Claims (2)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de formage en acier de préférence à résistance haute ou à résistance la plus haute, une platine (1) en acier durcissable étant chauffée à la température d'austénitisation, la platine (1) chauffée étant formée à chaud dans un outil de matriçage à chaud, et étant durcie dans l'outil ou après le procédé de formage par refroidissement rapide, de façon que la structure ferritique du matériau premier chauffé soit transformée en une structure martensitique, caractérisé en ce que pendant le procédé de formage la platine (1) est simultanément compressée, de façon que des parties ou zones (2, 3, 4) d'épaisseur différente soient produites.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la platine (1) est pourvue, avant le procédé de formage, d'une couche d'aluminium-silicium ou d'une couche de zinc-nickel.
