Description

The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular a vacuum cleaner, which has a housing portion on which a handle for carrying the cleaning device is provided.

From the WO 86/01089 A1 a cleaning device with a housing portion and a handle disposed thereon is known. At least one projection, which is assigned to the handle, is provided on the housing section. This projection forms with a sliding closure, which is associated with the handle, a receptacle for attaching a cable winding. This closure forms in the closed position with the projection an open-edged, U-shaped receptacle.

From the US 2,037,668 shows a receptacle for a cable winding, which is formed on a support rod by two L-shaped curved angle, which are aligned in opposite directions to each other.

From the DE 94 13 299 U1 a vacuum cleaner is known in which a housing is associated with a style having a handle. The style above the housing, a first projection for a cable winding is provided. On the housing a handle held on one side on the side wall of the housing is arranged, so that the projection and the handle together form a receptacle for a cable winding. This handle is rotatably mounted to permanently fix the cable winding on the vacuum cleaner after winding. Such a permanent fixation of the cable winding is conditionally user-friendly, since at a not properly done wrapping the lower deflection point or the handle twisting of the handle for permanent fixation is at least difficult. An analog recording for a cable winding is from the DE 34 30 402 A1 known.

From the CH 244 023 A1 as well as from the US 2008/0 189 899 A1 are each mobile vacuum cleaners known which on a shell a handle , wherein a receptacle for a cable winding is formed around the handle around.

Furthermore, a cleaning device from the DE 10 2004 005 500 A1 known. This vacuum cleaner comprises a vacuum cleaner housing with a lower part and an upper part, wherein the lower part has a dirt collecting container and the upper part receives an electric suction unit. The upper part comprises a housing portion on which a handle is arranged to guide or carry the vacuum cleaner. To operate such a vacuum cleaner, it is necessary that a cable is connected to a power source. After use, this cable is wound up in a receptacle for a cable winding, which is molded onto the upper part. The power plug is positioned outside of the receptacle next to the handle and fixed by a pivoting clamp to prevent independent winding of the cable.

This arrangement requires for the winding and unwinding of the cable by the user targeted cable management for insertion of the cable in the all-round recording on the upper part of the vacuum cleaner. In addition, the fixation of the cable in the receptacle for a cable winding is given only by the gravity of the cable, without any further securing means is provided.

From the WO 2011/015830 A1 Furthermore, a cable receptacle on a top of a vacuum cleaner, which surrounds a handle. Above this U-shaped cable receiving a cover is clipped, which engages adjacent to the handle. This cover covers the opening of the cable receptacle, wherein between the cover and the cable receiving a circumferential gap is provided, which has a width which is greater than the diameter of the cable. As a result, the cable can be easily inserted into the receptacle. However, the cable also gets out of the receptacle again in a simple manner without securing the cable winding to remain in the cable receptacle.

The invention has for its object to develop a cleaning device, in particular a vacuum cleaner with a receptacle for a cable winding, in which simplifies the storage of the cable in a stowed position and the removal of the cable for use and at the same time in the stowage permanent fixation of the cable is given in the recording for the cable winding.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments and further developments are specified in the further claims.

By forming at least one projection on a housing portion of the cleaning device, which is associated with the handle, a receptacle for a cable winding is created, in which each individual winding of the cable or the entire cable winding can be inserted in a simple manner at once. The same applies to the removal of the cable. This recording formed between the handle and the projection can be closed by inserting the cable winding in a simple manner by a closure, so that a permanent fixation of the cable winding in the recording and an independent release of the cable is prevented from the recording.

Between the arranged on the housing portion of the cleaning device projection and the handle a U-shaped, upwardly open receptacle is provided. This allows a particularly simple insertion of the cable into the receptacle as well as a removal. In addition, the cable initially remains due to its gravity in the U-shaped receptacle, so that then a simple closing of the recording with the closure is possible.

The U-shaped receptacle is preferably closed by a sliding closure. This allows easy and quick handling. The displaceable closure is preferably designed as a sliding latch and allows easy one-handed operation.

Preferably, the sliding closure is integrated in the handle. This allows the adjacent areas of the housing section to Handle as well as the design and function are maintained without the attachment of a closure causes a structural change.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides on both sides of the handle in its longitudinal axis in each case a projection which is associated with the handle in each case for forming a receptacle for a cable winding. Trained as a sliding latch closure closes either one of the two shots. As a result, not only a simple handling is given, but there are also two receptacles on a housing portion provided to insert the cable winding, the recordings are locked in particular by a closure. Depending on the selected recording while a larger or smaller loop formation for the cable winding can be selected by the user, so that even longer cables can be safely absorbed.

The arranged on the housing portion handle is connected to two provided on the housing portion sockets, wherein between an upper engagement surface of the handle and the base an opening for guiding the displaceable closure is provided. The closure occurs optically only in the U-shaped recess occluding section and incidentally does not affect the design. At the same time a simple and secure guidance of the closure can be made possible as a sliding bolt by this arrangement.

The slidable closure preferably abuts an underside of the handle and forms part of the lower engagement surface of the handle. For the user, despite the integration of the slidable closure in the handle no impairment when carrying or guiding the cleaning device is given.

Preferably, the displaceable closure is guided in a depression of the attack surface, so that optionally when carrying the cleaning device, the forces transmitted to the closure forces do not affect the function of the closure.

The displaceable closure advantageously has an actuating element protruding from the lower engagement surface of the handle. It may, for example, be an elevation, a rib or a detent. As a result, the displacement movement from a first working position, by which a recording is closed, in a further working position, through which the further recording is closed, easier.

Furthermore, the displaceable closure is preferably arranged secured with a detachable latching connection in a first and a further working position. As a result, an independent release of the closure is prevented from the occupied working position, that is, a once assumed locking position is maintained.

The releasable latching connection is advantageously integrated in an opening in the base. As a result, an arrangement of the closure that is barely visible from the outside can be made possible.

The releasable latching connection is preferably designed as a snap element, spring-loaded latching pin or the like, in particular as a tongue with at least one latching cam arranged thereon. The housing portion of such cleaning devices is usually made of plastic as an injection molded part. This releasable latching connection can be produced in a simple manner integrated with the upper part of the cleaning device as a component.

The upper engagement surface of the handle preferably has a concave contour. The at least one adjacent to the handle arranged projection also has a concave contour on its upper end surface, which is aligned with the engagement surface of the handle. As a result, a bearing surface is created for a suction tube to hang it on it and to allow a secure carrying the suction tube with the cleaning device.

In FIG. 1 a cleaning device 11 is shown. This is, for example, a vacuum cleaner. This cleaning device 11 comprises an upper part 12, which is placed on a lower part 14 and releasably secured by latching elements 15 to the lower part 14. The lower part 14 comprises a dirt container, not shown, into which a suction nozzle 16 opens. At the suction nozzle 16, a suction hose 17 can be connected, for example, in FIG. 6 is shown. At the opposite end of the suction hose 17, a suction pipe 18 may be arranged, which receives a suction nozzle, which is not shown. Likewise, a suction nozzle may be arranged directly at the end of the suction hose 18. The lower part 14 includes, for example, rollers 20, so that the cleaning device 11 is easy to move.

In the upper part 12, a suction unit with an electric motor and a suction turbine is not shown in detail. Once a cable 22, In particular, a power cable is connected to an energy source, the electric motor is supplied with energy to its drive. On the upper part 12 of the cleaning device 11, a housing portion 24, for example, as the end face of the upper part 12, is provided on which a handle 25 is arranged. This handle 25 is connected to two sockets 26 on the housing portion 24. Adjacent to the handle 25, a projection 27 is formed. Opposite also a projection 27 is formed, which is, however, for example integrated in a peripheral edge 29 of the upper part 12. Thus, the projection 27 may be formed as an isolated survey. Alternatively, such a projection 27 can also be integrated into a further housing contour or housing shape on the upper part 12.

Between the projection 27 and a base 26 which receives the handle 25, a U-shaped receptacle 31 is provided which is formed open at the top. This applies both to the rear recess 31, which is formed by the isolated elevation as a projection 27, as well as through the front recess 31 which adjoins the peripheral edge 29 and the projection in the peripheral edge 29 is integrated on the upper part 12. A receiving opening in the U-shaped receptacle 31 is closed by a closure 32. This closure 33 is designed, for example, as a displaceable closure 32, which comprises a sliding latch 33 which in particular closes the front or rear receptacle 31. By a sliding movement of the sliding latch 33 one of the two receptacles 31 is always closed. Alternatively, two closures 32 may be provided in or on the handle, which each independently close the respective receptacle 31. The closures 32 may also be disposed or integrated with the protrusions 27 to selectively close the front or rear receptacle 31, respectively.

In FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line II according to FIG. 1 shown. From this sectional view, the structure of the shutter 32, which is integrated in the handle 25, more detail. Furthermore, for a more detailed explanation of the operation FIG. 3 Referenced, which is a sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 2 represents. In addition, the sectional view according to line III-III in FIG. 2 according to FIG. 4 shown to represent a releasable lock 34 of the closure 32, which is preferably integrated in the handle 25 or socket 26.

On the housing portion 24, two spaced-apart base 26 are arranged, on which a handle 25 placed and preferably by a screw 35 (Fig. FIG. 4 ), in particular a hidden, from the inside to be operated screw, is releasably attached. Alternatively, a latching or snap connection can be provided which fixes the handle 25 to the base detachably or permanently. On a guide surface 37 on the base 26 of the sliding latch 33 is placed so that it rests on both sockets 26. Subsequently, the handle 25 is positioned to the pedestals 26 and connected thereto, wherein the sliding latch 33 is guided in each case a passage opening 38 formed thereby. The handle 25 has on its upper side an upper engagement surface 41, which comprises a concave contour. A lower engagement surface of the handle 25 also has a concave contour to allow easy guiding and carrying the cleaning device 11. In the lower engagement surface 42, the sliding latch 33 is preferably integrated and formed in a recess 44. The recess 44 corresponds to the thickness of the sliding latch 33, so that an outer side 45 of the sliding latch 33 merges flush with the adjoining lower engagement surface 42. An exception to this is at least one, preferably two, arranged on the outer side 45 of the sliding latch 33 elevations 47, which are transverse to the displacement direction corresponding to the longitudinal axis of the handle 25, formed and an attack surface for the user to form the sliding latch 33 in a to transfer the two working positions.

A first working position provides that, for example, the rear receptacle 31 is closed, so that an end face of the sliding latch 33 abuts against the projection 27 and the opposite end of the Slide latch 33 is flush with the outside of the opposite base 26 or optionally offset inwards. Alternatively, a slight projection with respect to the base 26 can be provided to the outside. In the further working position, in which the front shot is closed, the same applies.

Beide Konturen fluchten bevorzugt miteinander. On an end face 43 of the projection 27, a concave contour is likewise provided which corresponds to the concave contour of the upper engagement surface 41 of the handle 25. Both contours are preferably aligned with each other.

To maintain a working position engages a lock 34 consisting of a latching cam 51 on an underside of the sliding latch 33, on which preferably a complementary formed to the locking knob locking portion 52 is provided, in which the locking cam 51 can interlock interlocking. The latching cam 51 is preferably arranged on a spring-loaded tongue 54, which is injection-molded directly onto the base 26 or the housing section 24. Alternatively, a separately formed locking cam 51 may be provided, which is mounted on the base 26. According to a first embodiment, such a lock 34 can be provided on only one base 26, and an outer side 45 or lower side of the sliding latch 33 near an end section can have two locking sections 52. Alternatively, such a lock 34 and each of the locking position associated with such a locking portion 52 may be provided on each base. Likewise, each working position can also be secured by two locks 34.

In FIG. 5a is a schematic view from above of the cleaning device 11 with a first arrangement possibility for a cable winding 55 shown. First, the sliding latch 33 is in a position according to FIG. 1 arranged so that the front receptacle 31 is freely accessible from above. Subsequently, each turn of the cable 22 is inserted individually or the complete cable winding 55 in the front receptacle 31 from above. The size or diameter of each Winding is dimensioned so that the cable substantially rests on the upper housing portion 24 or against this still falls down, which are spaced from the ground. Subsequently, the sliding latch 33 is transferred to a locking position in which the front receptacle 31 is closed. The front side of the sliding latch 33 abuts against an inner side of the edge 29. Thus, a secured arrangement of the cable 22 is provided against unintentional release. At the same time, the cable 22 can preferably be received resting on the housing section 24 inside the peripheral edge 29, so that lateral slipping over the side walls is also prevented.

In FIG. 5b an alternative arrangement for a cable winding 55 is shown. In this arrangement, the cable winding 55 is received by the rear receptacle 31. The diameter of each turn is smaller than in the cable winding according to FIG. 5a , so that again lower cable sections are arranged offset from the ground.

In FIG. 6 is a schematic view from above of the cleaning device 11 with a connected to the suction nozzle 16 suction hose 17 and the suction tube 18 shown in a carrying position. The suction tube 18 is placed on the concave contour of the handle 25 and is supported in addition to the other concave contour of the projection 27 from. In this case, the suction hose 17 is preferably positioned in the rear receptacle 31. The cable winding 55 can according to FIG. 5a be arranged on the cleaning device 11. Thus, the cleaning device 11 can be easily moved or worn to another place of use.
