Claims (14)

  1. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) pour couper et former une ou plusieurs structures à double usage en carton nid d'abeilles comprimé et non comprimé (201), comprenant une première et une deuxième matrice (10, 20) mobiles l'une vers l'autre pour fermer la presse (1), la première matrice (10) comprenant une pluralité de couteaux coupeurs (11 S, 11L) faisant saillie depuis celle-ci et au moins une surface de pression et une surface de maintien (12, 13) sur celle-ci,
    dans laquelle la ou les surface(s) de pression (12, 12') est/sont placée(s) à différentes hauteurs par rapport à la ou les surface(s) de maintien (13, 13'), et la distance de saillie d'un premier ensemble des couteaux (11S) situé entre une surface de pression (12, 12') et une surface de maintien (13, 13') est inférieure à celle d'un deuxième ensemble des couteaux restants (11L),
    caractérisée en ce que
    les couteaux coupeurs (11S, 11L) sont disposés autour de ladite au moins une surface de pression et de ladite au moins une surface de maintien (12, 13) sur la première matrice (10),
    la première matrice (10) comprend au moins un élément éjecteur (30) associé à chaque surface de pression et de maintien (12, 13) pour en éjecter les structures en carton nid d'abeilles (201).
  2. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les surfaces de pression et/ou de maintien (12, 13) sont fixées à la première matrice (10) par les éléments éjecteurs (30).
  3. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle les éléments éjecteurs (30) sont des éléments résilients qui sont aptes à être tendus quand on ferme la presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) et à rebondir quand on ouvre la presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1).
  4. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les éléments éjecteurs sont des buses d'air sous pression.
  5. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle les éléments éjecteurs sont des ressorts (30) ou un matériau résilient de type mousse.
  6. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les couteaux (11S, 11 L) comprennent un bord dentelé.
  7. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier ensemble de couteaux (11 S) comprend deux sous-ensembles de couteaux ayant des distances de saillie mutuellement différentes.
  8. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la deuxième matrice (20) comprend une surface plane (21) comportant des évidements (22) adaptés pour recevoir le deuxième ensemble de couteaux (11L) quand la presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) est fermée.
  9. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le périmètre des surfaces de pression et/ou de maintien comprend une ligne courbée ou inclinée, la ligne inclinée comprenant au moins un angle non substantiellement droit.
  10. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre des premiers éléments de blocage (41, 41') placés entre les surfaces de pression et de maintien (12, 13) et la plaque de base (15) afin de fournir une distance maximale entre ces surfaces et la deuxième matrice (20) quand la presse (1) est fermée.
  11. Presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre des deuxièmes éléments de blocage (42) ayant différentes épaisseurs au choix placés entre la ou les surface(s) de pression (12, 12') et la plaque de base (15) afin de fournir les différentes hauteurs de la ou les surface(s) de pression par rapport à la ou les surface(s) de maintien (13, 13').
  12. Procédé de découpe à l'emporte-pièce pour couper et former une ou plusieurs structures à double usage en carton nid d'abeilles comprimé et non comprimé (201) au moyen d'une presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) placer une plaque de carton nid d'abeilles (200) entre les matrices opposées (10, 20), la plaque de carton nid d'abeilles ayant une âme constituée d'une pluralité de cellules creuses (210) définies par des parois de cellules (211), les cellules creuses définissant des côtés plans opposés qui sont substantiellement perpendiculaires aux parois de cellules et dont au moins un est recouvert d'une feuille protectrice (14, 15),
    b) déplacer les matrices (10, 20) l'une vers l'autre afin de
    - couper partiellement la plaque de carton nid d'abeilles (200) dans une direction d'épaisseur de celle-ci au moyen du premier ensemble de couteaux (11 S) le long d'une ou de plusieurs premières lignes de coupe (17a, b, c ; 17a', b', c') et
    - couper complètement à travers la plaque de carton nid d'abeilles (200) dans la direction d'épaisseur de celle-ci au moyen du deuxième ensemble de couteaux (11L) le long d'une ou de plusieurs deuxièmes lignes de coupe (16a, b) pour former une ou plusieurs structures en carton nid d'abeilles séparées (201), définies chacune par la ou les deuxième(s) ligne(s) de coupe et ayant des parties de surface distinctes (220, 230) définies par la ou les première(s) ligne(s) de coupe, et
    - former un contact de façon substantiellement simultanée avec une ou plusieurs parties de surface distinctes en correspondance avec la ou les surface(s) de maintien (13, 13') pour former une ou plusieurs parties de surface non comprimées (220) ayant une épaisseur donnée qui donnent une raideur et une rigidité structurelles, et
    - exercer une pression de façon substantiellement simultanée sur une ou plusieurs parties de surface distinctes au moyen des surfaces de pression (12, 12') pour former une ou plusieurs parties de surface comprimées (230) ayant une ou plusieurs épaisseurs plus petites qui donnent une résilience et un amortissement,
    c) écarter les matrices (10, 20) l'une de l'autre pour ouvrir la presse de découpe à l'emporte-pièce (1) et libérer la ou les structures en carton nid d'abeilles séparées, coupées et formées (201), et
    d) retirer lesdites structures de la première matrice (10),
    dans lequel l'étape c) comprend l'éjection des structures en carton nid d'abeilles (201) par les éléments éjecteurs (30) qui les poussent de façon mécanique ou pneumatique hors de la première matrice (10).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'étape b) comprend l'application d'une pression ou d'une traction sur les éléments éjecteurs (30) avant d'exercer une pression sur lesdites une ou plusieurs parties de surface distinctes (220, 230) au moyen des surfaces de pression (13, 13').
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel les premières et/ou deuxièmes lignes de coupe (17a-c, 17a'-c' ; 16a, b) comprennent une ligne courbée ou inclinée, la ligne inclinée comprenant au moins un angle non substantiellement droit.
