht (2) befestigt ist und mindestens ein wasserabweisendes Harz umfasst;- mindestens eine im Wesentlichen durchsichtige Schutzschicht (4), die mit einer ersten Lage (A) versehen ist, die abziehbar an der genannten Zwischenschicht (3) haftet und mit einer zweiten Lage (B), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit mindestens einer Dekoration bedruckt zu werden und geeignet ist, auf eine zu dekorierende Oberfläche (13) transferiert zu werden;wobei der genannte druckbare Träger (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (4):- mindestens eine Mischung aus Acryl- und Polyurethanharzen (5) mit einem Prozentsatz in Trockengewicht der Arcrylharze zwischen 80 % und 85 % und einem Prozentsatz in Trockengewicht der Polyurethanharze zwischen 12 % und 16 % umfasst;- eine durchschnittliche Stärke im Bereich von 20 - 30 µm aufweist,- bei Umgebungstemperatur eine Bruchdehnung (εR) von mindestens ca. 45 % aufweist und- bei Umgebungstemperatur geeignet ist, intakt zu bleiben und die darauf eingeprägte Verformung im Wesentlichen unverändert zu erhalten, wenn sie auf die genannte zu dekorierenden Oberfläche (13) aufgebracht wird, indem die genannte Schutzschicht (4) bis ca. 15 % im Vergleich zu ihren anfänglichen Maßen gedehnt wird.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (4) eine durchschnittliche Stärke zwischen 22 µm und 28 µm aufweist.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (4) bei Umgebungstemperatur eine umgehende elastische Dehnung (εE) bei Zug von weniger als ca. 10 % aufweist.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (4) bei Umgebungstemperatur eine Zugfestigkeit bei Bruch von ca. 110g/cm2 aufweist.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Acryl- und Polyurethanharzmischung (5) ausgehend von einer Verbindung in Flüssigkeitsphase erhalten wird, die eine erste Dosis Acrylharze in wässriger Emulsion und eine zweite Dosis Polyurethanharze in wässriger Emulsion umfasst, die miteinander gemischt sind, wobei die genannte erste Dosis Acrylharze in wässriger Emulsion ca. 50 % weiche Acrylharze mit einer Glasumwandlungstemperatur von höchstens ca. -15°C enthält und die verbleibenden ca. 50 % steife Acrylharze mit einer Glasumwandlungstemperatur von mindestens 35°C.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (4) eine Primer-Schicht (8) umfasst, die die genannte zweite Lage (B) definiert und sich aus Mattierungsmitteln und Akrylbindemitteln in wässriger Dispersion zusammensetzt.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte mindestens eine Acryl- und Polyurethanharzmischung (5) der genannten Schutzschicht (4) Mattierungsprodukte enthält.
- Druckbarer Träger für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte mindestens eine wasserabweisende Harz der genannten Zwischenschicht (3) mindestens ein Silikonharz umfasst, das mit Control Release behandelt wurde, um es der ersten Lage (A) der genannten Schutzschicht (4) zu gestatten, abziehbar an der genannten Zwischenschicht (3) zu haften.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Zwischenschicht (3) an der ersten Lage (A) der genannten Schutzschicht (4) mit einem Losbrechwiderstand zwischen 7,2 und 8,8 g/cm2 haftet.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (2) mindestens ein Blatt doppelt gestrichenes Papier umfasst.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Trägerschicht (2) mit einer dritten Lage (C) ausgestattet ist, auf der die genannte Zwischenschicht (3) angebracht ist und mit einer vierten Lage (D), die sich in Gegenrichtung zu der genannten dritten Lage (C) befindet;
wobei der genannte druckbare Träger (1) mindestens eine Schicht wasser-/ölabweisendes Material (11) umfasst, die der vierten Lage (D) der genannten Trägerschicht (2) als Verkleidung dient. - Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Schutzschicht (4) auf der genannten zweiten Lage (B) eine Oberflächenspannung zwischen 32 µm und 38 DIN aufweist.
- Druckbarer Träger (1) für transferierbare Dekorationen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Tintenschicht (12) umfasst, die auf der zweiten Lage (B) der genannten Schutzschicht (4) angebracht ist, die genannte Dekoration darstellt und Tinten auf Lösungsmittelbasis enthält.
