Claims (10)

  1. Chiming watch provided with a movement (12) and a chiming mechanism, said movement (12) and said chiming mechanism being contained inside a case comprising a case back and a case middle (18),
    said chiming mechanism being assembled directly or indirectly on a plate (22) comprised by the movement (12),
    said chiming mechanism comprising at least one resonant body attached directly or indirectly to the plate (22),
    the movement (12) being attached directly to the case back (16) by means of pillars (32) connecting, by a first of their extremities, said case back (16) and, by their second extremity, said plate (22) and disposed at the periphery of the movement (12),
    the pillars (32) being joined to the case back (16) by their first extremity, their second extremity being free, and comprising means of attachment for their attachment to the plate (22),
    characterized in that said case is closed by a glass (20), and in that said pillars (32) are integral with the case back (16).
  2. Watch according to Claim 1, characterized in that at least some of the pillars (32) are tapped at their free extremity and each receive a screw (36) for the attachment of the plate (22).
  3. Watch according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the free extremity of the pillars (32) defines a supporting surface, and in that the face of the plate (22) situated on the case back (16) side bears directly on said supporting surface.
  4. Watch according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said resonant body is disposed on a face of a bridge (30) mounted on the plate (22), said face being opposite said case back (16).
  5. Watch according to Claim 2 and according to Claim 4, characterized in that said bridge (30) comprises at least one hole, and in that at least one of said screws also passes through said hole in a manner so as to attach the bridge.
  6. Watch according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least some of said pillars (32) define means for the angular indexation of the position of the movement (12) inside the case.
  7. Watch according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least two of said pillars (32) define means for centring the position of the movement (12) inside the case.
  8. Watch according to Claim 6 or Claim 7, characterized in that said plate (22) exhibits, on its periphery, housings (38) oriented perpendicularly to the plane defined by the surface of the plate (22), positioned and dimensioned in a manner such that said pillars (32) engage in said housings (38).
  9. Watch according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the chiming mechanism is integrated into said movement (12).
  10. Chiming watch fitted with an assembly formed from a movement (12) and a chiming mechanism, said chiming mechanism being disposed in a module connected to said movement (12) and comprising its own plate (22), said movement (12) and said module being housed inside a case comprising a case back (16) and a case middle (18), said chiming mechanism comprising at least one resonant body attached directly or indirectly to the plate (22) of the module,
    the assembly being attached directly to the case back (16) of the case by means of pillars (32) connecting, by a first of their extremities, said case back (16) and, by their second extremity, said plate (22) of the module and disposed on the periphery of the assembly,
    the pillars being joined to the case back (16) by their first extremity, their second extremity being free, and comprising means of attachment for their attachment to the plate (22) of the module, characterized in that said case additionally comprises a glass, and in that said pillars (32) are integral with the case back (16).
